They were excellent. There were a couple of things I wish could have gone better with communication, but they had to source parts in today's world where there is a profound lack of availability and they did it rather quickly. Overall I'm impressed, and to whoever is needing things fixed, they offer financing.Included is a 6 month parts and service warranty to help with anything that may go wrong, but their people are top notch. They're friendly and professional.They replaced my dual mass flywheel in my car. Not necessarily an easy job, but their mechanic was excellent at putting it all back together and fitting in the new part. As you can see in my video, that's what it looked like before I changed it.

Any problems I with my cars, I always bring them here. They diagnose the problem, and they communicate with you about your choices, if any, to getting your issue fixed.

This place is unprofessional. They will tell you that you need to get this done and then they won't fix it but they will take your money. They cheated me.

Got my brakes and rotors done here not to long ago. They have good prices, but they let one of their employees who can t drive stick drive my stick shift car(pulled it out of the garage)without telling me and she smoked the bell out of my clutch, afterwards she told me she had never driven a manual car.If you care about your car please take it somewhere else. 2 stars because they did fine other than that.Service: Brake service & repair

I brought my car in to connect the midpipes to the x pipe, I asked that they weld one portion and clamp the other so that it would be removable. Instead the guy took 2 hours to weld it all together in to one piece. Which also leaks. Only cost $100 though. I guess good if you just want a cheap exhaust fix and nothing specific

They changed my rotors on my 2012 maxima they out did them self and even checked my fluids & filled up my windshield fluid highly recommended

I came for my breaks and the service was great! Work was done in a good timely manner and the price was very good as well. I brought it back again for a tune up, light bulb changes & a purge valve I was told I needed at the local oil shop place.. this was all done in one day. I was very pleased once more with the service & the price. This will definitely be my go to place for any car service needed. Highly recommend will definitely keep bringing my cars here and tell friends & family about this place

Stopped by because my exhaust had a hole in it, and Rocio and her team were able to get it fixed despite me not having an appointment. The place was a bit busy, and they were working on cars in each bay.Not like other places, that have cars pending work parked outside.I was there about an hour, and after they fixed the exhaust hole my car sounded and ran much better.

Extremely poor knowledge to fix cars. They lie about part prices. The receptionist tried to scammed my stepdad with $400 for 4 coils. 4 coils retails $190 with taxes included at Autozone. They charged $380 plus taxes for a tune up to a v4 car. Roughly on parts was $80. $300 on labor for a tune up, that s done in 45 minutes. They took two days to get the tune up done. Car broke again after a few days. Totally a scam. Please stay away from this business.

Diaz Complete Auto Care on Cicero Ave. has great service. They were friendly, honest, upfront and focused on fixing my car. I had questions and they had patients to answer all of them. The most important part for me honestly was the prices and quality of all the work performed. Overall I'm very satisfied with Diaz. I totally recommend this place. Beware!! They will lie and tell you they re putting new factory parts on when really it s the cheapest brand. I ve had it happen before where they will also tell you they replaced something and they don t even change it, they ll just fix the part and charge you for a new one. The lady that used to work there (she said she was the manager) would always raise the prices (as if they weren t high enough). I found this out from an employee who according to her was never supposed to give me a price because he was wrong. How is the mechanic wrong when he s telling you what the problem is?

Thank you to Rosie who took care of me. Rosie provided great customer service and was very helpful. I brought in a 2002 Acura and the turnaround time was quick and the price was reasonable. If you need you car fixed go Diaz Complete Auto Care on 82nd and Cicero and see Rosie. Thanks for everything!

Would definitely recommend. Just last week I brought in my 09' Acura because my breaks were making a weird noise. Within the hour they had replaced my old breaks with new ones. This is the most unprofessional auto shop. Employees, management and owner are all dishonest. They also use the cheapest parts and tell you there s a warranty but you go back they change the story about the warranty! I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I have them service another vehicle. Don t even bother trying to reason with them they do not care. Very nice and honest people here, fast service, and reasonable prices. Had oil changes and some from end suspension work performed and it was done promptly and right. And they take multiple forms of payment as well. If you're looking for a local mechanic who does good work and is not here to rip you off give these guys a shot!

Cannot recommend this guys enough, they've become my go-to mechanics. Very fair pricing, very honest/professional/friendly, and they will go out of their way to NOT rip you off. It is rare to find a mechanic/shop one can trust like these guys.

RUN!! Ugh if I could give this place a negative 5stars I would. Save your time and money!! Avoid this place as you will only end up going to the real professionals to fix your car!! Waste of my hard earned money never fixed the car and tried to upcharge me for parts! They are a disgrace!!I went for the check engine light for the emissions test and been charge over $400 and my check engine light still on after 4 days my car at this whats called DIAZ COMPLETE AUTO CARE he said that i need an electrician for my car because they dont do that , but change few parts that want the issue . when i tald the guy at the front desk i brought my car here for this problem why charging me over $400 and not fixing my problem what i come for .his response was pretty much (I DON'T CARE WE HAD TO DO WHAT WE DONE IN ORDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM ) BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT DIDN'T WORK PROBABLY ITS FROM THE ELECTRIC FUSE AND WE DONT DO ELECTRIC HERE) SO UNPROFESSIONAL.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Wow this place has so many complaints. Has anyone filled complaints with the BBB. I'm having a problem with this business . The worse place ever. Literally took my car here they took 4 days to just look at the car when other cars get served before me and it wasn t busy, tried saying I need 3 thousand worth of work done ridiculous. They can t just do one thing they said, worse experience!!! Don t come here

Came in for a flat told me my tire was no good but could sell me a used one. I agreed, it took them almost 30 mins to swap for their used tire. I thought that was weird but I needed the tire, not even 2 weeks later the tire leaks and I have a flat. I take it to pepboys and they say I have a bad tire that looks like it was patched badly.
