Had some suspension work done like the installation of all four tie rods and a wheel alignment. Work was done but my vehicle drove worse than before. I went to talk to the man behind the desk and he said I paid for tie rods and wheel alignment and that's what he did. I told him yes but I m not happy with the alignment. It pulls to the left. I just wanted to get it another realignment but he absolutely refused cuz he blames a bad sub frame. So I told him why didn't he call me to advise me that a bad sub frame was going to give a bad alignment. He said I did what you paid for and that's that. He did the work knowing it was not going to be done correctly. I took it to another shop and they said yes its going to need a sub frame eventually but that is not a reason why it shouldn't be aligned correctly. I told him so we wont end on a bad note just refund me the alignment fee or let me take elsewhere and if the could align my wheels, just reimburse me. He said NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. if requested a realignment and he said the work was done. I wished the man good luck, and may God bless him cuz I know that HE KNOWS HE IS IN THE WRONG!!!!!! Unless u are cash strapped and need financing fixing your vehicle. Make this your last option. He lost my business. Im telling family, friends, and co-workers about his place. Yet he never called to tell me the sub frame was a problem but still charged me for a service that he knew was not done correctly. Still took my money knowing it wouldn't be correct. Never called and when I got there he had the wrong phone #. Crooks Auto Center. MAVIS did an alignment correctly. Should've stuck to the pros.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

This place is horrible do not take your vehicle there it is a scam. They do not work on vehicles at all. Any good comments are lies from staff members. Arturo does not know how to fix vehicles. Pamela Hernandez will lie to you for Arturo. This place needs to be shut down.

Worse place ever I should ve seen the reviews before coming to this storage. They had my car for 2 weeks my clam was approved they had my check from my insurance. I ve called many times just to check on my truck no answer so I had to come up there my truck is in the front not touched. I m in a rental that I have to pay for out of pocket. However, think really hard and long before letting this place be your first and second option. Nevertheless, not a option at allService: General repairs & maintenance

Incredible services - it s a quick turn-around time! Someone hit my car from behind causing significant damage to my bumper. They did a beautiful repair job on my car.y new bumper was painted with expertise and care. I ll go to Classic Auto Center in the future if needed. That s how satisfied I was with the service.

I went here on Friday to get my car fixed, not knowing what to expect. When I first walked in, the receptionist (later found out she was owners daughter) was so nice! She literally walked me through the whole process of getting me car fixed! She was compassionate and made sure everything ran smoothly. They had to order pieces to get my car up and running and I knew they closed at 1 on Saturdays, so I thought I wasn t going to get my car back until Monday. But they called me on Saturday at 3pm and my car was ready and fixed! They had stayed later to get it together! I was so grateful and the fact that my car is running great also! I wish I could give them 10 stars! They definely deserve it! I will be going back to them very soon! Great people, great place, and very well organized! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance/repair shop. They had my car for over 2 months. They pushed back the date of completion at least twice. The last time they denied they gave me a different date. They continued to over promise and under deliver. Further, I would have let all of that go, but then I started having problems shortly after the warranty expired. The engine ran poorly, the horn died. $1300 more took care of problems that should have been handled when they had the car. An absolutely terrible experience.

They are very professional and helpful. They helped me with payment options when insurance wouldn t pay the rest. Although, I was told my car would be ready in 2/3wks, by week 3 almost 4, I called. I was told my car would be ready on a Thursday. I go up there hoping to receive my car, I was told that there was a mix up with another car and mine would be ready Monday. I call Monday to see if my car is ready, I get told that, we said we would call you Monday. We ll call back Tuesday for an update When Tuesday came, they did not call me (they close at 5). I called them 15 minutes before they closed and asked for an update. I was told my car would be ready tomorrow. I am currently waiting on a call today!Yes, they are professional but for lack of better words, they are send offs and did not finish on time like promised. I recommend going to a different auto body shop for your repairs.

The owners daughter was very unprofessional. I used there finance option to pay for my vehicle. I had a tow truck waiting for my vehicle to be released. I politely asked her how much longer on signing the paperwork she told me a hour. Then she stated "I Told you that on the phone". I then replied no actually you told me 15min to 45min. She threw the papers on the desk and said I'm doing you a favor I dont have to do this! To make a long story short, the police was called and they even stated that they are very unprofessional. The owner pushed my car off his premises because he said I had to get the car off his property once it was paid. I reported them to the better business bureau.

Their sign says they guarantee 100% emissions work. For a week they held my car and complained about the work I already had done. Only to replace the same parts but never the true problem! We even left with more issues including a nail in the tire. My dad made an appointment with Firestone who found the problem within 20 minutes and also made me aware of a few other issues! Compared to the above mentioned company who screwed us with unnecessary charges, parts, work and time!

Do not take your car here. They had my car for almost 2 months. They gave me the run-around for several weeks, they added on more repairs after my claim was submitted to the insurance company. My deductible was $500, but when I got to the shop I ended up spending over $650. The girl at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. Please do not bring your car here!

This business is horrible!!!! The hispanic lady at the front has a nasty attitude and very poor customer service. She speaks Spanish behind customers back assuming they can't understand her. These people kept my car way too long and kept finding "supplemental" charges for things they insisted needed to be fixed. They also damaged my hood while in their possession. Once I brought it to their attention (paperwork and all) they refused to take accountability for the damage and rudely asked me to get off their premises. Once police where called...they were very ignorant and refused to hand over any information. The owner Arturo is also very ignorant and condiscending. This place is full of people whom scam their customers and find ways to take as much money from you As possible. I Will NEVER business with this place again. I suggest anyone looking into this place to look for another shop!!!!!!! DO NOT trust these people with your car!!.

