Excellent service with stellar outcome. Yousef and his team went above and beyond to fix my vehicle after I was rear ended-- the results were like brand new. Most importantly, Yousef negotiated with my insurance company to get me the best deal. He is community oriented, values driven, and advanced in his auto repair skills. Highly recommend supporting this local business!!

Went here for a body work estimate - the owner is incredibly helpful, communicative, prompt, and overall has excellent customer service. Based on my experience, I will be choosing this auto shop for any car repair needs. I don't review often on google, but was really pleased with my experience and thought this business and owner deserved a shout out.

Yusef and the team here are so helpful! He helped me out when I was in a bind and jumped my car and then gave me a quick diagnosis of what needed work. He even told me what would be under warranty by the dealership so I could save money. A local, honest and trustworthy business.

My car was flat dead. Looked up the closest garage, and there was Concord. Walked around; all the doors were closed. Yousif saw me, came out, and greeted me. Heard the problem and within 2 minutes was heading over with a huge jumpstart box. Five minutes after that, my car was running and we knew why it had died. He refused any payment, gave me his card, and said "No problem, any time." Really, what more can I ask. Concord is my new garage of choice.Service: Battery

The employees drive around way too fast in residential neighborhoods blasting music. Very unprofessional. I haven't had any work done but I see their trucks burning rubber on local access streets.
