I highly recommend them. Had someone break my passenger s side window overnight. Called them to confirm if they had a replacement. Went in same day. They don t make appointments but I was in and out in about 1.5 hours total. Their prices are way lower than the competitors who advertise on tv. The quote I got from Fernandez was $180 cheaper. Cannot recommend them enough. I hope I don t need their services again but if anything happens, I am only going to Fernandez Auto Glass!

Went To Get My Window Fix Since My Wife Locked The Keys In The Car And The Pizza We Brought So The Kids Where Hungry Had No Chose To Brake Back Door Window Came Here They Took My Car In Fast About 1hr Later Car Was Ready And Very Affordable Prices Since They Have Used Or New Windows. They Also Do Mirror Replacement And Door Handles As Well.

This place is great!! If you need a mirror, window glass or door locks fixed, they can usually do it at a great price. They use used parts which cuts down on price. Great place if your car gets broken into in Chiraq.

My Honda Element had the side window broken one night. The next day, once I called Fernandez to confirm they had the window, I was in and out in about an hour. Easy, safe and very knowledgeable.

Do not go to this place. They didn t properly plug my backup camera back in, and it ended up costing me $170 to have the dealer fix it. They also took 3 hours to replace the glass. Don t let these other reviews fool you.

Great service, reasonable pricing, very nice staff!!!! Super pleased with my experience. Windshield replacement with new glass was $160, passengers side front window replacement with new glass was $125...$306 total after tax. They vacuumed out my car and even reset my mirror for me :)

Great people, came in for replacement window, drivers side for my Dodge Challenger cost about 140 for used window. They go by walk in, get there early. Once it's your turn its fairly quick. Go there!

They have a very large range of auto glass, I arrived without an appointment with a broken windshield and after about an hour I left with a whole windshield and I am very pleased with the service. The prices are great, I recommend it to everyone!

I was searching for shops that could help me out with a windshield replacement and a door latch issue. I had gone to another location beforehand, and they were trying to charge me an outrageous amount. It was a complete scam. However, Fernandez Used Auto Glass gave me the best deal on the repairs I needed and were super informative of why certain issues occur and how they would be handling both my repairs. They gave me estimates before even needing to bring in my vehicle and were very honest and straightforward that prices may change if the issue is bigger than they originally thought. They fixed both my issues at a reasonable price, and they were able to get my vehicle back to me the same day. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM! 11 OUT OF 10! I will always be taking my business to them!

I'm so thankful for Fernandez! After an overnight break-in, my back window was shattered and glass everywhere. Safelite wouldn't get me in until five days later and quoted me several hundred dollars. Fernandez got me in same-day for a fraction of the price and even vacuumed out the remaining glass for me so I didn't have to go to a gas station vac I can't recommend this shop enough! Thank you for fixing it so fast it felt like it never even happened

I called a few places and Fernandez Auto glass had the best pricing. I made an appointment to have the windshield replaced. They said 1.5 hours to replace it. They called me when it was done. They scratched my 1 year old car when replacing the hatch window and refuse to fix it. I have pictures of the broken window before bringing it into the shop, showing no other damage. Discovered a 10 inch straight line scratch in the paint at the edge of the window they replaced after picking the car up.When I called to let them know, they told me they saw the scratch, that it is in the plastic by the taillight (it s not anywhere near this) and that it was there when I dropped it off.The woman in the office originally told me to bring it in so they can look at it. Then a man called back to tell me it was already there, he saw it (again, in a different location than the scratch is actually located) and they did not cause it and would not be fixing it.I had to call my insurance and they are currently dealing with Fernandez Auto Glass with this issue. Hopefully they do the right thing and I can update this review after the damage they did to my new car is repaired.

With the recent trend in car breakins throughout Chicago it was only within a matter of time, my rear passenger window on my KIA Sportage 2020 was smashed. I called and brought my car in within the hour and the Fernandez Team accepted my Statefarm insurance and quickly got my rear passenger window replaced in 45 minutes. They were on point, efficient, quick and told me to verify if everything looked good before leaving. If my window gets smashed again I know I'm coming back to Fernandez.

Couldn t be happier. I had a large crack on my windshield after it got hit by a rock on the expressway. I brought my car in to get looked at at 9am on a Monday, and they had the replacement in by 11:45am. They offered to do it same day but it was better for my schedule to come back the next morning. Dropped it off at 9:15am it was ready by 11:30. The price is as at least half of 2 other quotes I got. 10/10!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Fernandez cleaned and replaced my front passenger window in one hour. All for a great price too. Very kind customer service as well. I can t recommend this shop any higher.
