I took my car in to them for repairs last year after it was sideswiped while parked. They were in the middle of building out their new office and shop and were working out of their drive through bay (?). Don t know. Can t blame them for operating while under construction. But it was the inconsistency that throws me off.I was told the car would be ready one day and it wasn t. It was done a day late, which threw my rental agreement out of wack. Any way fast forward a couple of weeks and I was detailing my car and noticed a rocker panel looked dirty. Well, it wasn t. The new Paint made the rocker panel underneath the doors, look old and dirty, and stand out from the rest of the car. When I brought this to their attention, their response was that new Paint will do that it will never match 100% the rest of the car. I asked then why not paint that panel to match the rest of the car. They said the insurance would not cover it.I called my insurance and made sure that they would cover it because it looked awful, and they did. Also, they needed to change the taillight since it had a small crack.All in all they completed the job and car looks great. I just wish it hadn t taken 2 try s at it.

Crash Champions on Montrose and Long for the win! I ve have taken my car to Crash Champions twice. First time in 2020 when a drunk driver crashed into the back of my car while parked in front of my house and recently on February 13 2024 when three teenagers try to steal my car in front of my job. They broke my window and steering wheel column leave it completely damaged and not drivable. Their customer service and quantity of work is superb. Thank you for taking such a care of my car and me.

Highly satisfied! From the beginning with Lupe in the office to Mario on repair and Manager Diane was excellent with finalizing everything with my insurance.. I've very pleased and would recommend this shop. My car looks brand new :)Thanks Again- Dorothy

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my car stolen. It was recovered thankfully, but had quite a bit of damage. My car was towed to the Montrose Ave. location and after almost 2 weeks, I just picked my car up. Wow is all I can say!!! My car looks amazing. Lupe and Mario, you were both a delight to work with and you made a really unpleasant experience so much less stressful. Cannot recommend your business and services enough!!!

I will admit, l was a little nervous about the repair before coming here, are they going to fix it right the first time... Is the color going to match... Are the electrical parts going to function properly... How's their customer service, etc. l had all these questions running through my head. Well, l am happy to report that EVERYTHING was 100%. They obviously know what they're doing there and l would HIGHLY recommend Crash Champions on Montrose in Chicago. Great work, guys!Sincerely, a satisfied customerMarysol : )

Very pleased with the staff and workmanship. I brought my vehicle in for a repair on the hood of my vehicle and it was completed ahead of schedule and the staff provided great communication. my car looks brand new! I will be bringing my vehicle to this location for all future repairs.

Great and speedy work. Customer service rep was very helpful. Car was completed before schedule with a friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend and will go back for my car needs in the future. Manager was on site was also very helpful and friendly.

I wouldn't trust them. My car came out of the shop in worse shape than it came in. I had minor scratches on the side of the car that the shop took care of but they scratched up my hood, my roof, and little more on the side of the car. They were arguing with me that these scratches were always on the car... To me it looked like someone was just putting the tools on the car while working on actual damage. I wasted a full day with them to argue about it, then another 4 days waiting for my car when they finally decided to fix their negligence. It was my vacation time and I had planned a trip but was stuck home with no car.... Also, they still didn't fix 1 scratch they did but I really couldn't wait longer for them to fix it up. Do yourself a favor and don't bring your car there.

I unfortunately got into a car accident the first week of December. Horrible start to the month of December. Checked out many places that my insurance worked with and wanted to make sure it was a good reviewed place. Crash champions was one of them. Certified Honda Auto collision repair. I have a Honda Civic. I was able to make an appointment for an estimate right away. They took in my car and started working on it right away. Had a few setbacks on the date of completion but Stephanie was very communicative. Some parts my car needed were back ordered. That was out of their hands. Stephanie always texted or called to keep me updated. They did such a great job. It s like nothing ever happened!

Overall they did a fantastic job on my car, all the way down to the paint match, looking at my car in direct sunlight you d never know there was an incident.Service was pretty fast as well even with the holiday weekend, there are issues out of their control so a few days isnt really a big deal, especially when it was done right the first time. Additionally, their communication is appreciated, they called multiple times letting me know the status of insurance adjusters, part timing, as well as when I could finally get my car.I took the advice from a friend to use this place, I definitely don t regret it.Thank you CarStar!

Amazing experience, perfect results! Stephanie was super professional went the extra mile when my Hertz rental car was a no-show. Very happy overall, you won t be disappointed!

My experience with them was horrible from multiple delays to misinformation, alone with lies provided by the adjuster at the location that claim some error codes where not present during his initial scan , but the copies he clearly provided me shows they were there before and after,this guy went on a record call with insurance company about this as well when his paperwork clearly shows he's lying . I have made two attempts to get my vehicle back and still waiting as of today 11/21/20233/13/2024It's amazing how a company can reply to a positive feedback, but do nothing to address a negative feedback.This should be a example of what you can expect when you receive bad service from this location.

