Ben and the employees here are great! I have brought a variety of vehicles here and I keep bringing them back. Ben is one of the most honest people in the business! Ben and his mechanics always excellent, I always trust my vehicles here! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone to give them a try out, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! The shop is beyond clean, the environment is beyond welcoming if you are in the waiting area. I always get exceptional quality of work and very fair prices! I doubt you will find better quality of service and customer service in the business! I wouldn't choose any other place.

I was quoted a price for 1 side of work and then they did both sides so 2x the original quote and I had no clue until I picked it up. I think he talks so fast bc he is ripping you off

A great neighborhood mechanic shop that is a staple of the Mt. Greenwood community. Ben is a wonderful shop (manager, I believe) that is kind, fair, and courteous. Complete Car Care are very dependable and is known for being a fast and reliable establishment.

Complete Car Care is the absolute real deal! Ben is amazing! I've had my BMW serviced there on several occasions, and I've never been disappointed. Ben will tell you exactly what the issue is, give you a visual on a diagram or model, and quote you the fairest price in town. He's extremely knowledgeable about the work that needs to be done, and you don't feel as though he's talking over your head when explaining. No work is done until you approve it, eliminating hidden or surprise charges. I've referred 3 people (so far) to this repair shop, and they share my experience. One person I sent had a vehicle that wouldn't pass the emissions test. He took his car to Ben, and was advised that the car just needed to be driven a while because it had been sitting and hadn't been started over a significant amount of time. The cost for this advice? ZERO! They didn't even charge my friend, stating that they hadn't performed any work, therefore, there was no charge. Again, I have a BMW. I was so stuck on taking my car to the dealership, and was constantly being charged astronomical rates for the simplest service. I got tired of paying all that money. So when I found a reputable shop, that had no interest in taking advantage of me, I continued to patronize this establishment. Complete Car Care and Ben are hands down my auto repair shop, no matter what car I have. They have proven, in an industry where it can get REAL sketchy , that they can be trusted.

$175 for a diagnostic is crazy. Just go to a family mechanic. The industry is so low down, it's going to be an inconvenience to just get your car looked at!

I've been bringing my car to Ben and his staff since he first opened and I have never been disappointed with his service and value. He often goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. I can not recommend Complete Car Care enough. Five Giant Stars!

Immaculately clean facility and this place takes pains to leave your vehicle clean when they service it, too (no grimy hand marks in the interior!). They were very clear about what my car needed and how much it would cost. They also laid out for me what things I should be on the look out for in the future and how soon I'd have to take care of them. They are a welcome addition to the neighborhood!
