Very disappointed . This shop I give a zero out of 10. I brought my Mercedes here a little over three weeks ago because it was in an accident. I picked up my vehicle to only find it a total mess/incomplete. There was no walk-through done to my vehicle, and when I opened up the door, there were dust. There were things all in the car. The car was dirty inside and out, there was some bodywork that wasn t completed. I had some personal belongings in there which they totally destroyed and the manager shared with me that they re not responsible because I signed a waiver. I asked him to provide me with his managers information so I can reach out to him directly. Manager told me that his boss is going to tell me the same. I found him to be very unprofessional for saying that to me.I strongly suggest you do your homework on this shop before allowing them to fix your vehicle.

My brand new Jeep got side swiped while parked on the street overnight. No note. Minor damage- paint transfer and a few dents. The experts at Crash Champions were able to quickly provide me with a reasonable quote, so I didn't have to file a claim with my insurance and cause my rate to skyrocket. On top of that, they were able to fix it good as new in just two days! Photo provided is before and after. Highly recommend!

Crash Champion staff were and always have been professional from the start...The work that was done on my vehicle was hands down the best quality work that I have ever seen I will fully recommend any any everyone to them. My vehicle was done in a timely fashion and they have always gave me an update during the process of my vehicle being repaired....I Thank you all again and I am very satisfied with the job you have done...

Subpar quality work and incompetence. Simple bumper repair needed to be redone 3 times. Now the car is sitting at the dealership for 3 weeks due to none payment from Crash Champions for sensors and camera replacement. Geico shop, Geico paid, Crash Champions did not pay the dealership, I m stuck in the middle without my car. A major fail for Crash Champions on every level. I do not recommend. -Negative if I could. A nightmare to deal with this place and the people that work here. Most awful experience at the Milwaukee location. My car was towed while in their care and was at the towing lot for TWO weeks before they even noticed. I called the morning it was supposed to be ready and they lied to me and said it was just towed by the city that morning. I pick up the car and see the receipt (which showed it had been there for 15 days) and my car s bumper was completely damaged so my car had to stay in the shop another week. Very unprofessional and unacceptable the way the handled things.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Simply the best automotive service I have ever experienced. Our car looks absolutely great and they buffed out other areas of the vehicle that was not part of the insurance claim at no extra charge. Also cleaned out inside and out. Car only looked better when we first bought it.Only negative thing I can think of is the automated status text messages stopped. But car was ready as scheduled. The repairs are great but you REALLY need to get Barb some help. She is helping no less than 4 people at a time, all of the time. I have no idea how she doesn't lose it with all of that, she is so patient.The initial follow-up was not great but then I started getting text updates.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't recommend this location enough. Every single person is so kind! Barb and Angel both went out of their way to communicate with me on my claim, and helped me decide on the best way to proceed after my accident. The work was fast and well done, and I really appreciated that the rental company met me there. Everything went so smooth. Thanks you guys, you made a difficult experience so much easier! Overall with the repair work tht had to be done on my car, I was satisfied. Everything is working okay as of right now. Although the only discrepancy I have is when I dropped of my car the back of my bumper did not have 3 cracks and paint shipping of I have proof of my car from June 10. When I got into the accident. And you can clearly see the difference. That s not the only damage around my bumper there s also another scratch by my back light on the passenger Side. Also, there was scratches by the side front driver door, that was not there. I had got a buffing about 2 weeks ago focusing on both sides and have pictures as well if it. It Looked like someone backed up my car into a poll or something

My insurance took forever to give them the green light to work on my car so I had to wait an extra week, bringing it to a total of 3 weeks and 2 days. While the work speaks for itself.

My car was stolen, but found with the ignition and steering column taken out, so State Farm recommended Crash Champions. Outstanding customer service. They kept informed every step of the way. They sent my car to their other location on Milwaukee for the work and brought it back to the South Loop location for me to pick up AND, because I used Enterprise for my rental(also recommended by State Farm)they let me leave my rental there when I picked up my car. One stop! They made a horrible situation bearable.

Everything and everyone was great here. From Barb who answered my first call (and had all the answers and was super professional and knowledgeable), to Angel who was my point person for the repair, I was super impressed. My catalytic converters (yes, plural; my car has two) were stolen. These amazing people. Not only did they handle my *massive* anxiety attack without hesitation, they got the work done within hours. The only reason I didn't have my car the same day is because I couldn't pick it up. Everything was great, and I will be returning to them should I need more auto repair. I will also be recommending them to all of my friends and loved ones in the area.

