EK Automotive is the best auto shop! The staff is friendly and honest. The environment is welcoming and comfortable. You will get a freshly brewed cup of coffee while you wait in the waiting area that is the equivalent of an art gallery. Once I had my battery stop working but I managed to start up the car and get it to the shop. Upon inspection, it was found that I only had a loose wire. They fixed it and sent me on my way with no charge. Another time I was worried about a noise I was hearing, I brought it in and they tested it for an hour (drove it around and such); however, nothing was found. They again sent me in my way with no charge. These are situations where at any other shop I would have been sold a new battery or charged for the labor at the very least. Because of this, I exclusively go to EK for all of my car maintenance and repairs. I trust them and highly recommend EK Auto!

If you don t already use the Ek Automotive team for all your car troubles/needs, you definitely need to start. They have saved my butt countless times and they are the definition of incredible customer service. They genuinely care about their customers, and they go above and beyond. I cannot recommend this company enough. Steve, Remy, Mike, and crew work together to fix all sorts of car problems. Give them a shot next time you need car services done.

EK Automotive is in a class by itself. The men working there are all very kind and helpful. They have picked me up or dropped me off when it would be a very long wait to have my car fixed. They do great work and don't overcharge or charge what the dealers might. I find them to be really great for service and would recommend them to anyone.

I called and gave a rough idea of the problems with my car. They listened and said no problem they would check it out. I dropped it off. I got a call saying they checked it out and called me back. I was told what the car needed and how much it works cost. My car was ready the next day and the price was exact.I'll be coming with my other cats and sending friends.Thanks EK auto.

My wife and I got a ridiculously high quote from another repair shop and we actually considered just selling the car rather than spending all that money to fix it. Then, I suggested we try a second opinion and called Ek Auto - they got us in the very next day and quoted the job at half the price!! Our Dodge Dart is back on the road and we couldn t be happier!! Thank you Steve and team!

We trust EK. We asked EK to get my daughters vehicle "good to go" for long road trip back to college. We asked EK to inspect and repair any issues they found with the 160k+ miles 2008 escape. Always trust and follow EK's recommendations.

Best experience and best auto shop I ve ever been a customer of. The people are awesome, the process is as easy as possible. I used to hate the auto shop/oil changes and waiting around forever. You drop off the car - they call you once it s done. I highly recommend

Very disappointed. Booked an appointment a week in advance for a simple tire rotation and balancing only to be told it would be 2-3 hour wait as they just put a new car on before us. Don t have an appointment system if you don t use it!

I had received the quote from the dealer concerning some auto maintenance that total $1,200. EK did the recommended service work for half the price. I never thought I'd be too excited about an auto repair place, but it does give me peace of mind to feel that these folks are honest and do not try to upcharge you. I almost can't wait to bring my car back! Service: Auto maintenance

The team at EK Automotive is fantastic. They consistently go above and beyond with their service. Very efficient in terms of getting the problem diagnosed and contacting me with a price. EK has been our go to mechanic since moving to the area and they offer great service for a fair price. They re like that family mechanic who helps you out and cuts you a great deal, but they do it for everyone who walks in the door. Awesome genuine crew that has made sure my girlfriend and my car are in tip top shape.

These guys are great. Honest and upfront, they're a really solid establishment. I always feel comfortable dropping my car off with them; they're great about talking through both work that's immediately needed and work that can be deferred for later. It's nice to know there's an honest shop nearby where I can take my car if anything happens to it. Keep up the great work!

I was having a particularly bad week and then ran over a nail and needed my tire repaired. EK Automotive patched the tire in no time for an exceptional rate. They were friendly and professional and really took care of me. It's nice to have an honest and helpful mechanic to go to. I highly recommend this auto shop!

I found EK Automotive right in the neighborhood. They were extremely nice, courteous and professional. I had moved to the area over a year ago and this was the first time I needed my car serviced and I was reluctant (being a female) to try someplace new. Because they had such great reviews, I decided to give them a try. I took my car in and the weather was awful. They were kind enough to drive me home and then come and pick me up after my car was ready. Their prices were as estimated and I know they were very honest. I subsequently found out that my nephew used to work for them and knows them to be so. Highly recommend.

Mike, Steve and the whole gang at EK always take very good care of my car, they are honest with their repair recommendations and their prices are very reasonable, especially since I have a foreign car. My brother, who also takes his car here, recommended them about 4 years ago and I have been going to them ever since. Highly recommend their service!!!!

Friendly service, honest. You are never told your car needs more repairs than it actually needs. My husband and I trust Steve and the mechanics at EK Auto. We have been going there for a few years now. Very thorough, good job. Fair prices.

These Guys Are Great! Hospitality, Informative, Caring, and Good pricing! They work on all cars, I have a 1991 Toyota Corolla Classic and needed the alignment done to it and they were able to accommodate me day of! They gaurenntee there work also as it was presented to me the alignment has a One year warranty! About 2 weeks later I notice the car was moving to the right I called them and they told me to bring it in the next day and fixed it up for me! These guys are Great, Professional, and know what they are doing! I recommend this spot . It's Definitely a hidden Jewel, they are all about the Customer, Safety, and Your Vehicle! Hands down the most trusting business I have ever brought a vehicle to. They understand what customer service is all about and are very appreciative that you are there. The work was done in a timely matter and was explained to me in detail beforehand so there were no surprises. I am happy I brought my vehicle to this place after a few friends suggested them.
