After calling around to about 10 different body shops and getting all "no availability", this was the 1st shop that said they'd take a look at my car. My car was here for 22 days. Communication and service was great. I got a call about a week before it was ready and they lmk they were waiting on 1 part for the steering wheel. About a week later I got the call that my vehicle was ready.After driving off I noticed the auto lock on the window wasn't working. I let the guy know and he fixed it right away. Other than that my car is running fine with no issues. If I ever need body repair in the future, I'll try here 1st. Many thanks to the guys at this location!

I was visiting Chicago from out of town. A panel came loose under my car and was dragging. Fast Trak was able to take me in immediately, late on a Friday night. The staff was nice and the business seemed well equipped to handle any automotive repair needs.

These guys are crooks. Make sure to check your vehicle for EVERYTHING when leaving this shop because they will 100% blame any new issues on you once you leave the shop. And somehow try and tell me they're "helping me" when they say they'll give me a good deal!!!! Unbelievable. I regret coming to these guys now here I am with a lot less money and less time than I wanted to waste. I was also patient and polite but owner stands around with all his guys looking at you as if trying to say something. Bad business.

Fasttrak did a great job with my Bmw. Luckily, they were open late and were able to receive my car which broke down play at night. They fix the issue within 24 hours and did it at a great price. Definitely recommend.

Their services and communication were great after dropping off and picking up my vehicle. I highly recommend anyone to come to this body repair shop for any services other than, just a minor car accident.

These guys are great, called them late trying to set up an appointment and they took me in right away and had my truck taken care of in less than an hour. Very nice people and honest prices. Will be back

Very friendly service, their team worked around my scheduled vacation and instantly had my car ready when I returned. Bumper was torn from the grill and now it looks as if it was brand new off the assembly line. License plate was replaced as well which they did not have to do at all. Great shop!

Luis is a crook. In January of this year, after waiting 6 weeks for my car to be completed, I received a phone call telling me that the front-end brake assist sensor won t arrive until sometime in 2024. Luis attempted to tell me that he cannot legally give me my car because this is a safety issue. I told him I d give him until the end of the week to source the part, and if he cannot get it, I ll be there on Friday to pick it up. I even thanked him for trying. At that point, he began arguing with me, telling me that I ve insulted him and his abilities to repair vehicles. I had to have State Farm contact Fasttrak to force Luis to release my car. He, again, lied to them, saying that this is a safety hazard, but I was lucky enough to have an insurance agent who wouldn t take no for an answer. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed more paint scrapes, a chipped windshield, dents from opening doors, etc. all over my car. I took my car to B&L who immediately pointed out more damage and laughed when I told them that this was my finished product . They pulled the estimate from Fasttrak and we discovered that he never ordered half the parts I needed, more specifically, the sensor and harness. B&L had the parts in 2 weeks. Luis even bragged to me about keeping cars in order to rack up storage fees for cars for 6+ months because of extended lead times and back ordered parts . Luis will not use OEM parts. He will purchase and install the cheapest version of whatever your vehicle needs repaired. He ll also argue with you if you attempt to call him out on his ethics and/or behavior. Avoid Fasttrak at all costs. The rest of the staff seemed nice, but unfortunately, nice doesn t fix cars.

The service at Fasttrak is incredible. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. My car was in the shop for a few months due to back order on some parts but they were great at communicating with me and keeping me in the loop on what was going on. I had a great first experience with Fasttrak Auto Center! I was referred by Delgado's Auto Service and was very satisfied with their recommendation. Luis was professional and efficient and made sure I knew what to expect with the repair and timing. Thank you Thank you Thank you! I did some decent damage to my car ~ especially underneath. Fasttrak fixed EVERYTHING! My radiator, my muffler AND I am sure my car was cleaner when I picked it up than it was when it arrived. Going to a body shop is not something I like to do but this was seamless. Luis was absolutely wonderful ~ kept me informed all along the way. Explained damage and answered questions. So kind, so friendly and even asked when it was convenient for me to pick up my car! It's a relief to take your car to a place you can trust will ALWAYS do great work! Thank you again ~ no offense but hope I don't see you guys for awhile but if I do, I know my car will be in the best of hands.

I showed up at 11:56PM on Monday. They close at 12AM. Probably the only auto shop open in the entire city but they are open and took really good care of me. I even got tea while I waited for my car. Very nice people who operate this auto center

This body shop is a hidden gem. I was just lucky that it was down the street from me. I needed front and back bumper repair on my Subaru Impreza, and they made sure to share all options & pricing. They were kind, courteous, speedy, flexible with timing, and my car looked better than the day I bought it! I highly recommend this shop. They will take care of you!!

No one likes having to take their car to the body shop but if you have to, chose Fasttrak Luis is the guy who runs the place and it s pretty apparent he loves what he does and it shows in his work ethic . He informed me every step of the way about the status of my car and finished it up on the day he promised it would be done. To top it off they even cleaned the car inside and out. I hope I won t need a body shop anytime soon but if I do, Il definitely come here without hesitation.

Amazing service! I needed to have my front listens plate mounted and they did it in no time at all. EXTREMELY great pricing (when you normally expect to pay and arm and a leg for simple service). Friendly staff and they made sure I knew what they would have to do to accomplish the task and made sure I was ok with it. Highly recommend them and will absolutely go back.

I don't know if this dude was having a bad day or what but he was EXTREMELY rude right out the gate, coldly told me to sit down and wait and I didn't know how long that was going for, so I merely asked him for a price so I can go on with my day, but he insulted me and told me "he didn't need" the business anyway. He doesn't know how to talk to customers and should really be kept away from them.

My car battery died 3 times in 4 days. Luckily I was parked across the street from Fasttak Auto Center. I called and asked if someone can jump my car and one of their staff members, Luis, was very helpful and brought a jump starter immediately to my car. He was able to get it started and suggested I take my car to AutoZone to get my battery replaced. Although I did not use Fasttrak's services to fix my car they were still able to help me!! I highly recommend this location for their very friendly and helpful staff!
