The guys at this shop goes beyond the call of duty. Extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Other shops said they were not able to fix my tire, immediately their viewed it, told me the problem and fix it on site at a reasonable cost. They are the ONLY one with resources to find new tires for the size of my SUV/Sporty Mercedes. My friend had recommended me to them and I am glad I listened. Definitely recommend their service.

I received very incompetent service here.I was charge $60 to supposedly reseal all 4 of my tires. However, after a conversation with the serviceman it lead me to believe they really only had to fix one tire. They also broke one of my hubcaps and when I told the manager he denied it. I know it was not broken until they removed it from my car and placed it back although I cannot prove it.Skeptical of the service I had received, I immediately went to a second neighborhood tire shop and I asked them to check the tire pressure. Good thing I did because Dr Tires Chicago had filled 3 tires with 40 lbs of air and one with 45 lbs of air.I am beyond upset because I feel I was taken advantage of and feel they are not a reputable business and I warn you against using their services based on my experience with them on yesterday.

I went to get my tire checked that wasnt leaking was told I needed a new tire came to find out I had a crack in my rim. They told me they could fix it so I said sure if it needs to be done not even 5 hrs later the tire was on flat which it wasnt when i brought the car in to be checked i went the next day to get that fixed again i came to my car on a flat i called the owner and explained this to him he hung up in my face this place is unprofessional and not worth your time or money

Very nice staff great and reasonable pricesCharged me 50$ for a size 215/55/17 Michelin tire that is almost like new will be coming back soon for the other three tires and greatly recommend people they're
