I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I went in for one problem but then they wanted to charge me nearly $500 for something else that they broke. They claimed my car came in that way but that was a lie. I had no lights on on my dashboard but when I left I had a brake light on and my brake petal had no pressure. I had to floor the brake in order to stop and I know I didn't bring my vehicle in that way. I let someone else fix what they messed up and come to find out, they were going to charge me $500 for something that had nothing to do with the damaged they caused. They were just trying to get more money out of me and I wasn't haven't it. Ladies, beware. Don't go here alone.

Went there for antifreeze leak. Ended up with oil or possibly transmission leak. Supposedly I need a part that cost $1000 Note I never had any leaks until they fixed my antifreeze problem. Of course they didn't touch it. If like I touched it 2 days after I left

Raul looked at my car in the fall. He suggested that we wait until the spring to repair the condenser so that the warranty wouldn't expire before I needed to use it. He quoted me a fair price for the repair, and he honored it last week when he repaired it.You have to get there real early as it is first come first served.

Second vehicle I've brought here and never had been treated with such honesty and direct care for my car before got the problem fixed was upfront and reasonably priced!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Hello I gave him 4 stars because he was honest not beat around the bush strat talk also lower my price and help remove my oil dip stick for free and cover the hole but I got a new one now ,I love it when the honest. Thank you

Honest and professional. Plus the prices are very reasonable. Gave me a 3 month warranty because I had my AC recharged on a colder day and the pipes wouldn't sweat. Which means he couldn't for sure say there isn't a leak.

I had Elantra 2013. He is the only one told me the big relay is broken and I have to buy it from Hyundai Chicago dealer. After I replaced the relay the car battery didn t drain anymore.Thank you

I love Cool Heat! Raoul is the man!Recharged my 93 Volvo AC and replaced my Subaru s burnt out compressor. Real reasonable prices. Always great flicks showing on their TV in office! :)

Went in with an overheating problem. Paid what was asked of me. I have a warranty and it's still overheating. I keep taking it back to them because of the warranty but it'll work for a minute then starts overheating again. It's actually in worser condition than when I brought it in. It's a cooling and heating company. Why can't you stop the overheating before it damages the head gaskets? It's just frustrating. Tell me what's wrong so I can fix it. They obviously do good work because their customer base is pretty decent. But it's just I need my car fixed I paid and I have a warranty with my paid receipt. Fix the problem that you're advertised to fix. That's all I ask.

Probably a four point five but gets bumped up to five for a competitive price. Slight downside, a messy storage lot that could result in minor tire damage. The labor charge was impressively low and speaks to an efficient shop....diagnostic work was excellent.....parts price fair.....no attempt at upselling anything.....and prompt, high quality work.

Very satisfied with the work done and the cost. Had a water pump on my Jeep replaced the same day it went out. Cool Heat charged me $330 less than what the Jeep dealerships were quoting. The dealership in Oak Lawn told me to drop my Jeep off and could not even tell me what day I would get my vehicle back. I feel confident about using Cool Heat in the future and will recommend them.

Cool Heat did not solve my air conditioning problem on my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country. In fact the air conditioner stopped working the next day! I will take the vehicle back to Cool Heat and hope that they will honor their 90 day warranty.

I was disappointed to learn that my ac lines running to the back on my Armada had a leak. 700 bucks to fix the problem is not cheap to me. The stealership would have probably charge me triple that amount. Going to have to think about this one. The guy behind the counter seemed knowledgeable. If I get it done, I'll get it done with these guys.

I thought this place will be reliable but I was wrong I took my car to get checked out but they never bothered to look at it and told me I need a new engine because my car was overheating it's a 96 Cadillac sedan DeVille, and that I will be out at 5 grand for a new engine, but they never even did a diagnostic on my car and he had it for 2 days they never turned one screw or cracked one bolt, I told him I had just had a water pump put on the car and the thermostat, now I'm no mechanic but I do have common sense and the basic working knowledge of how things should operate, and so without them doing a diagnostic of any sort their conclusion was that I needed a new engine they didn't suggest to me that I should flush the radiator to see if there was any debris in it clogging up the thermostat or if I had a bad thermostat from the beginning because the car didn't always overheat it overheated periodically so to me that's saying the thermostat is catching or something is making it stick but instead of doing this they just came up with me needing to have $5,000 for new engine so I go online and eBay has Cadillac engines and the most expensive one I saw was 1400 bucks now how they figure I need it $5,000 is beyond me, so they're telling me it will cost me $1,500 for the engine pretty much and $3,500 to put it in my answer to them was kick rocks.

They assessed the problem and gave me all my options for an AC compressor problem on my Civic, warrantied their work for 2 y (on a new compressor kit), and even helped me diagnose an unrelated problem when I thought it was compressor related. Courteous, helpful staff.

I had a check engine light, I knew the repairs needed from a previous diagnostic test. They said they can do the repairs. When finished I pick up the car and the engine light was back on in a week. Took it back twice for them to fix the problem. I Decided to take another diagnostic test somewhere else. As a result of that they never did the repairs. I'm out of 600.00 for now, check engine light still on. They know how to cheat the emission test. They insisted on taking my car to emmision when I had no problem taking it myself. I was really suspicious about that.

Took my girlfriends car there on Friday to fix the a/c...took a few hours...picked it up and was told everything was good now but the car needed a can clutch...replaced can clutch myself that same day...didn't use car for next 2 days...then a/c wasn't working so called them and was told to being it back...after that got call and was told needed a new compressor...word...guy said that wasn't part of warranty...no refund or anything ...and guy tried to lie about procedure of finding leaks...unaware I am a licensed hvac tech...bottom line...THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!! You will regret it in the long run!

This place is great. Twice I've been at this place and they've resolved it easily because there wasn't a problem. They could've made up issues but were honest.

This place is great fixed the problem and even give you warranty the parts and thier services! They are very honest with the problem that s actually wrong with your car! I would definitely recommend this place !!!!

Dishonest and over priced long wait rude ...quoted me almost $1000 for work turned out to be a $200 fix at a reputable repair shop that a friend of mine referred me to and everything works perfect I definitely won't use or recommend cool heat

Went thru. Though my water pump went out suv was noisy they told me it was my Alternator solved problem no noise thanks cool heat
