The best. Elmo s is all customer service. They were friendly on the phone and in the shop. I d recommend using them for tires. I had a tire repaired. I m sure they d be as good with replacement. It s a small, family business. That alone is reason to give them s try. Elmo s is our place from now on.

Called in to check if they had the tire size I needed, spoke to Martha. She was very helpful. They had what I needed, went in the next day, they were working on two other cars ahead of me but they were two workers so they finished up fast with them and my self. Prices are decent depending on what you need. Definitely will returning if need be.

The guy took my tire off and then when he told me he couldn t fix the flat he told me to put my own tire back on and said it s your car right ? I ended up buying a used tire from them and they put it on. One of the two guys there was extremely rude and condescending. I definitely would never give them my money again.

Woke up and drive off the garage with a flat tire- nail on ain't fun. I managed to stop by Elmo's Tire Shop. Entrance is by the alley way. Staff is polite and got the tire fixed super quick. They charged me $10 which is not bad for easy fixed.

Good spot, descent prices. i have been going to them for years. If your not sure about the pricing on what you want, just ask, & they will gladly let you know.

Reading some of these reviews I have to wonder more about the people leaving them being racist. I have gone here for years with no issues. They have never put a man before me and never asked me if I speak Spanish, never asked me about religion etc. I actually do speak Spanish but never speak Spanish to them, and I am Mexican but totally look like a "white girl." These people must go there with am attitude these tire shop is very friendly, affordable, excellent tire selection, fair prices and very quick. You are in and out fast.

Elmo's has saved the day twice for me now. Two times this year I've had the bad luck of waking up to a completely deflated tire. Each time I inflate it using my portable pump at home and then take it over 2 blocks to their shop. Each time, they've patched me up very quickly and at a fair price. The first time I got a tire patched, it was the morning I was supposed to drive up ~120 miles to Madison, WI. I went on my way minutes after getting my tire patched and didn't have any issues at all. Thanks, Elmo's!

Went in for a tire plug on a tire that was 90% new. Mechanic pulled off the tire, showed me where the screw was not on the wall and in the tread. He told me he couldn't fix it and that it was best to replace it. I even asked him just to plug it but he said he couldn't guarentee that and it was just best to replace. I paid for the new tire cause I had to get to work but I will never go back. Make sure to double check.

Went to change all my 4 tires for my Lexus RX350 and the guys know what they are doing. They worked on me and on 30 mins all tires were changed and balanced too. Some guy came with a tire losing pressure and they fixed the tire without him having to buy a new tire. They didn't try to sell him another tire but fixed what he had and was gone in leas than 10 mins. Great place. Would go there again. Not fancy but they know what they are doing.

Showed up one morning just to see if they had my tire size in shop, left ten minutes later with the tire installed. Great prices, helpful staff!

There was another Google reviewer that had a similar experience. I waited patiently for at least thirty minutes to have my tire serviced then another car pulled up a couple of guys jumped out and they seemed to be in some kind of a hurry. They had their tires serviced almost right away as I continued to wait. They assumed that I would just continue to wait. My hunch is if you are women they ll deliberately treat and serve you poorly. I drove away and without the tires/service I needed.

I have been coming here for years and they always do a great job for a great price. Today I stopped in and was assisted by Jose and Aldo. They were friendly and fast! They had me in and out with 15 minutes! I always recommend Elmo s Tire Shop and will continue to come here. Again, thanks to Jose and Aldo!

Been going here for 20 years for tire repairs and they always have the best prices around. Quick service. They always get me in and out as fast as they can, even if i have to wait for a couple people before me. They also always have a good cheap used tire if I need one. Way better prices for repairs and used tires than any other tire shops I've been to. I often recommend them because I hear my friends and coworkers paying way too much to repair a small leak in their tires!

Great place I was able to get a used tire for 50.00 dollars they take zelle and cash only. I was in and out in less then 20 mins. I will be back again if I ever need another tire.

I had a nail in my tire and was really expecting have to buy a new one. I took it here and they were able to patch the old and put it back on my car in no time. I was surprised and delighted at how inexpensive and fast the service was. I will definitely be returning for all of my tire needs.

These folks are the best. I ended up with a nail in my tire and a flat while visiting my grandson in the city. I called and they told me to come right over even though they were closing in 20 min. There were 2 customers in front of me and 2 behind me, but they got my tire fixed and got me on my way in no time. Also the price was amazing and they were very kind and helpful.

came in the other day to get tires removed off my wheels called before hand for a quote for 4 tires to be demounted from my wheels. Jose over the phone told me 5$ per tire I said no problem I will be there in a bit, I show up to the place to find out that since my wheels are 19inch wheel's now its 10$ a tire. If you call for a quote over the phone they should honor it bait and switch was done to me. They also disregarded when I told them to take off the tire stems won't be coming back anytime soon.

This is a great place to have in your neighborhood. You can get a flat plugged and be back on the road in 10 minutes and for less than 20 bucks in most cases. Cash only which is the way it should be

Good place for a speedy flat tire fix. The guys that work there are nice and always willing to help, don't forget to tip them they deserve it. Extra bonus if you speak Spanish.

Been here multiple times and always have great experience. Fair, honest, not pushy at all like other shops if you don t like the price then you just go elsewhere. Even though I never had to do that so far. Nice people too and quick and quality service too.

These guys are great! Super laid back and got my flat tire (picked up a screw) patched up in about 30 minutes and for $15! If you have any tire repair issues, go see them!

Jose is a great gentleman. He is fast like a rocket. Installs a tire in under 2 minutes, patches a tire in 30 seconds. The lady who answers the phone is great and personable. I recommend them for all your tire works

Too busy helping other customers while I wait 20min on top of being ignored. I wanted new tires they didn't have any so the woman in the front said she would call to have them delivered today. I said that's perfect. Then she proceeded to not make said phone call and talk with 2 others. I'm sorry I'm not waiting around just to be ignored. You lost out on a new customer. Only went here through the recommendation of a friend. GO TO THE TIRE SHOP ON PULASKI NEXT TO THE DOLLAR TREE, way way way faster service and those guys will take care of you

I were using elmos for our used tires needs. They're cheap and quick. However the last 2 times we've brought our car here they didn't have the tires in stock. The most recent time we were told they were getting some in the next delivery and would set aside for us. They never did. The guy tried to get me to buy new tires, but since they only take CASH, which I had pulled from our savings just to cover the cost, I said we couldn't afford it. Not even 5 minutes later he asked me again why I wasn't buying new tires. I felt like I wasn't a priority as their customer (being ignored Twice, first when they said they would set them aside for me and second when I had just told them I only had cash for the used ones.) Their lack of customer service lost them our business. We have found an even better tire shop, and won't be using Elmos anymore.

Small lil mom and pops shop. Quick and easy! I had been stalling on getting my slow leak fixed, and they took care of it.
