First off I think it's a crime in a ripoff to charge customers $139 for a check engine diagnostic scan, so I came into this particular shop because my check engine light on and I already scanned my car and it tells me that my O2 sensor need to be replaced so I let the mechanic know but instead of these guys being honest with me and telling me the truth they want to charge me $139 for an engine diagnostic scan and then make matters worse when they called me back after 3 hours of waiting and watching the mechanic just standing there looking over the car scratching his head I had the audacity to tell me that he wanted to check the ECM and want to charge me $ $419.85 after they told me that they don't know what's wrong with the car but one of the young men that was interpreting for the mechanic told me that it was air coming out of the assault system and I simply told him wouldn't that cause the check engine light to come on they told me they didn't know so what's the point of taking it to a mechanic that's not professional enough to know the difference between an exhaust leak or better yet have the simple tools to know if the wires are being cut this is basically a waste of time and money and I will not recommend this shop too you good people to waste your money with this company

This place always gives excellent service! I take my car here for everything from an oil change to major work. Ernie and his crew are customer oriented, polite, courteous, and they respect your time. If the work they do is going to take a while, they always tell you how long it's going to be. I've been to other places where they will say it's going to be 30 min and it ends up being over an hour for simple jobs. I recently moved about 15 miles from their location, but I won't take my car anywhere else for service. I truly love their work and customer service . Keep up the great work. I know I'm not the only one who appreciates it.

Well it actually started back last year in 2021 when my ECU went out next to other issues with my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer. They did give me a discount on certain things and Miguel the manager was accommodating to give me a ride home however they have a tendency to diagnose give you a price and then call you back saying if we found another problem with your car and we have to charge you again? It makes me question about the service on if they want to nickel and dime you on certain services that they should have known or if they are doing this deliberately? Reason for my 3 stars. I can't taste them too poorly however I can't give them 4 or 5 stars because of this approach in repairing ones vehicle? I came back recently because last year they said my fan clutch was the issue and I already paid for that. Unfortunately it still didn't resolve the issue and they tell me later it's the ECU or the chip or brain that is also the issue for service engine light to still go on and not able to accelerate. On top of that it took them a month and a half to get the right part because of a part shortage. They did give me a new part however it took a while. Moving forward to recently this year my check engine light went off and took it to an auto parts store to find out what the code was and it was the fan clutch again. They honored fixing it but they forewarned me a housing was causing this to destroy that part again. I decided to give them the go and by the part that was needed to replace my car just fot them to contact me and say another part the fan is also faulty? Why didn't they let me know before? That is why I question this because they are trying to nickel and dime you which I don't like and now don't trust their work in finding problems fully. I would only recommend them for tires and other preventative maintenance however for repairs and troubleshooting I have a dubious doubt on their expertise next to leaving a bad taste in my mouth of how they tell you later about problem and have more expenses. If you are rich and can afford that than do come over here however not everyone has that expense because I would have held back on the repair to save my money until I can afford the potential repairService: Electrical repair

Someone told me about this place, came to get an oil change for one of my vehicles and they did an overall good job. So I came in with my other car to change two belts on my car and they did the job within two hours.First they asked for 25 dollars to check the car, but if you end up doing the work here, they will only charge you for the work to be completed. They do have competitive prices and the warranty given to me was for either 12 months or 12k miles, reasonable.The front has the waiting area, with a TV to be entertained while you wait and they offer free coffee.The two guys in the front desk were helpful and they did warn me about the bigger costs that might happen when they start the work, fortunately it was just the band that needed to be changed and I was on my way, will come back.One thing, they did not put a sticker on my car to remind me when is the next oil change, not sure if they do not do that or they forgot.

Came in today, after going to a different shop that told me nothing was wrong with my car. I knew I was hearing a popping noise in my tire. They were extremely welcoming and took their time to figure out what the noise was. I will definitely be back! And the customer service was outstanding

Have been bringing my vehicles to these individuals for several years now and not 1 disappointment. But be aware of the vehicle you may own because some of them are pricey on them parts and labor. #JS

I loved the professionalism and the excellent service that was extended to me on my first visit. I was so pleased with the service that I have gone to them instead of the dealer the last two times I've needed a mechanic or simply had questions about my car.

I have been a customer at Firestone for over 10yrs. They check your vehicle and tell you everything that needs to be fixed. They is very good at what they do that's why I been a customer for so long. I use to go on Ashland when some of them moved to Grand I followed them. I love taking my car to Firestone where I get excellent service.

Good service but very expensive. They also suggest things that will eventually be needed but not necessary but will tell you that it's needed asap. Did I mention that their prices are ridiculous as well?

Took my transition to get fix ,I had took the car 5 times back cause still giving me issues and does have a warranty. Don't understand why was nt done rite the first time,the every time I take it in ,they keep it for 3 weeks is ridiculous.

Messed up my truck n didn't put in enough oil... oil was gone n engine dried out nbs... I just had to pay over 900 to get my truck fixed... No thanks to then... then they had the nerve to blame me cus it messed up

Don't go there for alignment. They didn't charge me nothing that is true, but also they say is not possible to do aligment. But NTB tires did good job
