Robert Carrasaquillo was amazing to work with. My vehicle was finished faster than expected. Thank you to the team for fast and efficient service. Diamond at the front desk was the most pleasant as well. This body shop is the cleanest and nicest. Thanks for removing so much stress. If anything ever happens again, I know who to call!

Erie LaSalle body shop is top notch. They did amazing body work on my Audi and were able to get the work done sooner than expected. They also were super helpful fixing/diagnosing other little issues that they came across. I highly recommend taking your car here if you ever need body work done, as I definitely will utilize their service again if and when the time comes.

Robert and the team took good care of me and my car. From initial consultation to final drop off it went without a hitch. Completely transparent, frequently updated, and my vehicle looked great after the repair. Hope I never have to go back but would strongly recommend to anyone needing work on their vehicle!

Robert worked with me to get my estimate; he was easy to work with, and they did a great job on my car. Service was fast, and I didn't expect a basic interior and exterior detail, so that was a plus! Will definitely be using their services in the future.

BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero (0) stars I absolutely would. Do NOT waste your time or money on this shop or any of their additional locations. My vehicle was returned to me in the exact same way it was when it was dropped off for repair. This body shop did not repair, they painted over a cracked damaged bumper after being rear-ended. They proceeded to try to explain to me in a rude manner that repairs were not necessary ! Isn t this why you take your damaged vehicle to a body shop? For repairs? Why bill my insurance over $3000? Why accept the vehicle in the first place? And when I call to get information and my insurance involved, I was offered to take the vehicle back to fix what should ve been done . Not going to waste more time, money, and oxygen on this rude, fraudulent business.Please look at the photos below for proof. This is the condition of the car after alleged repairs were done.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Went out of their way so my car could stay in the shop and not on the street while the trunk wouldn t close and the battery was dead. Took a while for the part to come in, but when it was they made me the top priority, and my car was done a couple of days later. Great place!

I got into a hit & run that damaged my driver's side mirror, and needed a dent repaired. Erie-LaSalle was fantastic. Robert was great to work with and kept me updated on how long the repairs would take. Insurance processing was quick and easy. I really appreciated all the work they put in to restoring my HR-V. I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need any body work done again! Thanks, you guys!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Upfront with what they were going to do. Kept me informed as it happened. Yeah, it took a bit for me to even bring my car to be accessed, but that's not a bad thing. The fact that they're that busy means they're trusted to do the job right and rightfully so. My car runs like new.

My boyfriend recommended them to me and I am so happy I went forward with Erie Lasalle. Honestly, I could not have asked for better care of my car! The entire process (although a long one) was smooth and easy, and they took care of all of it. Steven was amazing - he took care of all the communication with insurance and made sure I was aware of why it was taking long, or what we were waiting for before moving forward. Diamond was always available to answer my questions and relay any messages to me! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

This is the place to go if you ve been in an accident and need body work done! The receptionist is very clear and through when explaining everything necessary for the service. The mechanic Steven is professional, friendly and very clear and patient. The whole staff is polite and welcoming. Erie-Lasalle did an amazing job on my vehicle and I would recommend to anyone and to everyone I could to get your services done here. They are fast, efficient, clear with instruction and provide great service overall . It was my first accident, and first experience having to trust someone with my vehicle and they did outstanding. Incredible shop for anyone! I had a stolen catalytic converter and they worked with State Farm to make the repair process seamless and easy. Robert particularly was very communicative and professional. Highly recommend!

A one week repair took 3 weeks because they messed up the paint. Fast forward 3 years later and this is what I m left with. A back yard quality repair. There is more bondo on this repair than a junk car in a junk yard.Spoke to the shop and received the response of I wasn t here back then so I don t know what to tell you. This shop was a preferred shop of State Farm.Response to the owner:State Farm has not sided with you. They are sending an adjuster to inspect the car first. Doesn t seem like an honest practice to misrepresent facts.Additionally, the fact that there is this much filler on a repair is unacceptable by any decent shop, let alone one with your high reputation. Sometimes owning up to mistakes goes a long way. And a quarter inch thickness of filler is definitely a mistake.

I said to my wife, "I love it when you go to a service and everything goes down as it should; professionals!" Someone dinged our car, which is always a PITA to handle, between Insurance and being without a car, but Erie_LaSalle and stephen were fantastic. They did an awesome job on my car. I would 100% recommend. They were professional, friendly and most importantly, organized. My car doesn't look like it was ever in an accident after they completed the job. They even refilled my washer fluid, cleaned the inside of the car and washed it for me.

GOT MY BABY BACKUnfortunately, i have been a customer of Erie and Lasalle for over 30 years. My husband and I were always very pleased with the services rendered. Office staff and employees are always so respectful , helpful, courteous and PROFESSIONAL. Many times my insurance company would steer me to another service center but i always remained loyal to those loyal to me and my family. Love these guys.Dr C

I have worked with Erie-LaSalle for more than 30 years and they have consistently delivered remarkable results every time. Their staff is friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend them for any car related issues. They are much more than just a body shop!

I would like to know when you will transfer me the money for the phone stand that was stolen from your workshop. You yourself said that you would pay. I'm waiting for the second week. The second question is when can I pick up my key, almost two months have passed since the repair. I initially gave you the original key, and in return I received a regular old-style key. Third, this is the back seat. Your employee said it will be in January, okay I can wait. Let's solve the issue now with the key and the phone stand. I didn t want to write here, but I had to because you don t answer my messages.

Did not expect such a smooth and seemless experience after getting in a fender bender! Erie-LaSalle was fantastic. Communication was timely, the people were friendly and I felt like I picked up a brand new car. Thank you SO much. I hope we don't have to ever see each other again in the best possible way! they again surpass the expectations and did an amazing job, car pretty much looked totaled, and got it fixed and looked brand new within 1week. super quick easy job, fast and very good quality, communication was very good and was reached out to about every update. Fast professional estimates...Update:2023Returned today because a typical Chicago animal driving crazy scraped my car with thier mirror when trying to pass on the right. I was beside myself.. I got the plate but they have no license to lose..anyway, stopped by the shop and thought it would be weeks to repair... THIS IS WHY YOU TAKE IT TO PROFESSIONALS HERE. They repaired the scrape and you cannot even tell within a very very very short period of time. Even though I passed other repair shops on the way here, I returned because my first experience was so good. It payed dividends because today's outcome was better than I could ever imagine. Thank you Jessie for your integrity and professionalism! My photo isn't great, but trust me... you could see the difference in before and after.

Despite being a family business, my experience with them was one of the wildest and worst I've encountered.On the positive side, they managed to address the three specific tasks I requested, with Matt taking charge when Jay overlooked my order.However, there were several drawbacks: Jay's initial failure to progress my requests led to delays, they damaged my car during the process, and their time estimates were grossly inaccurate, resulting in inconvenience for me.Additionally, their attempted fixes, such as the airbag light issue and broken turning signal, proved ineffective.Despite offering only a tiny discount as an apology, I've decided not to never return for further services.
