Great sir customer service with Aaron. I pulled my vehicle from another repair shop because of unsatisfactory service and recommending additional repairs that were unnecessary. Aaron and Firestone did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and getting the work completed.

Needed a simple tail bulb swap, five minute fix. They said they were busy and I would have to leave it there all day which I almost understood. But when I said that it would take all of five minutes and maybe they could help me quick, the man immediately started raising his voice and said leave it here or we can t help you. I get there s a lot on their plate but that s not how you talk to someone.

On February 15, 2024 Had a flat tire on my car took it in 2 hours before closing time because I had warranty on the tires and they deny the fix because they said they didn't have enough workers. Feel like because it was going to be free with the warranty they didn't want to fix it. But if I would have bought new tires they would find somebody to install them to receive money.

We had an 11am appointment for an oil change. The didn't touch my car until after 2 PM. They offer oil change specials, but when you arrive they act like they don't want to service you. Both employees that work there are rude and lazy. The black guy only flirts with all the women and put air in their tires and ignores everyone. The white/Hispanic man is rude, prejudice, and flat out nasty. Don't go here unless you have a day to waste. Appointment means nothing. Then they have the nerve to get angry when you ask after 4 hours how much longer.

I gave this score because it took 6.5 hours to put on 3 tires and do an alignment. I'm no mechanic but I had an appointment and spoke with Aaron the manager, he was helpful but the customer service once I got to the shop was not.It seems like the tech didn't know or understand the repair description order nor did they want to. I asked them to check my front and back brakes to see if they needed to be repaired and again confusion.Once I got my car back I checked the tire PSI and all 4 tires PSI were different. So I spend over $900 for nothing in my opinion. Never again if I can help it.

To Tire purchased 09/02/24 few weeks ago she hit an pothole that put a bubble on the side wall took the car in I was told that the will prorated go on to tell me that the thread depth was down to 7 from 10 since purchased 25,300 miles now 29,500. Thinking it's something wrong with my car because of the thread wear I took it to the dealership for them to tell me it's nothing wrong and in fact that my tire thread depth was 10 and not a 7 What a Scam Pissed Spent money for nothing

I was highly disappointed with this location. Called on 2/7/24 at 2:39pm to have a flat tire fixed and was told they couldn t take me because they only had 1 worker. Kenneth told me to come the next day, in the morning. Got there on 2/8/24, shortly after opening, around 7:15am. Aaron tells me there s no one there to work on my car until around 9am, so I can leave my car. I told him Kenneth said come the next morning and he replied, 9:00am is the next morning. Insane!!! I had no one to take me back home so I waited almost 2 hours!!!Finally, my car was seen shortly after 9:00am, at which time I was told, your tire need to be replaced and we need to order the tire so you ll have to come back around 12pm. Needless to say, I was annoyed. Not because the tire needed to be ordered, but because I waited over 2 hours just to be told to come back in a few hours. On top of that, Aaron seemed bothered, like he didn t want to be there. Eventually, my tire was fixed but I will NEVER return to this location. I had been warned by others but I wanted to give them a shot myself.

Aaron Rodriguez, stood out to me as having excellent customer service. I was a walk-in, I asked to be squeezed in by a certain time, added another service and the job was done PRECISELY ON TIME! Honestly, I stopped coming to this location cuz of the last person, very dry, almost rude and I d go to another Firestone that was waaaaay out of my way and farther because I trust THEM. Now, I can see coming back to this location for future services as they do what they say they will without me having to keep going back or them keeping my car for 5+ days like in the past.

I did a review a few days ago and got a response back from the "owner" to send them my information and was told that someone would contact me in two days or less and I'm still waiting. It will be a week on Monday. I will never go back here to get anything done on my vehicle

Ms. Kimeashia made my visit the best. This was my 2nd appt in a week. I arrived Sunday 12/3/23 to be told my tires had not been ordered. She found another set and had 2 of the tires delivered and I was able to get them on this 2nd visit. I really appreciate her help and efficiency in making sure I did not have to return a 3rd time.

High price and not informative enough. Got four new tires and still having shaking while driving. Put tires on with no one to do wheel alignment. Spend your money elsewhere.

On 11 / 22 / 2023 I had an appointment for a new front tire on my 2014 Honda pilot, service advisor AARON and the crew gave me great service and I highly recommend them !!!

No one in my network has positive things to say about auto repairs. I don t either and I have time to describe why.I took my car here to get the tires replaced just last week, Monday, September 10th at 8:15am. After waiting 3 hours, they only repaired the tires and sent me on my way.Now I m back again today, September 21st at 7:40am, for the same work. While the workers take way too many smoke breaks and joke around with each other, customers wait and wait and wait for hours on end.If they gave estimated wait times and worked more efficiently, I d have more positive things to write about. We all are aware that tire replacements don t take 3 hours to complete. Why Firestone?Also, don t get my started on the attitudes from the workers when asked on the progress of the repairs. They re HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL!I ve been coming here for about a decade too long for this kind of lackluster, slow service. Time to find another auto repair shop and I d suggest you do too.

Fast and efficient. Patched my SUV's tire with no problem. Cost was about $45 but I'm guessing that's about normal. However I discovered that my front bumper was slightly damaged while I had left the SUV there. Complained, manager said he'd view video, never did. Not going back.

