Based on other reviews, it seems like Crash Champions can be a hit or miss. My car needed to have its windshield and the dashboard replaced. I was told the windshield was not only out of stock, but on back stock as well. I preferred OEM but was open to aftermarket if necessary. There was no potential date for when they would receive it. I asked if there were any other options, I was told there wasn't and they had called a number of autobody shops in Chicago. I went 2 months without my car and got to a point where I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP. I called the dealership I originally bought my car from and they were able to find a windshield for me. I relayed the information to Crash Champions and they said they would call me back once they checked on it. I got a call back 2 days later and they said the windshield was aftermarket so some sensors may not be compatible with it. I said, depending on the sensor and if they could check on that, I would most likely just go for it. I got another call a couple days later about the sensor, I said I didn't care and wanted to move forward. It took 3 business days to get everything fixed and for me to pick up my car. Once I got home, I realized I was missing my passenger floor mat. I emailed the lead day of and didn't hear back after two days so I called. The receptionist let me know the lead was on vacation but would have someone else look for it. I called again two days later and was told they were unsure where it was so they would have the lead call me on Thursday 03/28 once they were back from vacation. I did not receive a call back and called yet again. I was told the lead was gone for the day (it was a Friday) and the receptionist said she would have the lead call me on Monday 04/02. I explained to her my frustration with the process and not getting back to me. I also let her know the glove compartment won't close properly and would open randomly. She stated she understood and would relay the message. It is now Thursday 04/04 and I have not received a call back. I'm done trying at this point and am no longer interested in having it looked at or getting my floor mat back. Overall, I felt there was a lack of communication, I was needing to call them constantly to get updates or try to figure out another solution. I wish I had looked into the windshield part earlier but I trusted their professionalism. I don't expect them to try to make things right either. Again, based on other reviews they reply back to people saying, "We will pass along your feedback to management."

My vehicle had right side front end damage due to a collision. A friend recommended I go to Crash Champions in Lincoln Park. I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at, through my insurance company. When I arrived the staff was very helpful and walked me through the whole thing. They told me that depending on parts, I would get my vehicle with 7 days and I did. I picked up my vehicle, I was given a warranty package and instructions on washing the vehicle due to the paint being fresh. The went over everything they did and made sure I was happy. They even shared how proud they are, of their painters and repairmen cause they added new pin stripes to my vehicle and it looked original. I am very satisfied with the work and highly recommend this place.

STAY AWAY!!!These butchers ruined my car! I brought in my Prius to replace the catalytic converter. The job they said would take 4 days took 17 days, with no communication from the shop. Then, when I got the car back, it started overheating on the drive home! The manager Fernando would not take responsibility and told me it was my fault. The car worked perfectly before I brought it in and now I have to pay someone else to repair their awful work.AWFUL WORKAWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICEDOESN"T TAKE RESPONSIBILITYYOU WILL BE WORSE OFF WHEN YOU LEAVE

They lie. Don't keep promises. There is no such thing as a warranty for their work. When you pick up your car it's done. They are very polite and friendly when they want to get the job. Mediocre results after that. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!I repaired my rear bumper here in June 2022. I picked this body shop because they give a lifetime warranty for their work. When I came to pick up the car, the bumper was painted unevenly, and the paint appeared wavy and had many layers (thick). I am a woman and I could tell how bad it was at the first sight. They asked me to wait while they fix it. After 20 mins they brought the car with barely noticeable improvements. They buffed it real quick and hoped it helped. As a result, my husband picked up a car another day.After a few weeks and a few car washes on all plastic parts of the rear bumper, license plate frame, and parking sensor appeared some white stripes and stains. It looked like it was because of some paint remover spilled on black plastic. Pls, see pics attached.In 3 months I scratched my left door and I came back to this body shop hoping they will fix the issue with plastic parts under their warranty (obviously they used paint remover when tried to fix uneven paint and messed up color of plastic).When they accepted the car the second time they promised to fix it and also buff some car parts as compensation for the inconvenience. When they ve done the main repair they not only didn't fix the warranty issue, they also didn't do any buffing the promised. When my husband called them again they told that they can't do anything and basically it is our problem. No one denied it was their fault they just could not do anything here ....(as the only fix is to replace the plastic. They tried to cover it with paint or some sort of plastic renewal spray but after a few days it always came off).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jasmine and team did an AMAZING job on my AudiQ5. I waited for a few weeks to post to see if there was anything that piped up after reciept of my car. I did have a sensor question and made an appointment to review my concerns. Turned out that it was an owner adjustment preference that they advised me of and we took care of it.Seriously an awesome job on the detailed craftsmanship regarding this car. I highly recommend!

