Took my car into Allan Vigil Lincoln to get my oil changed and it was quick & efficient as usual. The team is always so friendly and helpful, Jennifer was awesome and took great care of me. It was recommended that I get an air filter, but I declined because quite frankly I am considering trading the vehicle in for the 2024 Nautilus ! Take your vehicle to Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln if you need service done.

The idea of dealer rater is cool and all, but they don t allow your reviews to follow you if you move dealerships. Makes no sense considering your customers are writing reviews ABOUT YOU. So if you worked in the industry for 10 years, you have to start all over again to get reviews. They tell you to print it out and put them on your desk from your old dealer rater account. But that s sort of redundant since people online, can t see those reviews anymore which is how you get customers to come in .Considering they re such a big company I feel like that s something they should work out and fix. Since it s harming sales people and their business.

BEWARE of MIDWAY DODGE in Chicago, IL and especially MONEY CARLOS. He said I was approved for my second car with the company and even had him as my dealer again. I told him all the correct information about me including whether I was pt or ft. They let us pull off the lot with the car knowing this info and not even weeks later, someone contacts me stating we need to bring the car back or get another co-signer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, BAD BUSINESS, A WASTE OF TIME.

DealerRater software for consumer ratings, needs a lot of work. UX is not contemporary. Word count minimums to leave a review is a poor UX decision. Let consumers write as many words as they want. Forcing account creation and email and log in is a complete deal breaker for consumers. Lastly, far too many clicks in the overall journey to simply rate a dealer experience. Overall, this is just way too complicated. Needs an update by an experienced Product Owner that understands UX and a seamless customer journey.

Sill-TerHar Motors appears to intentionally discriminate against African Americans. Our experience was that they were discriminatory, disrespectful, and dishonorable. In a recorded conversation, the Vice President, Greg Larson hung up in our face after stating he "felt triggered." Totally unacceptable. They failed to timely handle a Care By Volvo subscription return and had to be called multiple times to do what their fiduciary responsibility is. We gave an opportunity for them to address Greg's abhorrent behavior and this horrendous experience and they failed to call back. Tried the owner and didn't hear back from him. Our experience shows that their leadership is rude, unprofessional, and uncivilized. This happened at the Broomfield, CO location.

Love our new Sequoia and the people at Steven Toyota. Always super friendly and willing to help with questions about our Sequoia. We had some questions about the Key and the Primary and Secondary driver setup and stopped back by the other day. John our sales person is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile explaining the features of the vehicle. Before we purchased, we shopped around many dealerships, Steven Toyota was the most friendly and easiest to work with. We will be back again and again in the future for any car/truck needs. Thank you!!!

Go see MO AT Grieco Mazda, it says a lot about a sales person. Who s been at the same dealership for 12+ years, he is so pleasant to work with, and feel like he always has my best interest at heart

Not reputable. I posted a 1 star review for a dealership I had a bad experience with. They removed it saying this below. I'm in the mortgage business and have no affiliation to any one at the dealer or in the automotive business. I gave them the opportunity to respond and they chose not to. This tells me the dealer asked them to remove and there reviews are controlled by the dealers and not the consumers. Move on to another automotive review company.It has been removed because we do not permit reviews to be submitted by any business or persons affiliated with the automotive industry or with a dealership.

Just purchased a new car at Camelback Ford and had a great experience. After spending the morning at two different dealers, and feeling like I knew more about the cars than the actual salesmen, Mitch and Chris at Camelback Ford were a breath of fresh air. Conway Imports in StreaMwood, IL is the best dealer EVER!! This is my second time around with them, and the experience was even better. Their personnel is professional, they take good care of their cars, they're always clean, and well kept. Mauro and Tomas were very helpful and knowledgeable with my purchase. I did my test drive with Mauro, such a cool dude. Tomas worked with me on the sales end. He was fast and quick with my application. Sebastian is the best F&I guy in the business. He did me a solid. Great store, positive energy, beautiful cars to choose from and they work with their customers personally. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONWAY IMPORTS FOR YOUR NEXT CAR PURCHASE.

We had a very difficult decision as my sister has cancer and can no longer drive, we went back to Eagle Buick GMC to return her lease and the dealer purchased the car back from her even when she had negative equity. They were very compassionate and understanding something you don't see very much in corporate America, Thank you.

Attempted to give kudos for a service visit at a dealership / employee who made my service a pleasant experience but this program made me complete the survey about 4 times to successfully post my experience. Issues due to site cookies (likely my previous visit conflicted with updated cookies) / sudden log in prompt at the end of my review, caused for my information to not be submitted and then I would have to start all over. The only terrible part of my service visit was having to use this program to add a review.

I used to hold dealer rater highly as I have been in the industry for over 10 years and thought it was important for the consumer to hear from similar consumers so all places can be held to giving an optimal experience. I held my dealer rater rating with pride, but that has all changed. I was recently tagged in a rating for a service visit on a day I was not even in the facility because I was having dental surgery. I kindly reached out not to have the review removed ( because i dont know what took place during this encounter) but my name not tagged since this was false. I was essentially told by Mr. RB that this was not what dealer rater did to verify or validate any information on their website and it was just a forum that can be spread with misinformation without any credibility. I still say to read reviews, but understand there is no proof the person even went into the dealership, even bought or serviced the vehicle or even is a real person and not created out of thin air. More important there is proof dealer rater doesn't care that this is true. I was shocked to find this out.

I can t believe I was just let go from city Dodge. After questioning my GM Shawn Feldman about correcting my pay on a $100,000 deal that was funded illegally. I became a liability. After informing a fellow co worker that we were being shorted on our deals and pay I became the enemy. All I can say is thank god for technology. A smart man once told me always keep receipts

They are not fair with dealers and let customers say whatever they want .They let them post more than one review ,. In my opinion I think that they were inept, maybe incompetent, or just useless. But that's just me.