I went to Firestone only needing an oil change. I was upsold on $240 worth of extra work. I didn t mind at the time, since I agreed with their assessment. I received a new replacement battery included in the add-ons. The day after my visit, I tried to start my car but it was completely dead. I used my personal jump starter device and went back to Firestone to see what was wrong. It took them 3 hours just to do a battery check and no other work. Their test said the battery was good. When I got into my car I noticed that their technician had left grease on my door handle. This is very unprofessional but I let this slide. A few days later, I found my battery dead again. I jumped it again because I wasn t in the mood to go all the way back to Firestone. I did a few multimeter tests on my own, to see if my alternator was bad. This was when I noticed my dome light switch in the ON position. I never noticed this before as it is usually in the DOOR position. I assumed that the technician there had left in in the on position from the first visit but since it was daytime each time I went there I never noticed it on above my head. Now I was no longer worried that my car was messed up. Just lazy unprofessional technicians had cost me many hours of wasted time and compromised my car. I went to Auto Zone a few days later to get a free battery check. I was told that even though the battery was fully charged, it needed to be replaced. This battery check took 15 minutes, but Firestone had me waiting for 3 hours previously for a test that alleged this battery was good. I want back to Firestone with my Auto Zone information and requested a new battery. I told them I had been there before but received no apology or explanation. The replacement took 1.5 hours but they had me sitting in the waiting area for an extra hour needlessly . The guy said that he called me but if he had my phone would have rung. He offered no apology or explanation, just as if this is standard procedure.

The Firestone on 95th & Western was AMAZING! I was unable to drive over 60 mph on the expressway. After the mechanic balanced my Passenger Front tire, I was able to drive without any problems.

I made an appointment yesterday for a 7 o'clock appointment today service rep said Inspection guy wouldn't be in until 8I got there at 7 he tells me without looking at my vehicle that he may not be able to look at it today and if he did he wouldn't be able to fix it. when cars got that old people usually w get rid of them. we'll How the hell do You create Classic cars if Everybody gets rid of a car in 10 Years So I made an appointment and got up early for absolutely nothing. Aint that a kick in the head. I'll never go there for anything again

Update: it has been two weeks and no one has reached out to me to rectify the situation. I guess they believe I m supposed to forget and let it go. I ve contacted the person who responded to my comment twice and filled out their customer survey and still haven t received a follow up.I called and made an appointment for 10am and I was told I could be fit in. I got there on time and waited 8 hours for an oil change and for them to check the windshield fluid pump which they still did not do. I received my oil change free of charge but I felt like that's the least they could do after I spent my entire day waiting on a service that could've been done in 30 mins. Unfortunately, this is common with this Firestone but this is the first time I'd have to wait this long and the only excuse I kept getting was that they were busy, if that's the case what was the point of the appointment?? I won't be returning to this Firestone.

I've been taking my car to Firestone for years but this location is the worst. Very poor management. They do not honor appointments, they do not value your time, they will not take responsibility to fix the problem.On top of all that I called corporate to provide feedback and they hung up on me when they realized it was a complaint. What a joke.

My husbands work truck got dropped off on a Tuesday and on Monday it was still sitting, we called several times and greeted so rudely and was told to pick the car up and it still wasn t fixed. It s a horrible thing to treat people like that when they are bringing you business. Very unprofessional, rude and they don t care about your car. I did look at past reviews and I m wondering is it only to your Black customers? I will be getting in contact with corporate because how has this place survived and they don t care about customers

My vehicle would not hold a charge. Prior to having my car towed to this facility I was told that they would have to do a complete diagnostic which included battery check, starter, and alternator due to my car needing to be towed and not holding a charge. They quickly fixed my car by the next day. I was informed that the diagnostic was completed and I simply had a bad battery. I paid for my battery and left. I noticed same day that my automatic start light was on when I started my car but assumed just needed to reset. I drove home and parked my car. Due to working remote I do not drive my car, it remained parked for 1 month.When I needed to run an errand my car was completely dead like before. I called the location and asked if my alternator was checked, was told yes. Decided to have my car towed to the dealership. Shockingly my alternator was bad. This was replaced and my batteries were charged. I then called firestone. After consistently being put on hold after explaining my situation to the same person multiple times I was then given a team lead. It was then that I was told that when my car was there they actually did not check my alternator or start but gave a curtsy check which only included battery output . I was told since I was not charged for a diagnostic there was nothing to be refunded.They did however offer me a battery refund but would have to take back the battery. I essentially paid for a new battery that I did not need all because they were incompetent and did not complete the diagnostic like they said they would. Had they completed the diagnostic it would have shown I needed a new alternator. I am actively disputing the service and I would never recommend this shop to anyone. They re terrible and horrible customer service

This is the worse Firestone ever,I took my car there on May 24th to get my tire pressure sensor replacement & they didn't fix it at all, days later my sensor light came back on so I had to schedule another appointment with a different Firestone just to find out these lazy individuals didn't fix the sensor at all,they replaced the tire pressure sensor but didn't attach the sensor back to my car it was floating inside of my tire & wasn't programmed either.

Driving down 95th a manhole covered popped up and caused a blowout and major damage to my wheel well. Call Firestone, they had availability and my tire in stock. While there was a bit of a wait due to lack of staff which we were advised of upfront (understandable and not an issue) the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and once repairs began, very expedient. We selected this location because of our location at the time of the incident, but would definitely recommend them going forward. Thank you!!!

My vehicle lightly shakes in the front end when driving. I thought that it was ball joints, control arms, tie rod ends, etc... I scheduled an appointment here at Firestone. They evaluated my suspension, tires undercarriage, etc. My tires, were the cause. A more affordable repair. $10 was all that I paid for this tire rotation, suspension, undercarriage inspection. Firestone checks out your vehicle and let's you know what is going on. They are very busy due to their quality of service. Scheduling an appointment with them may take a while but it is well worth the wait. Top shelf.