My experience with them was the best thus far of any repair facility Ive delt with. I felt confident right away the mechanic Angel really cared about fixing everything on the vehicle & the repairs were very good. The lady at the front desk also displayed professionalism with me. They went out their way to help me out with any inconveniences that came up & even still those were resolved quickly. Thank you all for your services.

My insurance company sent me to have my car's front fender repair around last March. I was told to wait for the parts to arrive before I bring my car in for the job, very reasonable, quite considerate, since my car was mechanically sound. Months later, with occasional follow-ups on the status of the supposedly arriving parts. I was told to keep waiting, until I spoke to the management to ask for a timeframe, I was told they are still 'on the way,' while I confront them about it afterwards that, in fact no parts were ordered/sourced whatsoever. I was lied to, and my time was wasted.I then decided to cash out as I do not expect Crash Champion to repair or make any further progress on this job. More egregiously, I found out via my insurance company that they had cash out the check and nothing was done.More egregiously, regardless of my insurance company's (and my) varies attempt to reach to Crash Champion's Crop. Office to ask for the money they took, all we've got was radio silence - the corp. office somehow, somehow could not be reached. It's been about a year, hence I was never given a timeframe on anything, the repair, nor the cash.I personally don't recommend working with them. Proceed with caution.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had my car repaired here twice, first one was only windows replacement - very quick and smooth. Second repair overshadowed any positive experiences from the first one, it was an absolute nightmare, a baffling display of incompetence. Took them over two months and they gave me completely broken car back; when they took it again and offered to pay for my rental, I was literally collecting evidence for a lawsuit. They don't have quality control at all - car was very loud (damaged bearings), two inches taller on one side (invoice showed that they put shocks from SUV to my car, which is a sedan), etc. Nobody checked if it's fixed and even safe to drive. Staff is very polite but they lie all the time and give false estimates. If you have a choice, my advice is - do not use their services. And if you are reading this, you have been warned.Service: Body & Trim

Someone smashed my quarter panel while my car was parked and I was Christmas shopping. My insurance company had me bring it over to Chicago Collision Center to get to get the work appraised. The quote was $500 less than a collision shop I had taken it to the day the incident occurred. Since I had a good experience there I decided to bring it back to Chicago Collision Center for the actual repair. The work was completed within the estimated time and my car looks flawless and clean. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone needing quality repair at a reasonable price.I brought my car back 5 years later for a different repair. Different business name (not sure if it's different ownership), but again it was a great experience. They said it would be repaired in 5 days but it was ready in 3.. The work was done well, the service and communication was good. No surprises which is always great news.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Friendly staff, extremely helpful. From the moment I walked in, the front desk agent Barb was very kind and helpful. The reason for my visit was to have pictures taken so I can receive a proper payout via my insurance company. Her knowledge regarding the repairs and likelihood of what my insurance company would cover and repair or replace was 100% accurate. If your car insurance is Geico, I highly recommend y all go here to get everything figured out.

They did incredible work. All staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and made my experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle-- they take great care of you and your vehicle and will keep you updated throughout the entire process. They even left me a container of paint to go home with which is a nice touch.

They were a GEICO recommended shop for front end repair I had from an accident. They were AWESOME, super friendly and helpful when I dropped off the vehicle, walking me through the process, as well as arranging for a rental car. Angel, my lead tech, walked me through his initial assessment, talked to me about potential additional problems that might be found once he started the work, and then he kept me up to date with texts and phone calls.Then, they beat their estimate, and got me the vehicle a few days early! The paint job was perfect, you could never tell that the vehicle was in an accident, and on top of the car wash, they vacuumed the inside so it was spotless when I got the vehicle back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Very unprofessional management and customer support. I brought my car in for an estimate and was told I d have to wait a month until they could work on my car. In the meantime they told me they would order the parts that were needed. I agreed, as my car was still drivable and was just suffering from a cracked bumper. Fast forward a month and I had not heard anything so I reached out to them. Turns out they totally forgot about my car & never even ordered my parts ! Now a month has passed and I have to start the process all over again with a new shop. Save yourself the hassle and visit some of the other great shops in the city that will actually prioritize you and your car.

Our 2011 Acura had right passenger damage.Basically the door had to be replaced. Due to the age of the car Geico suggested CC. So we reluctantly went to CC on Milwaukee Ave. Talk about being pleasantly surprised ! The staff was friendly and professional. They scheduled our rental and worked with our insurance. But more importantly the door looks like new and the paint work matches perfectly! I m so grateful! Thank you CC.Services: Painting, Electrical, Welding