Brought my 2008 Pontiac Gxp g6 here about 3 weeks ago with engine light on. Since they had sign posted saying 100% guaranteed pass the emission test I firgure why not let's give them a try. They check my engine fixed a few things and to test what they fixed will cost you $125.00 additional. All and all it cost me a little over $350.00 just to tell me I need an engine. So I'm paying for work you did on an engine that's no good. So he says the work That I needed to repair my engine, I'd do better just buying a knew motor, I asked what would be the total cost. He quoted me $2200.00 total for everything. I left him with $1000.00 cash, leaving me a balance of $1200.00 First thing I notice about this place is they don't call you before they do work on your car as they accumulated over $300 worth of work on a motor they say was no good. Never asked me nor updated me on what they were doing. But did let me know that I needed a motor. So balance I'm thinking would be $1200.00 A week goes by, no call at all with update so I go by the place, shows me my motor out of the car, and told me the wrong motor was delivered waiting for right motor. As we were talking I said I needed a caliber on passenger -side front , quoted me a price of $68.00 and he'd install that for free. No problem. Get a call later I need to buy an oxygen censor at over a $100. Says it didn't come with the motor, really! 3 to 4 days later I called, oh car ready it passed emission test. Ok so I can come pick it up, well we have to do a few things we'll call you later on. This conversation took place about noon, at around 5,0'Clock No call, So I called them, oh you can come pick the car up, well were you going to call me? Aren't you about to close? Oh we'll stay open to six so you can pick up the car. Well husband and I got car, after paying $1545.05 $345.05 more than what he said it would cost. So all in all it cost $2545.05 cash not credit, to get emission to pass. Immediately my husband noticed caliber still sticking as it was before they put this one on. So I checked with a retired mechanic, and he said the caliber was wrong for my car and that he'd fix problem. So he took caliber off, I take it back to classic auto and was told I was lying, the mechanic was lying, that wasn't the caliber. I was appalled and shocked at how unprofessional this man had became. I just paid you over$2500 in cash and now I need to come up here and lie about $68 the man was irate, cursing calling people M f's on and on. Now the motor is good I'd give him that, He passed the emission test of course after a lot of money being spent. But the ordeal with the caliber, I would never step foot in that place again . Eventually about after an hour going back and forth with this man I think he realized it was the caliber he put on, and no one was lying so he gives me a$68 check (that cost me $3 to cash) for the caliber. I was just about to tell him to keep it, the way he acted I felt he needed it more than I did.Wow! And he lied about the mileage on motor twice he went from the motor he's putting in has 83000 miles few days later 93000, to finally 97000miles. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. I have a warranty with these people on the motor, but if i get an oil change from somewhere else the warranty is void. I'll take my changes somewhere else. I want no dealings with these unprofessional thieves. No dealing with these people. Take your car elsewhere save yourself a headahce.Next time I see a sign promising something, I'll read reviews first, cause had I done that, I'd never had come here, because what these people are saying is true about their nasty way of doing business and their attitudes are far from professional. The only person I would recommend here is my worst enemy.

The staff here is very unprofessional especially the chick at the front desk was so rude. I'm reading their reviews and they are full of excuses as usual blaming everything on the insurance company instead of taking responsibility for their own short comings. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. Considering the world we live in today they should be very careful with the way they treat and talk to people, it's only a matter of time before some crazy emotional fool come gun slinging up there.IM THINK'N BOUT BOYCOTTING THIS PLACE.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

ZERO!!!!!! DONT.... I Repeat DONT take your Business Here!!!!!! These Low Life SCUM BAGS had my Car for 8 Days to fix the water pump on my 2013 Ford Taurus... Never DID ANYTHING TO MY CAR!! NEVER CALLED I had to call them. And had the NERVE to GET FLIPPED @ the Lips about they re POOR customer service. NEVER APOLOGIZE for ANYTHING!!! Please take This Review and the REST as ADVICE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. PLEASE . WISH I could ve gave them zero STARS . BBB will get to hear From me... TERRIBLE

Incompetent. Takes them too long to do any type of work to your vehicle they can barely speak English which makes it hard for me to understand what they're saying. my vehicle was there for over a month for repairs and even after I picked it up I had to take it back, will never come to this place again

Terrible service. Absolutely do not go hear. They tried to overcharge, did not fix all the repairs and actually left my car with more issues. The workers are also very rude and disrespectful.

This place does not show any proffesion, i had an appointment and wanted to give them my bussiness but right off the bat i knew it wouldnt be good idea.i went in for an estimate for my vehicle and the guy wouldnt even look at me in the face.. And didnt have time for me. So i decided to take my bussiness some where else.

Zero wasn't an option. They don't have the worker or the tools to fix major repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT IT BACK IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. They've had my car for almost 3months and nothing done

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !!BEWARE CAR HAS BEEN IN THIS SHOP SINCE MAY IT IS AUGUST AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY CAR BACK THAT I'M PAYING A NOTE AND INSURANCE ON. TOTALLY GETTING THE RUN AROUND AND LIED TO ON A DAILY BASIS. ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF DIGNITY.

These guys kept my car for over a month change parts that I didn't need and the car still didn't pass the emission test and my bill was over 1000 dollars and the car came back with problems that it didn't have I do not recommend anyone to use their services
