Highly recommend! It is hard to find a mechanic to trust these days and Mike is one of the great ones. He just did a ton of work on my car and walked me through step by step on pricing and the details on what he s doing and why. He never tries to sell you on anything you don t need. He actually tries to save you money and tells you what s necessary and what can wait. Anytime someone needs work done on their vehicle I am always happy to jump in and recommend him. I can t say enough good things about this shop. If you re looking for a mechanic shop look no further. You will not be dissapointed.

I'm glad my buddy recommended this spot. Mike is honest and does great quality work. Replaced my rear brakes and a front bearing on my Accord. Established Auto is my new go to auto shop. Highly recommend.

Great place for my cars . Mike has never let me down when it comes to troubleshooting a problem or changing out something broken. Been to other shops before and they start changing out parts till they fix the problem, but not here. Mike has extended knowledge about cars and has explained what the problem is and what needs to be changed instead of changing random parts and costing tons of money. Great experience , i hope this shop will be around for a long time.

Had issues passing the emotions test took it to Mike he fixed it explained the problem. Broke down the numbers..Same day will recommend. Very clean waiting area as well

These guys are great I've been going there since they opened. You buy the part they install it or vise versa it doesn't matter they will get the job done at fair prices. Remember you get what you pay for my neighborhood guy is cheaper but he's not insured and works on the street. So I go to the professionals I drop off my car and they call me when its ready. That easy.

I brought a 2008 Camry to Mike on a Thursday, he had it back to me on Tuesday. Good turnaround time despite his busy schedule and the condition of the vehicle. He fixed a major engine issue that the nearby Toyota Dealership had exaggerated and he did it well under the price that they quoted. He responded via text and phone to my questions and was communicative throughout the repair process. He updated me on how the repairs were going and additional costs that came up. His prices are fair, not the cheapest but not dealership level. You get what you pay for: honesty, the additional customer service, the thoroughness of his work, and the good quality.I also appreciated that he gave me advice on the overall condition of the car, repairs that I could foresee in the future, and whether or not I should consider waiting on those repairs until I can see if the car is dependable or not. He was able to tell me about the complicated history of the car by seeing how the car had been worked on in the past. I have not been able to find a good mechanic in Chicago so far, one who will tell you what repairs to get and what repairs to maybe not get, and give advice on how to maintain an older car. I will be definitely be returning to Mike s shop.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had some steering/brake and maintenance work done on my Jeep at Established Auto a month or so ago and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Mike is a great mechanic, very honest and up front about everything, he went out of his way to truly help me and explain everything so I understood exactly what I was paying for. Price was competitive and did not feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. All of my issues were taken care of and my Jeep is working great. I am very happy with my experience and intend to keep coming back here for any future car needs.

Mike is great. I've used him for the smallest job like changing a battery because I didn't have the tools, to doing work on my Jeeps fueling system. Very helpful, knowledgeable he takes his time to explain.

Mike is awesome. Explains everything before putting hands on your car and very honest!! Being a women is hard going to places like this because sometimes we get taken advantage of but mike is amazing! Explained what was wrong helped me understand everything really well!!! My #1 mechanic now

Mike was great! Told him that he was my new mechanic. His knowledge and expertise was unparalleled and he was willing to share it. We talked cars for a little bit (I do some work on my own car) and I couldn't keep up lol. I don't doubt there isn't a thing he could fix professionally and at a great price. He's worked at dealerships and shops all across the city.

Mike is really efficient and he doesn't mess around. I dropped off my car. He took a look at my car and informed me what was wrong within about 30 minutes and within 2 hours my car was ready for pickup. Cost seems reasonable and my car runs great now noise free!

Established Auto and Trust is more like it... I, like most individuals, don't know the difference between a timing belt and windshield washing fluid... but you know who does, Mike and his team that's who.Mike has been "my guy" for the last few years and will continue to be "my guy", He's very accommodating and does a great job explaining things to me in a way that ever I can grasp. So, If you DON"T want to be taken advantage of or if you are looking for a guy.... well then I have a guy for you.Thank you Mike for your professionalism time and time again.

Quality work done here. I came in my wife s Nissan Rogues control arms were starting to go. The shop has my wife s car done in a couple hours and for a fraction of the price that Nissan was charging. We will come back here again! Very nice, superb service.

Referred here by a friend, checked it out this is the only place I will bring my cars to. Mike is a great guy and great mechanic mike doesn't hard sell you like other places he's always been good and fair on prices with me, if you want a good mechanic check this place out.

I had a lot of problems with other mechanics(stealing, not rotating tires when i marked them, replacing my battery with an old one, etc..) Me and my dad have been going here for a couple years and we never had any issues. I know i can trust Mike so Thank you

Because of this shop my Volvo will never see a dealership again. I went to my neighborhood Volvo to repair my AC and I was quoted $1700 to replaced AC condenser "That had a Leak". I took my Volvo to Established auto and explained my issue and Mike instantly said that "dont seem like your condenser have a leak" let me take a look. Long story short my ac needed to be vacuumed and recharge. My AC blows extra cold and I saved a fraction comared to the dealer repairs. If you thinking of going to this shop it's a no brainer. You dont get honest licensed mechanics like this often.

Went in to do a complete timing belt and water pump done. Very friendly and knows what he is doing! Would highly recommend if you need any car repair.
