Terrible experience for the 2nd time with Exotic Wheels. I explained exactly what I needed to Jerry before coming in and the main thing was the repair of a cracked rim. I asked him if I needed to make an appointment and he said no and that it was walk-in only. I told him that I would be there first thing in the morning to get that work done. I was the 2nd customer there. When I got there there whomever repairs his rims was not there. He made a few calls and nothing; The guy didn't answer nor did he call back. I waited from 10am to almost 3pm and nothing. I said I would come back tomorrow and asked if he could make certain that his guy would be there first thing in the morning. He said yes. He also asked me to leave a deposit and I did. After waiting so long the day before I decided to call before going in. I spoke with Jerry at 10:02am. His guy wasn't there and he wasn't sure when he was coming in. So he said he would call his guy and call me back. I waited 3 hours with no call back from Jerry. When I called him back, he was not even onsite and made several excuses saying he must have called and texted the wrong number when he was trying to reach me. My name and number is in his system and has been for some time. I asked when his guy would be there so I could get the work done. His response, "well, he SAID would be there" at 3:00pm today. When I asked how sure he was with that, he again said, "Well, that's what he said." That didn't sit well with me and after they guy's now show the day before, I wasn't very confident in that. We're now almost 2 full days in, he's holding my money and his guy is being sketchy at best. In 5 hours yesterday this same guy never called him back as I waited and waited for him. I then asked for my money back. He said he'd return it... but then he said there was a fee for taking my wheel off and putting it back on yesterday. He wants to charge me $35 for that since I no longer want to do business with him. I think that's shady business but fine. Take your $35 fee and give me my money back. I will never ever do business with Exotic Wheels again. The first time I went there a few months back they told me it would be hour or two when I got there but they had my car the entire day. I should have learned my lesson then. Never again! Ever!

Ben at Wheels Boutique is one of the best and most straight up people in the aftermarket business which is rare in this day and space. From simple wheels and lowering to full out builds, WB is only place I would trust.

Good workers. Owner is friendly and straight forward. He will not try to sell you something in order to get you to spend more than what you want. Quick service. Overall great wheel and tire shop.

The owner of the shop (Gerry) is a very nice guy but he doesn't make sure his customers are satisfied. I bought rims twice from here and twice I've had issues w/the balancing of the tires. The first time I bought rims for my car, the tires were hitting the wheel area of the car when I would hit a small bump in the street. I took it back and they put lifters on there but I still had the same issue and I ended up returning the rims. Just this past summer, I bought rims and tires for my truck. I explained the issue I had before and stated that I didn't want to go through that situation again and Gerry assured me that he'd take care of me. Well, he didn't! My truck began shaking at 50 mph. I had to take it back several times to the point they sent me to another shop for them to balance my tires. I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience and because of that, I won't EVER do business there again and I will for sure NOT recommend anyone shop there!! I don't even like rims no more because of my experience there!!

Gerry was great. Explained what I needed with larger tires to fit the rims correctly not what the recommended size was he did the measurements and made the order and the fit is so much better!

There were not many wheel options for my tires so they suggested to have my wheels powder coated. I was nervous about it but they assured me the finish would look like brand new wheels. And I must say they delivered. Gave my car a brand new look for a very affordable price. They also delivered on time so nice to not have to UBER to get around.

So, my experience at Exotic Wheel Boutique, nothing less than great! The staff were very friendly from the showroom floor where they display their beautiful array of rims, to the garage where they get their hands dirty and make your car BEAUTIFUL! My first time there...I'm impressed. I would definitely suggest their services to anyone who's in search of tires and rims. They got my Cadillac XTS right.SERVICE IS EVERYTHING..

03/29/23 this business is amazing I love the customer service here the owner and his wife is excellent with people problems and concerns jerry is a awesome guy smart and wise he is very knowledgeable and will make sure he tells you the right information and suggestions i definitely highly recommend this rim shop to people with rims this will be my shop from now on and I love how the prices is fair

My experience with Exotic Wheel Boutique was great. After checking other places to find rims to replace my factory one's that kept losing air after having them resealed several times they either was on back order or the company they dealt with closed. I went here from looking at the reviews and I had a great experience overall. They was very helpful from my selection to making sure I was doing ok and provided professional service. Thank you to the team at Exotic Wheel Boutique!

