This place has treated my right. Came to get a motor installed after dealership blew my last one and wouldn t take the fault. I brought the bike to EPM, ended up finding a motor and they replaced it quick and did a good job with it. The dealership had the bike for almost a year EPM got this done in a month. Living over an hour away it was worth the travel. Happy new customer!

They ve been taking care of all my motorcycle needs these past few years. The guys here are welcoming and kind! Prices are always fair and most of the time better than what I can find near here! The hospitality here is great as well. Would highly recommend giving EPM a try!

I searched for a shop to service my sons Apollo Blazer 9 I finally came across EPM MOTORSPORTS and after reading all the good reviews I made the 2 hour round trip and it was well worth it! Great attitudes and communication from the start and they got my sons Atv running better than the day he got it! I definitely recommend and will definitely do business again!!!Services: Engine repair, Battery

This shop was very helpful! They were able to take me in as a walk-in to have my new tires mounted and balanced. Staff was really friendly and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. I would use them again to have my bike serviced.

I brought in a used motorcycle I had recently purchased to have it looked over/inspected. I was extremely happy with the owner and mechanic who worked on my bike. They happened to find a serious safety issue with the bike which they fixed as well as routine repairs and some more complex repairs. Communication from the owner was great and I felt all the pricing was very fair. This was my first experience with EPM and I am sure to go back there with my other motorcycles. Great experience!

Great experience all around to repair my 12-year old Honda PCX 125. I was kept informed throughout the entire process beginning with the expert towing through the procurement and installation of parts.Thank you for getting my bike back on the road!

Needed help with my tire that was flat thinking I would need a whole new tire. But these guys fixed it for free very honest guys over there definitely would be back to do more work on my bike.

Yeah there's no reason available to give these dudes less than 5 stars. I called them at 10am and said I'd neglected an oil change prior to summer and that I was gonna tarp my bike for season, but wondered, against what every other place says, if I shot over could they change my oil as I waited? "No problem," I was told, "bring it in." I did. Once it cooled, the one guy stopped what he was doing and we rolled my bike in. I do enjoy watching this stuff and learning hands on how to do it. Nobody said wait in office or out of garage. The 3 of 4 guys are all super cool and we talked bikes, trips, upgrades, The Bears, etc. I not only watched bud change the oil, which bike riders know is a bit more tech than on a 89 Taurus, but he explained things as he went through it, and the price was right on par with an anywhere oil change.Ya know man, I say it all the time, there are a lot of restaurants with great food but not a lot of great restaurants. Point being there is so much more to a customer than here's your receipt and thanks for coming. Watch this place blow up with business, and even though they do great work at a fair price, that will have little to do with the big success. They treat their customers like friends. Hmm, imagine that concept.

Extremely pleased with everything, my first time as a customer. Michael answered my call promptly, courteously and efficiently. He presented tires suitable for my bike, and as my back tire was leaking air he let me bring it in that day although it would be a couple days until my tire would arrive.Tire arrived and his staff quickly replaced my bad tire, finished everything up quickly and efficiently. Stayed right there with price quoted up front.Truly professional in every way, kudos to Michael and his team. Don't hesitate to use EPM, I'm going back every time I need service!

A friend recommended EPM and I'm glad he did! I'd much rather support a small business than a Harley dealership. They were easy to work with and very accommodating with scheduling. They kept me informed at every step of their troubleshooting process and gave my bike a detailed inspection after they repaired my primary issue. Their Harley mechanic definitely knew what he was doing! They were able to get my bike back on the road in under two weeks!

I was desperately looking for a (ATV) repair shop on the north side of Chicago, I came across mike, the owner of epm motorsports that was able to take my vehicle in to replace a bad rod/ piston as well as carburetor. My ATV was up up and running within 2 months. Brought my sons mini bike in to have the brakes repaired. The guys at the shop were very friendly and helpful. They repaired the brakes and had awesome communication through text.They also helped me load and unload the bike. Thanks for the awesome service! I look forward to working with you in the future.

So far the gentleman Mike has been TERRIFIC . I dropped my scooter off and he was very pleasant & professional.So far I m liking what I see.These are the BEST EVER !I got my scooter Saturday & it s running BETTER than when I 1st got it.Plus they even looked over the ENTIRE BIKE, when they found something they didn t even charge me for extra work.There is no place better 2 get your scooter worked on.And once again they were VERY PLEASANT.Price was what they quoted.Mike & his team are the BOMB!Service: Edger repair

Mike picked up my scooter and was very communicative throughout. He would message me before doing any further work to make sure I approved the work beforehand. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. Would highly recommend using EPM for any repairs!

