Come at your own risk they are not integral! These people had my car since 08/25 promising that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to fix. They do nothing but lie! I had to basically force them to give me my car. After I had had it with their lies! Do not I repeat take your car here even if it s the last resortService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Not only did he tow my truck for a low price, he also allowed my truck to sit until next day. No gimmicks, he get straight to the point and don t try n get over you

This business picked up my car immediately when I called to inquire about transmission repair and I didn t even expect towing. I was called accordingly and updated on progress. They gave me estimated bills and even understood when I wasn t able to pick it up the same day it was available. I also received a vid of what was going on during the repair. My car drives well now, I missed her lbs. I highly recommend this business for your transmission needs because they were reasonably priced as well.Service: Transmission

I just discovered a new automotive repair shop that I can trust and feel comfortable with the integrity of their business standards. By treating their customers like friends and not dollar signs. Best auto repair shop and best customer service friendly business. I will be bringing my car's automotive repair work to Eminent Auto Repair without hesitation!!

The most excellent customer service I've ever had at a auto shop. Receptionist Chardeis an asset to this business. She should get a raise for how great she is with customers. The work done was superb! This is the first auto shop that I didn't feel cheated or lied too. I would recommend this shop to everyone. They do good work and I felt I could trust this shop. I was Looking for a shop that does rust repair and Eminent Auto rebuilders came up . After contacting them kamau mason (the owner) really took the time to go over all areas of the service that I would need. the time and the Pricing was right on point . Definitely grateful I looked this shop up . The service I received here was phenomenal . I came here to get the bulb in my headlight changed . Didn t have to wait a long time either & they had to partially take my bumper off . The owner was so nice and professional. The receptionist was a sweetheart ! Owner gave me free estimate on the work that needs to be done on my car . They definitely Hooked me up . Great prices too. I highly recommend going here for any services you may need for your car . Thank you Eminent body shop! I will be returning !!

Got a ding, chip or crack in your vehicle... Then Eminent Auto Shop is the place to go... There is no job too small or too big that they cannot handle. This was an overall exceptional experience. The quality of service and professionalism is right on point. All of my questions were answered and the repairs were completed timely. And don t let me forget the intake process was on point.... What an amazing job they did on my husband s Mustang! They fixed the whole backend, damage was from being rear ended. Fast turn around time, excellent quality work and phenomenal customer service! I highly recommend!

I loveeeee this shop. I had an amazing time. Everyone was very friendly and full of joy. The payment methods are amazing too. They accept zelle, cash app, cash, and card. It is a must to come to this body shop. Will be back. I did mention I LOVED THE SERVICE!

I came in with minor problems they had some one work on my car that left wire hanging that damaged my electrical wiring . I spent 1500 at the shop to get my car fix i still have to replace the same things that I paid to get fix they messed my whole car up it s undrivable and I m being avoided by the shop owner . If you have a foreign car this is not the place to go . I came in one problem came out with 15 problems . The shop owner wouldn t look at my car to fix the problem but he fired the mechanic that destroyed my vehicle . Which is very unprofessional giving that I waited over serval months for a response from kamal. The worker at autozone on stony island in formed me that they were good people which they are but he wound trust them with his car . I wish someone would or written a honest review to avoid my car being messed up to the point of no return .

My truck came in this shop with one problem and came out with 7 problems. They charged me 2000$ but not fix anything.! They just pretend to repair it but stolen my parts and destroyed my truck! I ll sue them! Anyone like me? Let s sue them together!