The moment I met Carlos, everything went so smoothly from there. They were very professional, informative, empathetic, efficient, and effective. Great service and great people. I had a good experience with my car in this place they are nice and did a good job. People that posted complaining their insurance did a total lost because the prices where high lol first of all you are allowed to take your car to another place to get a second opinion but in the end the insurance is the one that decides if it s worth paying for the car after they see the damages and I know because I used to work in an insurance agency. Also after my daughter had her third accident just with the pictures the insurance said total lost.Service: Body & Trim

I had a minor rear end accident - I called them to set up an appointment for an estimate and they had time available the next day. The paperwork/estimate took less than 30 min start to finish.The ladies up front a friendly and easy to work with. They take the time to explain the insurance process and answer any questions you have.I dropped my car off on Wednesday afternoon, and they had it done and ready for me on that Friday afternoon (48hrs!!)I am very happy with their color match and craftmanship, It looked like I got a new bumper when they were done!I would definitely go to them again! Absolutely amazing experience here! Cristina checked me in every time I came to the shop, she greeted me by name every time and was so kind and helpful. Stephanie did my estimate/repairs and she was patient with all of my questions and very knowledgeable. They constantly kept me updated on my cars status during repairs. The process was entirely seamless. They made the stressful situation of my damaged car 100% stress free for me with their exceptional customer service. I took my car in October for repairs. Everything looked good at first but then I noticed the taillights they replaced were worst than the originals and they looked like bad quality used car parts. When I called to complain they said they couldn t replace it. I called my insurance and they said they would cover the charges. So the gentlemen said he would order the parts and they would call me when they came in. They never called back . I followed up each month and got the same answer. Turns out the order was never placed. When I finally got a hold of management they finally replaced it. However, I think this was totally ridiculous for the lack of communication and the time it took for the repairs. Would not recommend or come back

It was terrible I has to have my front end of the car attached correctly have clamps put in right they was loose they connected the same old dirty part to the new part and it was tight loose clamp the agent Louis had a bad attitude when I asked him to correct the error and the tech that fixed it then after all that I couldn't pay with cash I wasn't told that so I had to walk 2 blocks to the bank with arthritis in pain to put the money on my bank card AFTER ALL THAT I WAS TOLD THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE DIDNT WORK THERE LORD HELP ME SO I HAVE TO TALK TO ANOTHER LOCATION ON THE PHONE WIITH A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE THAT COULD HEAR MY CREDIT CARD IMFO VIOLATING MY PRIVACY THEY SHOULD OF TAKEN ME IN A OFFICE SO I COULD OF DONE IT IN PRIVATE BUT THEY DIDNT IT RAN MY BLOOD PRESSURE UP IT WAS A DISASTER IN THAT PLACE .I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE MONTROSE LOCATION .POOR REPAIR NOTHING WORKS BAD ATTITUDE STAFF I WAS ALREADY HURT BECAUSE SOMEONE WITH NO INSURANCE HIT ME AND I HAD TO PAY OUT MY MONEY ON THIS SITUATION BUT POOR CONFUSING SERVICE TOO IT MADE ME VERY ILL IT WAS TOO MUCH EXTRA STRESS .DONT GO TO THAT MONTROSE LOCATION ITS A MESS

Unfortunately didn't know what was the reason they are available and other body shops are not, my car was delivered to this place spent a whole week they didn't even touch it, don't know how they did the assessment or the damage report parts but one thing is for sure they charge so very high prices that the insurance had to declare it total and then on top of it they keep the vehicle!! WHERE IS THE GOOD SENSE ON PEOPLE? This kind of body shops don't work like b4 ,they want everything easy , they don't want to get their hands dirty no more!!

Best experience ever with travelers insurance claims, Crash Champions I am honestly totally satisfied to know that the process is so easy, and the staffers are so kind of polite. I would not go in the other place ever we ve been a Crash Champions before, and we ve always been totally satisfied, and as far as travelers insurance claims, I am looking into travelers to ensure my cars And motorcycles And even my homeServices: Painting, Body & Trim

If you want to break your more and get it back in worst condition then take it to crash champion. They did a horrible job on my car just slapped the parts and gave it back. My car wa so dirty when i got it back was all dusty. They dont even install the right part and customer service is really bad. Made me pay detuctible before they even start working on it. All i am going to say is dont ever take your car to this shop.

If you get in a wreck, small or big, make sure you go to Crash Champions. I hit a spot of ice and rear ended a car. It damaged up the front of my car pretty good. When I picked my car up from Crash Champions a couple of weeks later, it looked like the day I bought it. The staff was so nice and informative throughout the entire process. They not only answered every question I had, they also helped with getting me a rental car. Hopefully I won't need this service again, but if I do I'm going here.