I have been searching for someone that works on older, mini bikes, and motorcycles local to me. No one would answer the phone or call me back. I spoke with Michael at EPM We schedule an appointment and a week and a half later my bike is running awesome and all the repairs were done to my request.I will not take my motorcycle anywhere but EPMGreat work!!

EPM's amazing mechanic brought my old rusted Tomos Arrow back to life. I could barely wheel it into their shop because the brake disc/pads and chain were so rusted. The repair wasn't cheap, but they were timely and very responsive. Highly recommended

I brought my KLR 650 in with a power problem that another mechanic had misdiagnosed. Jeff was able to identify the real problem (which was due to several worn and degraded parts all failing together) After a reasonable amount of time and with very good communication about what was being identified as the causes of the problem - with pictures and descriptions, so I didn t have to make the trek to the shop. We re up and running really well. Great work.I gave them 4 stars because there were several times over the diagnosis that they gave me a price and then changed it. It was all reasonable and they recognized that the price shifts were happening. I m definitely going to use them again. 5 stars for work and communication about the mechanics.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Engine repair, Brake service & repair

These guys are AMAZING. I called them AFTER hours and got a live person. I needed just a tire change but couldn't get anyone to fit me in for same day service.Well, Michael told me to come down the next day and because it was a simple job they could get me done while I wait. I show up, they get me done and back out riding with no hassle.They are my new go to shop and really appreciate them getting me back on the road so quickly.

EPM is the BEST motorcycle mechanic in Chicago. They work on old bikes and perform magic at a reasonable price. They re communicative, knowledgeable and everyone who works here is really kind! I ve never had a better experience with a mechanic. My 1981 bike was hit and sat for a year. It needed a huge overhaul, but EPM got it running again and I m so appreciative. I won t go anywhere else. You will not regret doing business with these guys.

What I want tonsay is simple. There are many shops in Chicago land area. But if your looking for the best. Then this is it. Customer service beyond amazing constant updates and makes you feel not forgotten. Service was professionally addressed and repaired in a timely manner. It's just like with anything else maybe for example Most people prefer one particular location for portillo's. That's because they cook the best and the food is the best and everything is the best same goes with this place and other motorcycle shops. Mike and his crew were beyond kind and helpful to me . I did a walk-in and they had great ideas and were very welcoming. They promptly assessed my scooter and kept me up to date on the needs and costs to get her ready for the road again . They were Very reasonable and he added an extra touch of washing it to look sparkly clean . They went over everything they did and gave me good tips on how to keep her working at top performance. They went beyond what I expected and are very passionate in this field . Seeing their workspace in the garage was amazing . I want all of those toys ! I am SOOOO EXCITED to have found him . He s a super nice, knowledgeable and patient guy . I will always take my bike to Mike for future needs and I know I can also stop by to bug him about concerns or opinions on future care because he s THAT friendly. THANK YOU !

The people at EPM MOTORSPORT are the best. I took my new 2022 Hayabusa to this shop because I had scheduled at a Dealership but the level of customer service was not to my liking. So I saw EPM and saw their rating and I understand why they got 5 stars. Mike the owner was very personable and was up front with cost. I was basically getting my 1st service done on bike and it s not only Mike. His mechanics are GREAT! They make you feel at home. One of the mechanics took his time figuring out an issue and was very patient even when I m asking questions. I wish Mike and his crew GREAT success and I hope to do business with them soon!!!

Mike and his team did a great job of helping me get my motorcycle up and running again. From the time they picked it up, to the time it was complete, EPM kept me informed about what they were doing and the cost. Also loved the simple way to approve and pay for work. I also really appreciate Mike's checking in with me a few days after to make sure everything was working. Definitely the best experience I've had getting something motorized repaired.

Mike and the crew at EPM did a great job on my 2008 Yamaha R6 tire change! They gave me the option to drop off the wheels for the tire swap or for a few bucks more to drop off the bike and they'd take care of the mounting. I opted for the latter and EPM called me the next morning to let me know my bike was ready! Turn around was super fast considering the amount of equipment they were working on at the same time, communication was excellent, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to bring in any motorized equipment for them to work on.

I came here when I needed repairs at a short notice. Communication was clear on what work was being done and why. The folks here want to help and take care of customers' bikes as if their own. Prices are fair, but the work done is great. I will also mention customer service is easy to work with and is very communicative. Easily my next choice where to service my bike.

Called a lot of places to replace my Honda Shadow tires. They were the most affordable. On first call very courteous and walked through all questions I had. Had no problem receiving my ordered parts. Work was down in good time and happy with results, rides great.

Mike and Jeff took real great care of me and my Honda cb750!! We had some unfortunately delays due to supply chain issues but they were excellent in their communication and very honest/open with their recommendations and pricing. Bike was running great when I picked it up. Excellent experience; I highly recommend them