I wish I could give zero stars. Had a catalytic converted replaced that didn't have proper CO2 sensors, which we found out when we took the car to the dealership due to a persistent check engine light (a result of the faulty catalytic converter they installed). We returned to Crash Champions, and they informed us that this would be an overnight fix, with no cost to us since the converter was still under warranty. My car remained there for 6 days with no follow up from Victor, who has been nothing short of a terror to work with. We finally picked up the car with the assurance that we would receive a call when the part was in, likely within 24 hours. Days later, no call. Every time we called to check in, we were informed that Victor was busy and he would call back. 1 month and six phone calls later, no response from Victor or anyone else at Crash Champions and the only information they could provide was that the part is back ordered, with no estimation of when it will arrive. Victor is literally the devil and makes customer's lives unduly difficult and at this point is complicit in fraud-- installing faulty equipment and evading all communication and not even attempting to rectify this issue.

Great service with a professional team that provides quality results. This is the second car that Euro Collision has performed body repairs and both times outstanding work. I was connected to crash champions as part of an insurance repair. The reviews looked good so I had no issues going there.I took my car in for assessment and was told to bring it back when the parts were delivered.Approx four weeks later I come back as planned. Shortly after dropping the car off I get a call to tell me the parts they ordered were incorrect so they ll order the correct parts but that will be a few weeks.I go back to collect my car the next day.Upon opening the trunk I see that someone has been in the spare wheel well and left the locking nut in the trunk. A little unusual, why would anyone need to remove the spare tire??? I open up the hatch and see that the spare wheel and the tool kit have been removed ..I call to let the workshop know it s missing and am told that they didn t take it out, they had no reason to I ask who else could ve accessed the vehicle and they tell me no-one.After several attempts to speak to a manager I inform the receptionist that I ll be forced to call the police if it s not returned. Shortly after she returns my call to let me know that the wheel has been found.My wife takes the car back and the wheel is replaced. No apology, no explanation. She asks about the missing toolkit to which they reply that it must be lost, but they ll order a new one ..eight weeks later and I m still waiting.

Poor customer service and rushed shotty work. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the manager Fernando to call me back who always seems to be in a meeting . I got tired of a calling and I am not happy.I had to return several times after my repair was done because they forgot to fix some electrical work. My sport/eco mode button wasn t working and Victor my service tech said I would have to return another day when they had time because the repair required his guys to remove the entire center console. Then, a few days after I get my car back I notice the car charger port was not working and had to return yet again. This time, they damaged my center console because I can see where they stuck the trim removal tool in several spots leaving chips and dent marks on a brand new center console. They clearly rushed through this work and now I m left with this and to top it off, the usb port no longer illuminates like it did before so it s difficult to find the port in the nighttime.Fernando, if you re reading this please do the right thing here. My phone number is on file and I would like this taken care of asap. I will not me recommending this repair shop to anybody at this point.

