I lost my mechanic due to the pandemic (Andy at Precision Auto). The shop closed. But then I found Steve and he picked up where the other guy left off. Top quality service at a reasonable price in a timely manner. I brought Steve a used car I recently bought that needed some General maintenance and he took care of business fixing what needed to be done immediately and giving me a timeframe for upcoming maintenance. The car s headlights were foggy and dingy. I asked him to replace them and he suggested some that gave my car new life. They work and look great. It s like the car got a facelift. I was a customer for years. I went there and found out The shop is under new ownership. I decided to give them a chance. They used faulty parts and ended up telling me the car needs more testing and more work and could possibly be an engine issue. Took my car to another shop and problem was fixed in minutes. They over charged me and on the day I picked up my vehicle, they added services to bill that I did not ask for. They will squeeze you for as much money as they can. I highly recommend you try somewhere else. Do not go there.

Steve is a trustworthy, skilled mechanic who took care of our ailing car promptly and effectively. The price for a new alternator was reasonable and we were very happy with the quick turnaround service. He's very friendly and very knowledgeable about cars. We had some electrical issues unrelated to Steve's work a few weeks after and he came to our personal garage and resolved the problem on the spot. Thank you Steve! Steve is by far the best mechanic I ve ever met!! It s so hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days, but I m grateful I got to find Steve. Majority of my family sees him. He s honest, cares about his customers, provides fair prices, is flexible, gives great car advice, is thoughtful, has a good character and is super funny! He works very hard and detailed. He deserves a vacation. Thank you Steve for all you do! 5 stars easily!

I have been going to Discount Auto Repair Services for almost 5 years now and have always really appreciated the honesty and transparency of Steve, the owner. I drive an older truck and whenever I have an issue, Steve is able to resolve it in a timely manner and get me back on the road at a reasonable price. We need more auto mechanics like Steve!

Much like the review before mine, I have been to a number of shops that try to take advantage of people. As a result, I was extremely skeptical about taking my car to this local shop to get some emergency work done to get my car to pass emissions (the engine light has been on for years). Not only did Steve get the light to go off (and stay off) he fixed my noisy muffler that other shops were telling me I'd have to replace. What blew me away was that he did it all for about $200.00 and was friendly, honest, and up front.I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car here for service. Great price, great attitude, and quality work!

I consistently take my car here and have never been let down. In fact, I still go here whenever my car needs attention even though we have moved clear across town. Steve (mechanic) is up front and honest about the problem and possible solutions. He doesn't try to add extra services on and is good about explaining everything. I'll continue to go here because of all the success I've had with my old car, which Steve keeps running reliably

Prices are reasonable. Workmanship is poor. I had to bring my car back 3 times in a span of 6 months for the same problem. Steve (owner) kept giving the problem a different name, and charging me each time. He doesnt stand behind his work in an honorable way.

I really needed a mechanic quick and after talking to the owner for 5 minutes I knew this would be my long term mechanic. I use them for everything!! Went in on the recommendation of a co-worker. Firestone wanted to charge me over $1,200 for the same work Steve did here for $600. Got the work done fast, explained everything. Told me what not to waste money on. Very professional.

By far the best mechanic I've ever met in my life. Extremely nice, and gave me lots of advice on cars to make sure I moved on from a really old money hungry car. This is the guy to go to, even gave me a ride back home once. I now come here for all my car needs :)

These folks take wonderful care of my mother and her car. Very honest and fair, and always willing and able to help in an emergency. Great people to talk with. They do business the way we do business. I trust them fully ... and so does my mom.

I leave my vehicle with the owner/mechanic Steve to check the ac unit & an oil change & to run a diagnostic on the car. He makes up a story about a loose wire behind the fuse box when the ac just needed charging then 2 days later my service engine comes on. Wouldn't trust this place again

The owner was a very nice guy he even gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped off my car he replaced my spark plugs and a couple of recommendations for my car definitely the guy to go too
