I want to start off by saying that this place has potential, but overall they did a pretty bad job considering all the facts, and I didn't want to leave a review until a couple months later not to leave a hasty review. Today one of the related parts they fixed flew off my car when I was driving today. Suffice to say, today is a good time to leave the review.Firstly, the lady who works up front talks a good game and is professional. She has the ability to talk to a new customer in such a way that sounds reassuring and honest. That's all until the jobs goes bad, and for no other reason that they are sloppy. Her professionalism will go out the window and will become very rude, her right hand man there will literally curse you out for showing them any discrepancies with the work.I am completely sure their inadequacies will cost you in the long run, one of my car parts went flying off related to one of the repairs they made. Avoid avoid avoid and do not pay until the work is 100% finish and you have checked it beforehand because they will have you pay before allowing you to see your vehicle. If there is a problem, I recommend calling your bank and reversing the transaction. That's the only way to assure they won't do sloppy work, take longer than necessary, and be professional because they will naturally have your car for weeks and want something to show for it. The most prudent work got done correctly, it's the attention to details, lack of professionalism, and sloppy work that will make this experience a 2/5 rating.

The woman who works there is extremely rude, has no customer service or conflict resolution skills. I think some anger management and consumer relations classes would greatly improve the outcome of the business! Also invest in a sign.

Not a good place to get your car fixed and they don't respect customers belongings. I left a (ripstick) skate board in the trunk and it's no longer there when I went to go pick up my belongings
