I was recommended to Crash Champion from my insurance company. From, the first initial call to the last call, they were very professional. They also kept me informed, thanks Carlos. The work they did was awesome. I was really hoping that it was going to look good, but it looked brand new. Thanks again Crash Champion Collision on Belmont Ave. In Chicago.

The do excellent work! Both on my personal vehicle and my work truck I ve been nothing but impressed with the quality and cost of the work. The only thing I can say about them is it takes a minute to get the car in because they are always busy!! Another sign of quality work, when it s slammed!!

They made a mistake, but they also made it right. Sometimes, that happens. I would suggest that in situations where something doesn't go perfect. They should have better communication. I had to call them week after week for updates and never got a call back from management when the team that pick up the phone said they would. At the end of the day. The work on my truck is great and if it wasn't for the lack of communication, they would score a 5 stars!

Everyone was great! Gustavo, Dallas and the whole crew were exceptional. They did a great job repairing my rear bumper.I was so upset because it s a brand new car but they quickly put my mind at ease with their professionalism and personable demeanor.

My truck was involved in a hit and run. Crash Champions took great care of my baby and got her back restored and looking just as beautiful before the accident. Their customer service team Tony Wells as well as my auto technician were amazing! I got my truck back earlier than expected and I m glad I selected them for repairs. This place was amazing. Super quick and efficient. Almost too good to be true. I pulled up as soon as they opened (Tuesday at 8 am), they took me right away. Veronica was on top of it, took down the notation necessary in regards to the damage (insurance purposes). She went over all the information I needed and answered all my questions. Mentioned it would be ready by Thursday afternoon (so max 2.5 days). Before I knew it they had the Enterprise pick up driver ready for me already outside, before I can even give them my car key. Later in the day around 1:30 pm she gave me a call stating that the insurance did not want to replace the entire bumper, they only wanted to paint the scratches. Veronica fought for me to get the entire bumper replaced, and she was able to make it happen and work with the shop to do me that favor. I couldn't thank her enough for that. She's literally an angel along with all the other individuals who also did the repairs. And she also mentioned they already received the replacement bumper they just had to paint it. The following day, Wednesday, I get a call that my car is ready already they just had to wash it? But it was ready for pick-up by noon. (Quicker than I would've thought possible because it only took 1.5 days). I left work to go drop off my rental and pick up the car, as soon as I get there I am greeted by Veronica and the other lady at the front desk. She gave me flowers and my paperwork about Lifetime Warranty. Then I walk over to my car and it looked amazing (I was literally holding back my tears). And to my surprise they even gave me new headlights. I know I don't have the newest car or the most prettiest car, but the fact that this shop was able to turn my means of transportation into something a little more prettier and "newer" than what it was, was the best thing I have had happen to me in a long time. I love this place, and I will be going back for future services in regards to my vehicle. They're amazing.

I was getting my car repaired with Crash Champions after I got rear ended in October. I was told that my appointment would take a week but mid week I was told that it would be another two weeks. After patiently waiting for the rescheduled time they repaired my vehicle. When arriving to pick up my vehicle I was not given any detailed walk around on what was done to my vehicle until I went to use my tailgate and discovered the tailgate struts had no pressure and the tailgate crashed down on me from letting go thinking the tailgate would stay open like normal. After I realized the mechanic must have made the mistake of not installing correctly or replacing that piece I reached out to see if they could resolve this issue especially because this was never an issue until the accident. I was informed that those pieces already did not working and were also rusty so there is nothing they can do. I m not a car expert but one good look at them can be determined by anyone that they are not rusty. It s just honestly upsetting to have someone rear-end you at a red light then have to go through insurance to then have the mechanic break something else on your vehicle and refuse to replace it. If you plan on doing business with them make sure you get a full inspection that same day and ask a lot of questions so you won t go through what I went through.

I was rear ended and worked with my insurance to get connected to Crash Champions. Crash Champions staff was helpful, communicative, and the shop worked with me to get my car done as quickly as possible as I had a vacation coming up. I picked up my car and it was immaculate with the repair making it seem like nothing even happened and the car was cleaned and smelled like a new car which was a lovely surprise. Everyone was friendly, clear about expectations, and professional. Thanks!

This is the worse shop you could take your car to in the city of Chicago. Beware . I do not wish their service upon anyone that s why I m writing this review. They have not replaced a part of my car for over six months. Do not take your car here.

Geico sent me to Crash Champions as one of the options for the replace place when I filed for a claim. I compared other locations and this is the one I chose and made the right decision. All staff were all friendly and accommodating. Dallas at the front desk were very receptive and helped me the whole process. Rachel on the other hand did a phenomenal job on scheduling my repair and also working with my availability. There s a little problem after I picked up my car but there were so eager to make it right and fix everything like nothing happened! They were also very proactive about updating status about your car. Highly recommend this place! Thanks again guys especially to Rachel! JM

My car had been broken into and was attempted to be stolen. It wasn't a good day, but in the end my car came back better than it was before. I was super thankful they cleaned it too, it was such a nice touch because it truly isn't a fun experience having that happen to you. It was good to jump back into my car feeling fresh. Ashley was a good communicator throughout, I'll go here again if I ever need to!

Clear communication, timely estimates, perfect finish. It wasn t inexpensive, but neither is my car, so happy we had the chance to work together to fix a complex collision.

My Toyota RAV4 4 was rear ended and I got it repaired at this shop. They did a great job with the bumper but my suv was returned back with four new scratches. I suggest take pictures of your car before you turn the car in for repair. This is the first and last time I take it here.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They are very courteous and kelp me well informed of the progress/delay.Carlos was very attentive towards providing transportation to and from the shop as a courtesy due to follow up repairs. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I pray that I never need collision repair work again, however if I do it will be done there. Thank you Carlos, you re the best.Service: Body & Trim

Everytime i have a claim, my insurance always pushes this shop and idk why.Every time, my appointments suddenly disappear. Talked to someone on the phone who works there, set up an appointment only for it to disappear the day of.Not sure who answers the phone but they need training in how to schedule appointments. This is probably my third claim where I just had to walk away from this shop because they have horrible customer service.Always a bad experience.

My car got into a pretty bad front end collision, crash champions took care of it in a considerable amount of time compared to other shops and kept us updated as well, definitely a good place for take your car into , other shops gave me far out dates to when they could even look at it crash champions took it in right away and got it fixed very quick compared to the others. For the second time I had Crash Champions repair my suv. from drivers hitting my suv first T-bone and this time Rear end.Crash Champions return me a new suv each time. Vehicle was delivered on time but all repairs were not completed. The repair was done with a lack of detail and quality. After 2 months, i still have not received the call saying the part is in they needed to complete the repair. I completed the last two items in my garage. Very bad experience. After being involved in a rear end collision I did some research and chose to have my vehicle repaired at crash champion. The best decision I ever made. My car was hit and the front bumper was falling off. Dallas and Carlos were extremely communicative with me during the entire process. It was finished exactly when they said it would be and it looks BRAND NEW!! The pricing was fair and if I ever have to have any body work done again, it will ALWAYS be here. 10/10 recommend!!!