Had an accident and needed body repairs. They were busy but I was able to get an appointment scheduled in the next week. After getting the estimate, they repaired the car in a week's time and I got the car back along with a car wash. However I noticed that a part that was replaced was the wrong color. Called them and they fixed that at no additional cost. Would use them again but hope I don't need to! Attached before and after photos.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely horrendous experience at this body shop from start to finish. Girl in the front desk had a biggest attitude and absolutely no customer service.I wish I could give zero stars. This body shop is a complete rip-off. We dropped off our suv for a repair and when we went to pick up the car, it looked worse then we dropped off. Trunk was misaligned and the parts the shopUsed were apparently not an OEM parts and we were told that because they are not OEM they will not as an OEM and when we asked why did they use non OEM parts and the answer . We should have read our insurance policy ! Are you kidding me ? We told them we are not picking our car until they use OEM parts. This place is a disaster. They damaged my car even more while attempting to fix it. It s like they had no idea what they were doing. Avoid at all costs! I ve never encountered such unprofessionalism. Terrible communications, terrible service and total waste of time and money.

Euro Collision is the best auto shop I ve dealt with! Alex and the rest of the crew were very friendly and they have great mechanics. My car was not in the shop for long which was great. I will definitely be coming back for future services.

Brought my car here for them to replace a door. They forgot to include sound insulation pads and my car door lock didn t work properly, so I had to bring it back. The repair person acted like I was the idiot for them not doing the repair properly, he said they didn t replace the lock (shouldn t it function properly with the repair?) and that they must have forgot to order the sound pads. Getting back in to get it resolved has been a disorganized mess and a total headache. I will not come back here for repairs in the future since they can t simply do it right the first time.Service: Body & Trim

I worked with Alex specifically at the Lincoln Park location on my 2006 Honda Accord and he was fantastic! After a valet service damaged my car, Euro Collision offered the best of 5 quotes to fix my front bumper and AC Condenser. While it was in the shop, I received a call from him each day about the status of my car and he was very straightforward and detailed.Thank you to your team for completing my repair quickly and absolutely exceeding expectations (cleaning of interior/exterior of car, paint matching, etc.).You guys certainly know how to make each customer feel special (even customers with older and more modest vehicles).You'll be my first stop in the future!

Aquell and Joshua have been great! I took my Tacoma in for a hit and run repair that happened a couple of day into the new year. My truck was in there for less than a week and it looked like nothing ever happened to it.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! I ve actually dealt with Euro Collision in the past and have had great experiences and because of that I returned to the location. Crash Champions had taken over since but I proceeded to use their services anyway. I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended and had full coverage by insurance to get my car repaired and operate a rental in the mean time. My experience quickly went south as the time frame of the repair kept getting delayed due to gross incompetence. The cost of repair went from the initial quote of $5,000 to $11,000 and the repair took 7 weeks. I was allotted 4 weeks for rental coverage now I have to pay $1,100 out of pocket due to the shop s delays. Also, they told me the car was ready to pick up, but warned the steering was faulty. They declared they wouldn t fix it as it was unrelated to the accident. MY CAR WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT. Victor Hernandez helped complete my repair job, but installed an incorrect part. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told the correct part was on backorder, and I would be contacted. I never was, and my followup emails and phone calls were avoided 5+ times, probably because they had already been paid by insurance and so finishing my job was no longer a priority.Spoke with a manager Fernando Cruz who apologized for the poor communication, and told me to email him. He then proceeded to avoid and ghost my emails 4+ times. After that, I gave up and will not be following up with the business again.If you are looking for a repair shop that will provide good customer service and correct repairs, perhaps consider looking elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a very good experience with euro collision of Lincoln park. My minivan was hit pretty hard in the back corner while parked. Was clear there was damage to multiple parts including the sliding door. I called euro collision since it s close to my house and my insurance works with them. They quickly scheduled the damage assessment appointment (the technician was really nice and knowledgeable). It took awhile to get my drop off time scheduled, but that s cause they needed to order parts. Once I dropped off my car, they kept me updated with emails on the progress and even finished days ahead of the estimated time. Pickup was easy, and the car looks perfect. They also cleaned up my car (I have 3 young kids, so it s often a mess back there) which really made it feel like I just bought a new car. I highly recommend this place. Just have the mindset that it will take some time now with ordering parts and getting the work completed.Service: Body & Trim

