I have been going to this shop for 3 years. Each time I go they have been professional, knowledgeable, an efficient. Even today, the heat in my car completely stop working. Turned out I needed a new motor for the blower. The team was extremely busy with the winter storm just hitting. Sam managed to get me in and blower motor installed. This is top notch service considering the temps are scheduling to drop drastically in the next days. Great , top notch service. They have not disappointed me anytime I go for service.

By far the best Experience I could have imagined when dealing with an auto mechanic. The knowledge and honesty are the two main things I look for when giving someone my business, I can say confidently this place has both which is Rare! Honest and Fair prices and quick turn around times! Highly would recommend !

Bought my car in last week for making some horribly bad noise. Thought it was going to be a super expensive fix and was expecting a crazy estimate. Turned out it be a simple fix of my brakes. These guys were honest quick and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

This is definitely the place to get your car fixed. I went in with what I thought was something major and they took the time to diagnose the problem and tell me it was something that would cost me less than $100. Wait.....they're honest and didn't try to overcharge me?? Man they earned me trust and business for life. Keep up the great work guys!!

I brought my car in through CarMax Maxcare. They did an amazing job and addressed all of my issues. They explained that they would have to order the parts on my car as I am driving a newer vehicle. Sam and Moe are wonderful and very easy to deal with. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle her for service from now on. I will also recommend them to anyone needing any type of work done or maintenance. Thanks guys!

I went here because I could smell gas in my car whenever i turned on the heater. It was discovered I had an exhaust leak. Even though they repaired it, I can still smell gas when I turn on the defrost. I took it back for them to check it out, and they told me everything was fine and to give it a couple of weeks for the coating to burn off the catalytic converter etc. Well, it s been well over two weeks and I m still smelling gas in the cabin whenever I turn on the defrost. I m going to take my car somewhere else to get checked out. Of course I m irritated having to do this after spending close to $800.

I ve been taking my car here for years and they never disappoint. the confidence and security I have knowing that the same people have worked on my car for so long is great. they don t just tell you what s wrong but they show you and explain it to you giving you that peace of mind that you re not getting ripped off. I recommend this shop to everyone I know and they end up making them their fav repair shop too. thanks guys for always taking care of my green machine

I felt I needed to share my experience.I had mixed feelings at first because they jump in the review section and go back and forth.but hey here is my truth.I have maxcare as well. I sent my truck to this shop originally for my transmission they had my car for 3wks the day they finally called and said my truck was ready, it did not make it home, my truck cut off in the middle of the alley while I was driving, they tell me to bring it back. the second time it was not the transmission but my alternator, mind you I had alternator work done not even a year prior, me being a woman I get really bad anxiety dealing with car shops. so I tell them just do the work since they reassured me, that it was covered. through my really good insurance, that they kept mentioning. After having my truck a month this time they call me and tell me my truck was ready, I go get my truck and I m driving it for a week and it starts making this loud noise I take it back, now it s my engine lol now I needed a brand new engine never had none of these issues until bringing it here. They did the work yet again and had my truck again for another 3 to 4 weeks. After a couple weeks go by of me in my truck it started doing the same issue it did the very first time when they fixed my transmission I did not want to bring it back so I call maxcare and let them know what they were doing and unfortunately I had to bring it back because of the warranty . Now this time my transmission was leaking fluid .

Great shop! Techs are very knowledgeable. Had a problem with my car they nobody could fix. I heard about the shop from a friend. Won t go anywhere else

I have a 2019 Chevy Equinox LT.with a diesel engine.I finally have someone who actually knows about diesel engines. Expert Autos does a wonderful job with my vehicle and it doesn't take long at all. Sam stays in contact to let you know what's going on with vehicle. They also check to see if everything else is working properly on vehicle..Great place Great service.

Communication is terrible. Attitude from front desk guy is terrible. My truck has been at this shop 3 times already! For the same thing. It is also under the Maxcare warranty. The struts and breaks weren t done the 2 times that it was there, and now came back the 3rd time to complete the job from the first visit. A part is missing from the suv and can t be found. The answer was if it s that important we can order it for you . Then after the second visit the AC and Heat started malfunctioning. Like you have to be kidding me. I wouldn t send anyone here ever. Whatever they reply to this post is irrelevant, cause they already have other bad reviews. Experts Auto Centers are Great and Awesome. They made me feel comfortable and at home (Yay). They answered all of my questions very well. The answers to all of my questions were very detailed/honest and direct (No Baloney or Beating around the bush). I will highly recommend them for muffler or any vehicle needs. They know me by 2011 Toyota venza lol and not only have I been doing biz with them for three years now and everytime they provide top of the line service but they also have given repair finance optionsthat saved me when my maxcare coverage was over. Great guys sam and Moe
