These people are frauds and crooks!! Do not buy from them. The son is a thief and a thug. I was behind on my payments and Don betos son Julio threatened me saying that my car would be towed and that they didnt care if my kids were in the car while this happened. Later I made my last payment and they still want more money from me saying I owe them ! Disgusting

This auto shop is very reasonable on prices. I have had two transmission with them and a engine. If something goes wrong they fix it and will help out in anyway to make sure you are satisfied. They are 45 mins away from my house and I would rather travel to them when I have a auto shop down the block from me. The staffing is very polite and they keep you up to date on the progress of your car.

We got a flat tire on the skyway and this place was great - Super quick, friendly, and reasonable. Excellent service!

My wife blew the tire (sidewall) on the minivan with all our kids on board. These folks got her back on the road with a nice new tire in about 15 minutes. For under $100. Spectacular. Thank you gentlemen

I read the reviews and wanted to form my own opinion! The owner was very sincere and explained everything upfront he knew what he was doing and he fixed my vehicle. I took my car to Web Ford and they quoted me 4500 dollars for a new trans, Not only am I glad I took it to Don Beto they saved me lots of money and done a great job. The employee's are very professional and attentive. They have my business from now on. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Dont do it!! They are crooks! Quoted me 1600 on a trans i went to the shop to drop off a deposit and when i get there my truck was parked on the side street with my doors unlocked and my hood left open.. He told me i didnt look at it I just know its ur trans because it didnt shift!? Ok ive had my share of repairs and thats not good enough for me i need you to be sure especially because im paying alot of money! Then when they pulled out a receipt book you can buy anywhere it was a wrap forr me!!! I took my car out of there ASAP! I should have known they were janky since my car didnt get picked up until 2 days after they were suppose to!!! Long story short believe the negative reviews this place is a joke!!!

I purchased my truck there, everything seemed fine and then one week later I had to pay for the caliper part for the right side of my wheel which he overcharged me 200. Then a month goes by and I m already having a check engine light. He still wants me to pay for the part and tells me that it s a used car and blah blah. Like yes it s a used car but it shouldn t be having problems already so soon into me getting it. They are so money hungry that they don t care what they re selling or fixing at that point they ll leave you with a worse car!!! just so you can come back and pay them more. It s such a bad place I would never EVER recommend!

In Chicago visiting for a wedding! Car broke down! I called Don Beto he towed my car and repaired it in less than 24 hours! I Uber to pick up at wrong location! He sends his staff to pick me up! Very unpleasant the work they do there, my car came out worse than went I enter, I took it for a transmission problem and went they said was done came out of with electric problem, they rush to get done, they do not have the capacity to do all kinds of jobs but still they get them guaranteeing that they fix it, my car left from there with a major electrical problem, some other shop check my car, and its diagnosed with electrical damage. that was made when the transmission was changed. Worst place ever !! No traigas tu carro aqui!! solo mienten y te cobran pero no hacen el trabajo bien. solo quieren dinero.

They've done good work on my 2002 Pontiac Bonneville. I've been bringing my car here for about a year. Reasonable prices any problems they fix it.

They fixed my AC and when I left my car there I also asked about my horn getting fixed. He calls to let me know my AC was fixed and didn't say anything about my horn. I get there to pick my car up and all he says about the horn is its probably the speaker. Had no interest in fixing my horn. Very unhelpful. Ill go somewhere else that actually wants to help fix things. Also the girl at the front desk looks bored out of her mind and about to fall asleep. Not worth going back.

Should get no stars try s to hustle everything out of you steals from your vehicle and work that they did wasn t even done at this shop my vehicle was sent to another shop so I assume I got charged double

Worst place ever!!!! Paid to get a transmission put in and they put a broken transmission in. They are so unprofessional. Drinking while working on cars.