This place is extremely amazing!! I went to Exotic Wheels after having a bad experience at another place. When I got there Jeriyon was very helpful right up front. He knew what would and wouldn t fit on my car and helped me pick out rims that would fit and find what I was looking for. I ended up getting the Spec 1 rims and they ended up looking so amazing I was about to cry because after getting screwed from the last place I went to I was finally happy after months of waiting on a spare tire. Thanks to all of you for the help and I will always come back to either buy different wheels or just going for tires. I will also recommend you guys to everyone I know!!! Again thank you guys again for the great customer service and the amazing wheels on my car!!!!

I have purchased here a few times & left feeling like I should have looked else where . I was really excited about buying rims and didn t shop around for the best prices the rims are nice but they are not worth the price. And the tires are crappy. I haven t had a tire that lasted a year from here I wouldn t recommend just because it s another rim shop just out to get your money you won t find bang for your buck here and you won t find good customer service either . Best to go if you know them personally,or if you just have money to blow .not a horrible place but I don t plan to ever return .

I came in because Costco said it wasn't the tire but a bent rim.The Exotic Wheel Boutique took my van into the shop. Handled me the keys and said $10. It was a nail in the tire.I thanked them for their honesty.I was a woman who they easily could of said rim and I would of believed them.I highly recommend Exotic Wheel Boutique!!!!!!!!!!

Gerry and his team are AWESOME!!! Gerry definitely didn't take advantage to over price the wheels due to the type of vehicle I drive (other stores has tried me and as you see I didn't go with them).I highly recommend Exotic Wheels!! Thank you all for your help!

Trying to patronize a local business, I'd never spend money with these people. Went in on a Friday to literally ask to set an APPOINTMENT to have tires mounted and balanced the following Tuesday. Was told it was first come, first served. I came back Tuesday and was told they could do it tomorrow, Wednesday. But, was told someone was coming in at 10a, when they open, but they would be able to "get to me" in the afternoon. Ok, I verified with the same guy I spoke to Friday that it was indeed first come, first served. He stated he had someone coming in, and apologized. I said ok, and left, thinking I'd just come back around 11a and hopefully no one got there ahead of me since the last thing I was told was, it's first come, first served. After thinking it over, it sounded a lot like the person coming in at 10a had an appointment. I called. I spoke to the same guy, again. I asked him if I could make an appointment, since the person at 10a had one even though it was first come, first served. He said yes... he then says he has someone at 12p, and I can come in around 2p. Wait, now I could have had the 12p APPOINTMENT slot, had you told me while I was just in your store, that you're taking appointments now? Wow. He proceeded to tell me that business has picked up, and now they're taking appointments... I was there Friday, it was first come, first served. They were closed Sunday. So, in 2 days business picked up that much?Sir, you could have taken my appointment Friday. You also failed to communicate effectively that you guys were now officially taking appointments. In trying to support my own, they tend to come up short on the customer service side. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Very cool selection of wheels at great prices. The level of customer service was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! It felt like they create relationships. I will return.

Highly recommended due to great, attentive service! I stopped in other wheel and tire places but they didnt measure up in terms of product, prices and people. If experience, knowledge, attention, and relationships matter (not to mention good deals) then go to Exotic Wheel. You wont be disappointed.

They did an awesome job one helping me pick out wheels for both of my trucks. They have a very good knowledge of wheels. Knowing what is the best wheels and offset for every vehicle.

The manager Jerry and his staff are very attentive and professional and they carry a very large selection of custom wheels and tires I'd highly recommended exotic wheels to anyone who wants to put custom wheels on their ride. Sincerely Jerome Ferguson

Great service....they did my Lexus ls460 with 22s...looks and drives great....gave me a great price checked 3 other rims shops...exotic wheels had best price by far....definitely recommended...if u need wheels go here.....

Bought some rims from these guys and my back tires were scrubbing. They told me to bring my car back in and they would put some lifters on the coils in the back. They took care of me real quick. Would def recommend these guys.

Horrible! Gerry completely ignored me when another customer came in (AFTER) me. Complete and utter disrespect to just do that to someone. So I just walked out the store. Sorry I m not gonna give them my business with their lack of respect.
