Excellent repair work. Their online portal to track repair progress was especially appreciated. The lobby is spacious with free coffee and professional staff. After our fender bender, just /walking in/ to Crash Champions we knew we were in great hands, and the repaired vehicle we picked up later the same week bore that out.

Crash Champions were very professional, clear and pleasant throughout the entire process. They kept in touch regularly to advise me of the progress - and I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that my repair was complete before the estimated completion date. And the work was perfect. I had a great experience with terrific people at Crash Champions!

Absolutely terrible experience here. We had a bumper that needed to be replaced. Last week, upon receiving our car with the fixed bumper, we noticed the steering wheel was completely off alignment. They are denying it's their fault (but there's no chance it's anyone's other than their fault), leaving us with full responsibility to repair the situation. Further, the front desk staff was extremely rude, and even made an uncomfortable comment about my appearance. Never go here!

Brought my car in for some body work and to replace my (stolen) catalytic converter. Was referred to Crash Champions by my insurance company. Had not worked with then previously.I was very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and courteous service of Crash Champions. I feel like I now have a place to go for all of my car needs. I will only go to them in the future. They are also very nice people to work with.

Crash Champions damaged my steering wheel alignment. It went into the shop at 12:00, and came out at 1:00. Since it wasn't related to the damage they were repairing, they refused to do anything about it, even though they certainly caused it. Steering wheels don't magically rotate 15 degrees sitting while in a parking lot. The employees also made a rude comment about my wife's age, "are you sure you are old enough to be driving." She is 24 years old. I'm never going back here, and I recommend any of you go elsewhere

The front desk woman and Luis were very professional and friendly. They explained with clear details in regards to the work I had with my vehicle. They finished in 2 days! Overall my experiance amazing and left satisfied!Thank you Crash Champions team on Rockwell st!

Crash Champions far exceeded my expectations. I expected a run-around, with delays and obfuscation, over several months. My car was in and out in a week, where I received text messages along the way letting me know exactly what to expect. At the front desk America was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Reuben was up-front about everything, and even went to bat for me to resolve a question with my GEICO car insurance. They made the process as painless as possible. In one conversation with Reuben he said "We provide customer service, with some car repairs on the side." That might sound cliche, but it was really true in my experience with them!

Not very responsive at this location & the estimator was quick to brush off inconsistencies in the repair work as if it were the norm in their business. However, the shop manager was very accommodating and took the time to listen and help find a solution to the repairs. They offered for me to return a second time to redo the work, which still did not correct the errors in paint and body work and then offered for me to return a third time. The estimator between me and the shop was not customer forward. This person seemed to be quick to defend their processes as if there was no way to adjust practices to take care of the customer. Even went as far as saying no one in their line of work can do these things. The shop was highly rated from the insurance company but there maybe a need to coach and develop certain team members at this location. Initial paint finish, panel work and fitment of trim was poor. There were pits in the paint, rough lines in the clear coat that was left after the making tape was removed, trim around the window was not reattached firmly, dirty handprints on interior panels and dusty interior remained after car was finished. After the second rework there were still paint and bodywork inconsistencies along with failure to clean the film of dust inside of the car from the bodywork. The biggest complaint would be lack of attention to detail. Had that been present from the beginning, then the need for a second visit and third world not be necessary. Pics of interior show the amount of dust that was left after the first repair. The door handle is an example of the imperfections on the door handle after the second attempt to "make it right." This car went in with only 7300 miles and 2 years old in excellent condition. Came out in worse shape after two visits. I will not consider tapering them up on their offer for a third attempt. Sorry but not sorry.

The staff here, on N. Rockwell, are extremely professional. From front door entry to Chelsea C. My estimator. She s absolutely the BEST! Very courteous, attentive to my concerns. Shewent above and beyond my expectations, and my expectations are HIGH. Repairs made to my vehicle weren t noticeable. That in mind, I d strongly refer anyone needing collision repair to Crash ChampionsThanks Crash Champions, and Chelsea.

I had my car serviced for repairs twice and also detailed here. Jason was able to have my car ready 3 days after drop off. I was so happy with the repairs- definitely my go to body shop. They were also was able to schedule me a rental vehicle while my car was in. My husband and I had our car stolen and then needed to have repairs completed once found which took awhile due to all of the damages and parts. This team is professional, kind, and understanding of our situation. Louis, Chelsea, Ruben, and America are such kind human beings. Chelsea walked us through everything and kept us up to date on what was going with the vehicle every step of the way and remained in contact with our insurance.Louis does a great job with running this location and having a professional and kind team. He is very kind and down to Earth while maintaining professionalism.Ruben is very kind and always willing to help when we needed support with our vehicle and has a great sense of humor.America is so sweet and has such a relatable air about her.We will not be taking our vehicle anywhere else except to your location. CRASH CHAMPIONS IS 'THE BEST!Amerika and Ruben were who I dealt with directly though I'm sure each one of the staff is great! The patience and willingness to answer questions and explain the process was beyond the quality I expected - I genuinely felt as though they cared about my experience and understood the anxiety connected to having been in an accident - they explained each step and the plans they had regarding repairs, what needed to be ordered along with giving me an idea of how long it would take - I'd DEFINATELY SUGGEST that if you find yourself needing repairs done to your car with the utmost quality contact CRASH CHAMPIONS - IM SO GLAD I DID

They did a fantastic job with the repair. A big storm pushed a large waste dumpster over the front driver side wheel panel. It took them exactly a week and they handled all the communication with my insurance. They also left the interior of the car cleaner than I had left it. They are in the network of preferred vendors for progressive insurance.

Good honest people who know their craft. I have had old Bessie in their hospital twice. Once for body work, and the others for repairs. New to the area and was missing my mechanic of 20 years when I found this crew. My first visit the staff was working on care packages for the homeless. Their lot is filled with classic cars pampered with TLC. My jeep had been attacked by a truck and all my new neighbors saw the damage. All of them recommended Albany. Now I know why. Work was done satisfactorily at the lowest possible price. I am in no hurry but definitely will be back.

Customer service feels like a top priority as soon as you walk through the door, everyone is friendly and everyone wants to make sure you are informed and up to date on your vehicles repairs. A very quick turn around with quality work makes this place a go to, hopefully I won t have to return in the future for further repairs but this will be definitely be my first choice if I must.

I got in a terrible wreck just up the street from Albany. They heard the crash and came running out to assist.I don't want to gush too much about how amazing they were, but they were amazingly helpful, supportive and did fantastic work. They did everything they could to save my car and after $12,000 of damage (covered by insurance), they fixed up my car, good as new! I am so grateful to Albany and they have a customer for life!

Albany auto repair was honest, helpful and professional. I was involved in a hit-and-run and paying out of pocket. Jason was incredible and patient to help me find the best and economic solutions. They've restored my vehicle back to what it looked like, as much as it was.

They won't provide an estimate unless you agree to allow them to do the work. If you drop the vehicle off for the estimate they will keep your vehicle to force you to get the work done there. They also wouldn't provide any timeframe to do the work. I would not recommend...

The technician broke my taillight, still waiting for a replacement. The car is drivable, but back light is not working. The damage from Collision champions was almost as much as the damage from being rear-ended.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
