Julio was very nice ! I called late Friday night and was able to drop my car off on Easter weekend. I needed brakes bad! He got me on the schedule for Saturday and I still had time to do Easter food shopping ! Thank you Julio for taking care of this so fast and with great customer service!

Very good, polite, reasonably timely service. Overall pleased with value and follow-thru compared to other service providers. Seemed to treat all customers well and they seemed satisfied. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. Years ago I had a horrible experience at another nearby Firestone location, so review limited to Lincoln Ave. site.Rep. needs to explain suggested add-on warranties/life time services more slowly and comprehensively, taking customers' actual car/driving circumstances into account. One of these made sense for me but another didn't, but the experience felt rushed and incomplete. Firestone corporate could improve this by notifying customers in advance which additional options will be offered with specifics. Waiting room is fine, but bathroom needs to be cleaned much better--it was functional and not disgusting, but sort of grimy and not pleasant. Strive for McDonald's standard.

Quick, timely service on a flat covered by Firestone's hazard warranty. Julio had great customer service and set realistic expectations. I'm glad I bought my tires from here in 2023.

I m completely disappointed. I ve bought my tires here for years because of the great customer service. That has absolutely gone out the window. My check tire pressure light was on so I pulled in there to see if someone could see what tire was low and they told me that they could not even check the pressure in my tire that I had to set up an appointment and come back four days later, which in my opinion is absolutely unbelievable. I called the next morning to see if I could come in and have my tire looked at and was told again that they couldn t see me for four more days. I have no idea why even bought tires there if I can t get them checked and if I m unable to use the warranty that comes along with the tires Because of their awful customer service I went to another Family OWNED tire shop who fixed my tire and I gladly paid to have it fixed. After many years and thousands of dollars spent with fire stone, I am happy to say that I will never step foot in another store again.

Fast, courteous service. The Firestone location I had been using closed, and the staff at this location easily accessed my account and did services to my tires that were under warranty. I made an appointment by calling the store, was able to get in the next day, and was in and out in under two hours. Thank you for always providing reliable service!

Over a 2 hour wait for an alignment and tire rotation is well above average, especially with a scheduled appointment and arriving on time. I know they are understaffed. This is unfortunate as it creates very long wait times for services that should be done in 1-1.5 hours at most. I'll have to find another location because this isn't the first time an alignment has taken this long. If they schedule appointments, they should have the necessary staff to meet the needs of those appointments. Perhaps management needs to review their staffing practices because I probably won't be the only one looking for another location.

We bought four tires here for one of our cars and one of the tires is defective I guess. TPMS light is on occasionally and my mom took the car to ask for air to put in since we bought insurance or warranty for them. Last couple times, they were nice and did it for her. This morning when she went there, the guy told her that she should go to a gas station and does it herself, and yelled, "Leave! Leave!" She understands but doesn't speak English good enough to explain. If he didn't want to do anything for her, that's fine but why would he yell at her to leave like that?It was right after they opened and she was there by herself and nobdy else was there.

Julio was great as was the crew that did the work on my car. I came in several days earlier than my scheduled appointment because I was an idiot, and Julio was able to not only squeeze me in for the inspection, but also was able to complete the work! He was communicative throughout the entire day, with the update on recommended service and estimate along with notification when the service was completed. Service included new brakes, new rotors, brake fluid service, and coolant flush. Cost was competitive with other local shops and labor rates are reasonable. Highly recommend.

During the holidays I called around for a oil change it took several calls and finally, Lincoln Park Firestone gave an appointment. In a 7:30amOut 9:30am and I was pleased with the service.I now use Firestone in Skokie I drive the distance to get good service. Making an appointment is best to get you in and out in a timely way.

They kept my car running the whole time they were doing the alignment and then told me I have low fuel... No kidding. If they saw that the fuel was low, why would they keep the car running for an hour or so? They don't care about the customer or your car.

I gave it 4 stars because the mechanic only tested my Chevy Camaro battery and alternator. He was very patient, truthful and had a positive attitude.

So Firestone website says to call for availability for most tires that are not Firestone/Bridgestone branded. So when you call, OF COURSE the off brands are not in stock.The first time I called, I was informed it would take them 2-3 WEEKS to get the tires from a location 45 minutes away (Hillside) WEEKS.The next time I called 2 weeks later, the answer was we don t have them , but we ve got the more expensive tires no help and no desire to earn my business or continue to earn my business.I took my business and my money to another location that got my tires for me in 2 days DAYS.Go to Skokie blvd for better serviceService: Tires

Tried to get work done but they didnt want to do it. They told me to go to a different Firestone or take to dealership. They also did not reach out by email after I scheduled the appiontment, instead tried to call while I was at work. Ended up going to a different Firestone. Would reccomend skipping this store.

