I would give less than one star if able, this place is a huge JOKE, I had a appointment for 10am no one was there till 11:30am I contacted the owner at 10:15am and he said his guy was on his way but didn t get there till 11:30am, I asked for my money back and was told that he couldn t do it and had no checks(not that I d take one) I had to contact my bank to reverse payment. Also THE OWNER SHOULD STOP GIVING HIMSELF 4 STARS!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!!!!!

The Owner Juan does NOT honor his Warranties even with the receipt!!! They destroy all receipts so there is no record you bought anything from them. A complete rip off!!! (He will change his name to Moses when you call to avoid honoring a big loss)

Owner/manager was friendly but I was promised work indtallation of remote starter would take only 1 hour and I was the first customer. It took almost 3 hours. Totally wrecked my schedule for most kf the day.

Came to get tint had appointment they didn t start on my car til an hour or so late. Keep telling me he s almost done and my car wasn t nowhere near done! Told me to come back the next day at 9am and they wasn t open!

decided to use 90 day same a cash option not only did they raise the price on everything but didn't even install my alarm when I asked for the cash i paid for some of the parts they refused to give me my money back even though I never got the parts or the install not only did they never install my alarm when i ask for my keys back so i can leave the installer tried to bully me by not giving me my keys to my car i have to call cpd just to get my car back I'm calling the bbb and filing a complaint and taking them to court just to get back my money back for parts I didn't get people like them should even be in business and their prices are crazy I would never go back to them for anything

Had my windows tinted, bubbles everywhere, terrible freehand cuts, they even re-did them and the visor tint is crooked and a couple windows still have bubbles, waste of $250 smh

Had worse experience ever paid for items that never got installed alarm system didn t work owner never answers the phone stay far away

I bought. An alarm for my truck. And they give you the. Things. Used. They don't give you the new ones, very bad serviceCompre. U a alarma para mi troca. Y te dan los. Cosas. Usadas. No te dan las nuevas muy mal servicio
