Great service! Great prices! Ask for Rod! He helped me when I went on a Monday right when they opened searching for a new/used tire. Gave me a good deal and he s pleasant to talk to as well. I ll definitely be coming back for more.

I had these guys change my brakes. They did an excellent job for a good price. My power steering was sticking at points and another shop I took it to told me it would be $1,200 to get it fixed. I came to Rod, and he changed the fluid and all my belts. The car is driving as if I have no problems. Thanks guys! You are the best!!! This 03 Lexus is working like new. I've know these guys for a while. They are extremely friendly! Rod and Sam have taken good care of my Daughter and her car. Every job that they've done for her car was excellent! I'm glad everyone here has had a nice experience. I can't say the same for myself. When I pulled up to the shop I talked to one of the workers there, and I told him about the issues with my car. he was being pretty dismissive and not giving me clear answers and it was starting to irk me. He was condescending and not straightforward. I told him that was that was BS. Admittedly I probably shouldn't have said that, but I didn't say it aggressively nor did I say anything more after that , especially not as bad as what this man had to tell me. He proceeded to tell me to go f myself and to get the f out of his shop. So I did and as I was pulling out of the shop parking lot, the owner comes up to me and tries to mend the situation. He tells me exactly what's wrong with my car. That's all I wanted, was a straightforward answer or at least some level of concern. He was very nice and I can surely say that if I had dealt with him from the beginning I would have given this shop a great review and my business. But unfortunately that's not how it went.There was no need to speak to me like that.

I have a 2010 Honda Fit and it's been making a noise when I go over speed bumps and the car felt like it leaning to the left. I originally took it to a dealership for the inspection. The dealership said that only the stabilizer bar need to be repair and I needed new wheels. Which I disagreed because I figured there was more that needed repair when it came to the suspension.I found Rod after researching and looking at different repair shops. He was very honest and straightforward. They did their own inspection and found that the control arm also needed to be replace. Which made sense to me because why else would the car leaning to one side. He was able get the repairs and parts done in less than 24 hours for less than what the dealership wanted.If you're look for a honest and reliable repair shop I definity recommend Diversey Automotive Repair.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Susan and crew were super helpful and knowledgeable with everything I needed, couldn't have had a better experience! I'll be coming back here for all my car troubles and tire replacements!! If you're looking through reviews wondering if this is the shop for you, it is, go here!

Service was bad all around went to balance my 2 front tires the gentleman who helped me said both rims were bent which they weren't. Long story short wheel weight's fell off the on expressway weren't properly mounted correctly. Never again should've have waited for Sam so the work to be done correctly. Wish I could get my money back

Sam is great he sold some good snow tires at good price ! Guy is very knowledgeable and he took care of me. I didn t have the right lugs so he told me to get new ones of course this took extra time but he didn t mind waiting for me and I went home safe !

These guys couldn't be nicer! They really helped me out!!!! I didn't feel pressured, they explained everything and charged me alot less for more work than another shop had quoted me. They made sure everything was safe and I was completely happy. I'll be back for as long as they are here. I'm really glad I randomly stoped here. I found my car guys!

Hands down Good guys here. They didnt have what I needed but went out of the way to order my tires and installed the 2 I had so all in all I walked out with 4 new tires for a low price. Sam is a cool dude and these guys dont try to get over on you.I recommend these guys. Sam knew I was coming from Woodstock il over an hour and a half away and they hooked it up. Thanks sam. You da man.

Pulled in last night about 5:30pm. Three of my 4 tires were shot, the 4th was about to be sharing the same fate. I am a single father with three kids, and two grandkids, and I very much live check to check and at this time of the year money is very scare. Sam, the owner talked to me for about 20 minutes. By the time he was done talking to me, he put 4 Goodyear Tires with more than 80,000 miles of life on them, installed them, balanced them, aligned them, and only charged me for all 4 what most shops wanted for 2 tires (just for the tires). Sam was amazing. My car handles so much nicer today, just in time for the expected huge snowfall this coming weekend. He was the bright star in the sky guiding me last night. Thanks again Sam. You need tires? Sam is the guy! tell him Greg Anthony sent you!

Great Automotive repair and tire shop!! Fast service and the staff couldn t be more polite and courteous. Wound up saving me a ton of money because they took the time to inspect the vehicle properly when other shops wouldn t.

Sam and Arthur are pros no problems with the repairs. Neighborhood experience and pretty picky bout my RAV4 . Prices are reasonable and they're willing to work coustomers.

This Eric just totally broke my engine. Although my mileage is high but it was double the problem after he made changes. Now he won t take the warranty or other job of my car. Not a good place to trust your car esp if they are old and needs TLC. Very bad experience, my car is more bad then when I try fix in these shop, the charge me a lot I m tell other shops and they said too much $$.$$ for nothing, never never never back !!! Thanks for nothing!!!!

I was having problems with my heater blower after I told the guy about the problem.Insted he change the thermostat which I didn t get now I still have the problem and I m $280 in the hole.
