Do not service your vehicle here. After weeks of pestering me via phone, email and text about scheduling the care free maintenance that came with my car purchase I finally caved because I was due for an oil change anyway. After driving 45 minutes to the dealership and waiting 3 HOURS I was handed my keys and went on my way. Two weeks later the oil change light pops on and I find out they did absolutely nothing they were supposed to because it was too early for this service . No one said a word to me about this while I was there in person. Clown show.

If I could it would have been zero stars they like to slip in other services and say that is what was booked originally for appointment when it actually wasn t. adding additional charges for things not listed on your appointment is crazy and is a sign of getting over on customers.

I wanna thank ( Sales Associate) Raymond Cotto for his professional approach and giving me full detail on the new and used cars, he listened to every question I had and concerns, his patience was deeply appreciated, I also wanna thank ( Sales Manager ) Ruben Lobera for his professional approach and his honest expertise, these guys know their cars well. Their hospitality is a sure welcome at their Irving Park location I surely recommend this dealership.

I have been going to the service department at this location since 2015 and always receive professional service, from both the service desk and the quality of repairs. I always work with Justin or Diana and they have both been fantastic every time I visit. I ordered a new key fob from here and scheduled an appointment to have the fob programmed. After picking up my car I discovered they hadn t programmed the doors/hatch/panic to work with the new remote. I called back to inquire as to why they were not programmed along with the immobilizer. The service writer said there must be something wrong with my vehicle and to schedule another appointment for them to troubleshoot. My BS detector was on high alert because everything worked fine with the old fob. Rather than go through the hassle of dropping my car off again I found a YouTube video and programmed the fob myself. You think they will refund me 1/2 of the programming fee back?Service: Electrical repair

Fui a negociar la compra de una Tiguan, porque la tenia en arrendamiento, pero me la querian comprar en 16,000 dolares y luego que yo la comprara en 20,000 dolares!!!! es decir se querian ganarse 4,000 dolares por no hacer NADA!!! Asi que fui a mi banco y consegui que me financiaran la compra de la Tiguan.or supuesto que voy a cambiar de marca!!!