I used Euro Collision 2x in 2022 and 2021. Both times my car took longer than I was told and both times the car was not fully complete.The first time they completely neglected to fix the back bumper and the undercarriage cover although the billed insurance for it and then the 2nd time when my car was stolen it took over a month. The car still has a horrible smell, although they billed to 'Detail' it. The repairs were not complete and they had to keep it another week or so.There were missing parts not replaced that I had to order myself and have KIA ship out to me. The biggest disappointment was the 1st initial scheduled pick-up, the check engine light was on and the car stopped with the TECH in the car as well. I stressed I wanted to ensure the car was mechanically sound since it had been stolen. I will never use nor recommend them again. They charged insurance over $10K for a patch up job that took a month and 1/2 to complete. Had a broken rear driver window after thieves broke into my vehicle. These guys here were able to get everything fixed up and clean in a couple of days. The work was done great. Communication between my insurance and the repair shop was on point as well. I ll be sure to come back to this place if anything were ever happen again.

Used to be my go to body shop when needed but unfortunately now will be looking elsewhere. Had a car in for some work, their communication is terrible, they won't call you with any sort of update. They kept my car for 5 days longer than estimated. The work is still not complete as a part they had ordered was incorrect initially. Provided non OEM windows and cheaper tints. They also did not really work with me regarding an issue their digital scans didn't show, basically just saying the scans didn't show it being a cause of an accident rather than doing a visual inspection of the components.Poor custom service, slow, definitely has gone downhill since the 5 years I've been using them.

Simply the best. Was hit by a reckless driver and was having the most difficult time with two other shops that were either rude or h responsive before finally changing plans for the work to be done at Euro Collision. EC was so quick, kind, helpful, direct connection with Enterprise and manufacturer dealerships, and they even squeezed me in for an earlier appointment given my troubles with the other shops. The mechanic Alex was especially great and even touched up a door paintchip completely free of charge. I was ready to cry from the frustration of the other shops and with EC I was crying tears of joy.

Update: Got the car last week. They did a good job at repairing the car. The work quality I have nothing to complain. So I changed the rating from 1 star to 2 starsOld review: My car was originally scheduled to be completed on 03/15, but the completion date keeps being pushed back 4 times. Now it would not even finish this week.They have questionable process management. I sent the car for estimate in Jan, and they did not even open the hood to check carefully the parts needed. I sent the car to repair on 02/15, and they said more parts are needed. After a few weeks, while they are repairing the car they found there are more parts missing and that delays the repair a lot.I think they should plan what is required more carefully before giving customers an estimation. At least don t give a so positive estimate that the customer would plan assuming he would have a car to drive.

The reception staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, while the technician assigned to my car was extremely easy to work with, he really new what he was talking about, explained everything very thoroughly and then continued to follow up and keep me update until the car was ready. I didn't actually write a review at the time, and I forgot the name of the guy who did it, but these guys really saved us. We're from Georgia and went on a trip to Chicago in our Prius (some of you may already know where this is going). Around the time our trip was starting to wind down, we found that our catalytic converter had been stolen from under our car, which had been parked at the Best Western we were staying at. We brought the car to this location, and they said it would be a couple days. Instead, they had us back up and running the next day. Very cool.Service: Auto maintenance

To say that I LOVE these people and this place would be an understatement. From the helpful and friendly staff to the effective communication with updates about the status of my car, this place and its staff is everything! I was in an accident and they made it really easy for me to drop my car off and even handled the rental car process for me. Such a smooth process that I couldn t ask for any smoother. We were referred to this shop by a mechanic friend of a friend and just so it happens our insurance works with them so it was a win-win situation. They did an impeccable job on my car and within the timeframe they gave us. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable.Jasmine was in charge of my car and did an amazing job. Thank you!
