Best muffler, brake and suspension shop around! They also do other work upon request. Most honest owner and worker you ll find. The ONLY shop I take all my vehicles and trust.

On February 13th I bought in a 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK into Dino's Muffler to replace flange bolts on the driver side. Once the Jeep was up in the air Dino showed me the condition of the flange bolts on the passenger side which were well corroded and should be replaced at the same time. Dino's rate was spot on as quoted and the repairs was completed while I was there and they had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Great service and rates for the repair I needed and they only did the best job on my vehicle. Great business in the neighborhood and they will be the place for me on any service my vehicles will need in the future. 5 star business

I've been using and sending friends to Dinos for over 20 years. I was a young guy into cars when I first went there and Dino was always good about helping me with odd things I needed done and was always very fair on pricing. Every friend and family member I've sent there has been super happy. They can handle many basic repairs like brakes, suspension, oil changes and many more basic repair work and not just exhaust. A good old school honest kinda place that keeps it real. Lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

Honest, legit, professional, laid back, and most of all efficient. Dino is an old school, laid back, get the job done dude, He is also very transparent with you all at the same time. This review is strictly regarding their advertised sign of buying clean cars $500 over carmax offer. The "$500" should have an astrik next to it as the sign is a complete false of advertisement. You'd be lucky to get the guy to match carmax offer or give you $100 over. Waste of time.

Rude customer service, long waiting time even when they are working on just one car and was told that they don't even touch Audi, Mercedes Benz or BMW. Even when I just needed a couple welds , don't bother even trying.

I luv them so far taken 2 cars here and they fixed them both same day. Prices are great. Went somewhere else in an emergency was quoted 100 more. Remembered them and will never go somewhere else again for muffler problems they do other mechanical work also.

My trusted oil change guy (Grendel's on Milwaukee in Niles) recommended Dino's as a trustworthy place for exhaust repairs "they won't try to rob you". Grendel's was right - this is the place to go: quick attentive service, knowledgeable staff, honest free estimate and great prices for repairs. They diagnosed my exhaust issue as only a couple of a rusted broken bolts and replaced them (and a gasket) in 30 minutes for only $60! The dealership wanted me to pay $150 just to get an estimate... I made the right choice coming to Dino's and will definitely recommend them to friends! Thanks again

Dino's did the work on my entire exhaust system after I ran over a curb and pulled everything from the resonator to the tail pipes off. He was able to salvage all of my parts and get my car back to normal in about two hours. His prices are fantastic ~$250 out the door; Midas wanted $1500-3000.Will definitely be returning for other services as needed.Thank you!

Dino is a solid guy, willing to go out of his way and take the time to help out all his customers in a friendly manner. Very honest and trustworthy. With their experience and integrity you don't have to worry about them replacing things you don't need.

Absolutely the most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. He has done repairs for us in the past. The most recent I was told I needed to replace several parts from another mechanic. Brought the truck here, it was one tiny bolt that needed replacing. Nothing else. So with the savings we got the brakes done as well. Every repair has been done correctly and thoroughly. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for auto repairs. They will keep your vehicle running smoothly at a very fair price.

First time going to Dino's..... recommended to me by my dad who is a garage mechanic who relocated to another state and I had a GREAT experience......super friendly shop guys.....and REASONABLE PRICES!!!!! Dino is fantastic! Everytime I've had to bring my car to Dino for issues & weird noises resulting from going someplace else due to a time & location issue, i/e outta town. Dino has looked at my car & was able to identify the issue & fix it quickly. From regular oil changes to a battery finally going bad...Dino has always kept me hapoy & on the road.

Dinos is a great shop. The work is done professionally and at a great price. I've been going there for years. They fix everything from your brakes, your muffler, your catalytic converter to just an oil change. I would highly recommend this shop for all of your automotive maintenance needs.

Just bought a used car. After a week of driving, i got an exhaust leak. Took it in, dinos replaced a bolt, car sounds great again. No charge. But i threw the boys a 20 for lunch. Honest mechanics are hard to find.

Went to the shop for an exhaust repair and waited an hour just to be told to drive in, they looked at exhaust flanges and was sent on my way. They didn t even want to touch my car. Called another place and they gladly fixed it for me no problem just comes to show you the difference between a shop that wants business and a shop that doesn t. It s not fair to discourage customers just because the exhaust repair isn t that expensive ps they charge $85 dollars an hour for repairs with a minimum of 35 for parts so if you want cheap and bad customer service feel free to come here also the waiting area is filthy and moldy consider yourself warned.

went to get a simple brake pad replacement and i was told to wait for the owner to ask if i can get it done because i could not leave my car there for them. i waited a while and the owner never came but people came in and got service before me so i left. rude mechanics and horrible customer service beware

I went to Velasquez Mufflers at 2845 W. Belmont Ave. They said I needed to replace my flex pipe. They said I needed to replace it all the way from the engine. I asked how much; they quoted me $360. They also "suggested" I replace my catalytic converter for another $240. I asked them to drop my car and I got out of there as fast as I could. I spotted Dino's Mufflers on my way home and stopped in to get a quote. I had them replace my flex pipe for a $96 installed. Dino's Muffler is my new exhaust place. Thank you for not ripping me off! Stay away from Velasquez Mufflers!

My catalytic converter was almost stolen over the weekend. The criminal cut the pipe and then got caught. Dino s Mufflers had me in and out Monday morning with the repair. Thank you so much.

It's generally fine. I am not a judge of the pricing, but it is not just 20 bucks, they've welded a flex pipe onto a car in 15 minutes and the flex pipe (just a piece of pipe with wavy walls) between exhaust pipe and the engine out. cost?$40 for labor, $49.95 for the flex pipe itself (no, it is not made of platinum) plus tax.but at least they did not try to sell me a new muffler and rebuild the engine (exaggeration), like some others did.
