My car was completely vandalized! I was working with State Farm to find a good repair center. I kid you not, I probably called about 10! The bad reviews were alarming, but when I called and spoke to Becky and the manager, Alex, I knew this was the right shop for my car. They were so helpful, even before my car made it to their driveway. I was in constant communication with them; even though they usually only have direct communication with your insurance, they understood that I needed to know firsthand what was going on and had no problem answering any questions or concerns I had.They replaced all the windows, all four tires, the trunk door, and the and the headlights, and painted the doors that had scratches. Let me tell you, my car looked good as new!! I'm so happy with their work and customer service. I highly recommend this shop! They really do care about providing the best possible service. I would definitely bring my car here again, and I would highly recommend them!

Had my truck taken in by the Crash Champions through Geico and the turnover rate was just as they estimated. Most importantly the staff were helpful with the questions and Alex was really great to work with throughout the process. Will be coming back in the future if needed for their services.

Becky is the BEST!! They only work through your insurance company, and your insurance company is supposed to talk to their dispatch center and they are supposed to schedule your drop off time and work everything out for you. However, I was lucky enough to get a hold of Becky when I had questions about the process. For some reason Progressive has a new policy where they will hold your car from the time of estimate on So, even if your car is drivable, do you still have you to leave your car with them while they order parts and what not. Without the help of Becky, I would have been without my car for two or three weeks from start to end and that's just not possible since I use my car for work.It turns out that the dispatch center doesn't actually know how it works inside the facility It's really hard to navigate this system, and if you can't afford to live without your car for an indefinite amount of time while they order parts and everything after the estimate, you're really stuck between a rock and a hard place, unless you talk to Becky!!!This was just my experience, she is 100% the reason I'm giving this five star review. The car was fixed. But I will say the paint job on the new hood is a little rough looking I'm still satisfied with the repairs, and the service, but if you're really worried about the paint looking smooth, I don't know if this is the place to go . That had nothing to do with Becky though , lol. Shes the reason I'm here with the 5 stars. I got it back when they said I would and she made sure everything was smooth the whole time!

GEICO took my car here after an attempted theft with a broken window and messed up ignition/steering column. Crash champions had my car for a month only for me to have to bring it back and the issue still wasn t fixed. Eventually took it to the dealership and turns out this place put my steering column on crooked and so my car was all out of alignment and my sensor were not working. This place will waste your time and money.

All this time still nothing from them state farm said that crash chapionns will reach out to me after having my car for about 2 months now I got a car that you will hear me coming this is so said that they are not trying to correct the problem I'm mad as hell they won't even return my call I want to take that 1 star away And still haven't heard anything from them. Bad business. If I was you I would steer clear of this place.

Worst shop ever two months into the repair. Day has come to pick up car,complete otter mess front bumper lining Misalign silicone on from passenger seat.Passenger door molding clips where damage and they tried putting it together with Black adhesive what a ducking shame,,,Refuse to take car home till it s repair the right way. Never again

Only concern about making money though statefarm not about safety of the people my car should have been total now I have loud noise coming from back of my car and reached out to statefarm they said crash chapionns will give me a call and I have not heard back yet I don't think it's safe to drive at all I'm taking this matter up I have informed my family if anything happen to get a lawyer

Car was given back to me with a dead battery. Died immediately when I got home. Interior had black marks on the cloth seats that were not there when it arrived.Two months in the shop and they couldn't take the time to give it back properly.Services: Painting, Electrical

They postponed my estimated time of completion more than 4 times. So unprofessional, having to make and re arrange plans for every Friday so that they can tell me the day before, is not ready,, next Friday, 4 times now. I will not take any other vehicles here and I highly recommend avoiding this shop. My car is still in the shop. It's been there close to 3 months now.

Take 30 min to get in touch with someone over the phone. Car was supposed to be ready 7/28/23. Date for changed to 7/31/23. Now here it is time to pick up my vehicle and the date got changed again to 8/1/23.0/10 would not recommend. Very bad communication skills

This place is the best. The staff is very professional and polite. It s clean and safe. Becky and the crew really made me feel like family. I was informed throughout the whole process with phone calls or emails. Five star rating. Took my car here for an estimate because that's what State Farm asked me to do, and then they never sent the estimate to State Farm. Now they are not even answering the phone after both me and State Farm have tried to contact them numerous times, I would avoid this place at all costs

This place is the absolute worst do not I repeat do not take your car to them at all the communication is horrible, the job will be halfway done to your car and they never call back or text you back for that matter I will never deal with them again please go elsewhere
