Came here to get an oil change and ended up in an argument with one of the repair men driving other ppl s cars recklessly. Go here if you want some bald man to almost smack into your car in a parking lot, lay on his horn after almost hitting YOU (in a parking lot) and sticking his chest out at you like he s going to intimate you while the people in charge watch their little bald man harass a woman and a customer in their store. Diaz behind them is a much better spot with better service and Midas parts. I ve never been called out of my name or nearly assaulted there cuz I bet without witnesses that man would have laid hands on me.

Brought my car in for check engine light. Each time they repaired car, same code would come back on within a few days. They kept insisting there was more wrong with car but everything has been replaced that would cause code to come on. Found out by different shop that there was a gap in the pipe leading to catalytic converter, which they also replaced, causing more issues. For a shop to specialize in emissions, they did a poor job, would Not recommend them they to me are crooks. Everytime I got my car back, there was more issues.They are snotty to you when you walk in door, like you are bothering them. Worst service I ever received and I spent a lot of money . Do not trust them

Brian the mechanic is A-1. This place will 'keep the cost down'. They won't try to sell you anything you don't need. As for the service, it can definitely be considered QUALITY at a FAIR price. I travel 40 miles to get my Lexus worked on here. I guarantee you will be satisfied ...

I called from my All Parts Auto Supply shop in Justice, IL to Fair Muffler got me 'in the door sooner!' - lucky me! These guys got the job done within a shorter than longer window of time. They gave me a diagnosis I authorized repair on the part I could afford and out the door and on the road before you know it.I would recommend Fair Muffler highly.

Went there too fix the fan in my car after a day and a half without calling me to tell me they couldn't fix the problem they fixed the window on passenger side cost me 260 dollars when I told them the window motor was working they said the whole assembly comes that way so now I still have the original problem , go to a electrical specialist they told me so their you have winter around the corner with no heat or defrost working. So now I have to find someone who knows what they're doing. Surely not fair car center oh big deal my window works next time call your customers before you do the work.as for me I learned my lesson with this place never again and I told my friends

I had to replace the undercarriage of my car. These guys took care of me on the spot, with no hassle or fuss, Scott especially. I will return, but hopefully not too soon.

They do very good work and they are honest . My wife has had her car in there several times. She has a hard time walking and they offered to take here home after dropping off the car.

I came here this morning and ask for them to check why is my muffler rattling . He puts the car up and said let s check it out. I had a small metal ring that is already broken just hanging on. So simple pulled that off. Then there was a metal sheet on top of the muffler that was hanging and hitting the muffler that was the problem. So he just took a ranch and pulled it off and said that was the problem then he said $30 bucks. Without even telling me the price or anything . I could of done it myself for $30. Came in and ask them to check it out only. Then he said keep this between you and me. Basically you paid for our lunch he said. I m never coming back here again. I could of went down the block to Pasaino and they could of done it for $10 or $20 this guy said $30. Don t bring your business here. Highway robbery

I took my old car here a few years ago and I really should have filed a complaint against them because they were very dishonest. The reason why I did not file a complaint was because I had a lot of other personal things going on that at that time which needed my immediate attention.However, I paid these jokers a $1000 that I really did not have for them to fix my old white, Malibu Chevrolet; and not only did they not fix it, but would not return my phone calls.So, I would highly discourage anyone from taking there vehicle here to get serviced. If I could give this place less than one star, I would have.Kyra Tawana Boyden

There was a time you got good service now I'm not too sure I had to return more than three times to solve the issue don't know if I'm going to continue to go back

Worst ever. Dishonest and not reliable. I gave a one star because that's the lowest star there was. Don't trust this place. Shop performed unnecessary work that wasn't authorized. Horrible trouble shooting skills.

Rescued by Pete's Towing, Burbank, ill.The Tow Truck Guy Dropped me at Work an Towed my Car to Fair Muffler, where Brian, Eugene And Mr. Terry took Excellent Care of my car and had me back on the Road. Thanks Guys .

Went in to get brakes put on all the way around when I left my brake pedal was down to the floor and they told me something else was wrong so they put my parts on but they loosened something else so I can come back they have no morals or value they think because people got stimulus checks they can just cheat people out of their moneyService: BrakesService: Brakes