This was my first visit to this Firestone location and when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and welcomed by the store manager Jesus. Very friendly guy and assured me they would take care of my vehicle. Service was amazing and fast and I highly recommend this location. I will be returning in the future for my car repair needs

Busy! Had an appointment so got in right away. Got a tier patched. Got my oil changed and got a front end alignment all in about 2 1/2 hours. They did a great job on the alignment my car no longer goes sideways down the street.Happy as a pig in mud.

Super quick in-and-out quoted me 45 minutes but was in and out in about 20 minutes. Staff was really kind commutative gave me options over the phone and make sure that my battery was in stock even before I got there. I even asked if they could install new wiper blades when I got there and they did that as well how is blinking an eye. Great warranty on my battery of 5 years. Highly recommend this place

This place is the definition of a scam. Don t even bother with buying the extended warranty on the alignment because when you try to use it they ll BS you around on why you shouldn t have to.I came in and gave clear cut instructions that the tire in the trunk has a flat and won t hold air please patch it up. The lady who I feel was strategically placed at the front desk to upsell to customers; had my simple request taken care of 2 hours later. I got the car back, it was aligned but the tire in the trunk wasn t patched. They claimed to have patched my spare winter wheel which was on the car.After coming back with the tire in question, the lady goes to the back with the tire and pretends to yell at the mechanic. She comes back and claims my tire that needed the patch was bad, and that it sliced her finger open when handling it. Her hand clearly didn t have any open wounds, signs of blood on it, or even bandages. Proceeds to sell me a tire and I got finessed out of another $120 after they add all their extra fees and warranty on that one tire.Long story short, I m not taking any of my vehicles here again. I m not recommending them to any of my friends or family. You can totally get reliable tire work done elsewhere for cheaper and quicker than these lazy guys sitting around taking a million years.

Honest & reliable. I went in to purchase 2 new tires for my sons car at the recommendation of dealership. After Firestone inspection, tech determined existing tires did not need replacement.

I made an appointment, came in and Simon took care of my issue. He was very honest with me about what repairs I needed. Overall based on my experience I would recommend Simon and this location.

just wanted to give this guys a 5 star.Today I call Firestone on Elston that s where I got my new tires installed and also purchased a alignment 6 months ago.They didn t have any appointments available until a week.,I really needed to get another alignment because I replaced the whole front suspension and I didn t want my new tires to go bad I usually drive 2.5 hours to work every day..so I call this guys and they took me in the same day I use my car for work every day and they really help me out.also get a oil change.

This place deserves zero stars... I went to this Firestone location a few times because it is close to my house. Big mistake, their staff is extremely unprofessional. The first time I went a dark skinned man who claims to be a manager was completely confused about how to take care of me and my car. He sold me 4 new tires and one tire failed and went flat a few months later. I went back they tried to patch under my warranty and it is still leaks to this day.In another instance I went with an appointment to get new tires on another vehicle. I got to my appointment on time. There was a guy working there named Gunther who claims to be a manager. He was very rude, he starting arguing over a coupon I had and later said he would honor it. But he started getting loud and made several slanderous and racial remarks. He then said the he would refuse to service me or my vehicle regardless of the fact that I had an appointment.The place looks filthy, no one cleans there, I was told by another store that they are a under performing store that may be shut down soon.I called corporate and filed a complaint and they didn't care.I was supposed to talk to Brandon a regional manager he never responded.Please do not spend your hard earned money here. They are both unprofessional and scammers.

My entire family has been going here for 10 PLUS years, we do all our oil changes , an tire services here. I went to take my car in for a simple oil change an tire rotation ( free for me I purchase my tires here). I decided to take photos of my tires they have diff #s front an back before I gave them my keys. To my surprised when I go outside to leave they never rotated my tires. I go back inside to talk to the manager who tells me twice they rotated my tires. I then let him know I have photos of proof they never rotated them, an him an his tech came up with every excuse possible. Check everything an don t trust them, this is a lesson learn for me. 10 years of business an this is how they treat a customer, I will be letting my family an friends know.

Service was excellent.Came in at 7:00 AM without an appointment and had brakes done on both axles, driving the car home before 11:00 AM.I said I needed rotors, pads and calipers all around and they could have easily charged me for all of that but only needed pads and rotors.Very honest, courteous and professional, top notch service.

Brought the car to this facility for alignment after negative experience in another location, on Milwaukee. Here it was perfect, everything as expected, diagnosed the car, found couple of problems that prevented making the alignment, applied zero sales pressure, and invited to come back for alignment once I take care of the problems. The prices are somewhat uncompetitive, but it's free country and their business.
