Thank you everyone at CDJR for working with me and helping me get a deal and working with me on my payments. The entire team was so helpful and did everything over and beyond. From James making sure that I was In the right vehicle and that I was comfortable in the vehicle, He had exceptional customer service and communication skills I wouldn t have nobody else sell me a car but James he was great. I would also like to thank Vince and the rest of the staff for helping me pay for my insurance and allowing me to drive back home In a brand new 2019 Ford Ranger. I m extremely thankful and grateful for all of you guys helping me because none of them had to help me out but the fact they did make me so much more grateful for the vehicle and I will make sure that you don t regret this

It was a really good and easy process to buy and create a new jeep rubicon with Diana s assistance. She and her team weee really helpful and gave me updates on any delays and let me know when to expect the delivery of my new car. She also makes sure you are taken care of and follows up regarding any issues you might have or make sure you are enjoying your jeep.

Would definitely be back for another purchase but I am making the conservative assumption that my Jeep Wrangler will last until the end of time. Will be back for my regularly scheduled maintenance.May knock a star if this sticker is a pain in the butt to take off though.

Hello! I took my jeep here on January 8th to look at the back windshield wiper and to check the steering. I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty in excellent condition for it's age. After 2.5 hours I went to the service shop to check in and received mixed messages from a confused service assistant, who claimed I needed a new hose, new pump, all new steerage equipment and had one leak, no two leaks, not sure maybe just one (he waffled on his quote, it was confusing and indirect). After that I asked if I could drive it home safe, and he said he wasn't sure but checked and came back and said yes. Getting into the jeep there was a foul smell, body odor and something else and they had spilled steering fluid and left some garbage and an open bottle of steering fluid sitting out. The jeep had not been washed (not a big deal, but they were washing all the other customers, so why not mine?). When I opened the back door a few days later the entire door came apart, they hadn't reinstalled it after looking at the wiper motor. I have called twice and asked to be refunded for the payment I made. My jeep came out looking/smelling worse and needing more work. I took it to another car service repair and they said it by no means needed all of the replacements they had quoted and just needed a new pump. The dealership hasn't been returning my calls and when they finally did today the person I spoke with just kept saying no, that I would have to pay for the time they spent on the jeep. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chicago, please refund me for the service fee I paid in full. There is no reason you should need my money, you did nothing but tear up my back door. I look forward to hearing from you. Perhaps you can look into this on your end.

A great experience from start to finish. A deal was reached and the entire team stayed well past closing to get the deal done and signed. Kristian (With the K, there are multiple) was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and approachable and got us into our 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for the payments we wanted! The finance manager was also very easy to work with and really enjoyed our experience there. If you come here, make sure to ask for Kristian - he ll work until he gets the deal done!

I have been driving Jeep for the past decade, however this has been one of the best purchasing experiences i have had with all levels of staff members at a car dealer. Tony was the sales associate that lead me through the process of choosing the right Jeep for me, and Marco was the representative of the financial department that provided great guidance in the financing aspect. Marco and Tony made themself available during off hours as well. Great job! I strongly recommend for anyone who is in the car market!

Purchased a used 2019 Nissan Rogue for daughter (August '23) - staff was ok. Salesman was pretty easy going however, the assistant Briana that intercepts all calls and does the scheduling is very pushy and robotic. I was a little turned off by her tone and the fact the she called within 3mins of me not arriving at my appointment time (seemed a little thirsty for business). I actually arrived within 10-15mins after my original scheduled time.Upon receiving my out of state license plate in the mail, I have since been met with a $200 repair estimate that was caused by the dealership - (oversized license plate screws used in front bracket and in rear tailgate). I was able to remove front bracket and order a new one however, the rear tailgate is where the problem is as you cannot get access to stripped screw holes without removing the access panel and all other parts attached to tailgate - NOT an 5min easy fix!!! ***License plate is currently taped to rear window at present (not happy about this) as it looks tacky. I am open for discussing this with CDJR of Chicago...My overall experience wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. Being family-owned and from what was told to me, their sole dealership, CDJR of Chicago seemed to be operating on a very tight and limited budget and was not flexible on making sure the customer experience would be one that would make someone return for future business. Even so much so that I couldn't get a full tank of gas! They were going to send me out the door with a 1/4 tank of gas and I had over a 1hr. drive!!! Really guys, come on!I attempted to reach them maybe a week later on something really simple relating to service on the vehicle (Carfax) but my calls and text messages to salesman and sales manager went unanswered. I HAVE NEVER had a dealership flat out ignore their customers calls/text messages post-sale. This further solidifies my thoughts as to why a lot of people feel that dealers often are just concerned about the sale and not the overall experience. CDJR of Chicago, please stop being transactional in nature and work on "Being of Service" to your clients. This will inevitably net you repeat business. Your customers should feel good about their purchase from your establishment. Just a thought...

Our experience was amazing, from the greeting at the front desk by the manager Marco, a wonderful young man to our salesman Kevin, a young man with such a positive outlook on life and making our experience completely painless, to Nick in finance for making it a great experience. Also a great service department for quickly servicing our 2017 Ram before we left to take it home to Wisconsin. Great people that can give you a great buying experience. Thanks again!

Diana is an amazing saleswoman! She was mindful of my time and efficient with making sure I understood my entire deal and going over my new 2024 Jeep Compass High Altitude trim. Abdulla, the GSM made sure I received the all applicable rebates and incentives on my lease and made the trade-in of my old vehicle fair and painless. David and Marco were great at getting my new Compass ready for my test drive - porters were busy and instead of making me wait they went to bring it for me. They seemed almost as excited about it as I was! They reassured me I was getting a great vehicle at a great price. Nick, the finance manager made that part easy and painless and also very efficient. No hard sell on any part of my acquisition. My experience was amazing all around. I don't think I've ever had such an efficient and quick lease/purchase experience like this.

I have passed this dealership countless of times. The day came when I needed immediate yet reliable help within close proximity, so I decided to look up their reviews. They did not disappoint whatsoever. Previous customers had mentioned how friendly & detailed orientated the staff is and I must say they truly are. From the appointment that was set down to the paper work being drawn up to finalize the purchase it was an amazing experience! I worked with James and he was a great sales person! The process was quick and straightforward. The only complaint that I had was that the salesperson and finance manager were very pushy and that is a huge turnoff for me. If you re easily persuaded do not go here they will put you in anything to make the sell. Other than that my overall experience was good and I love my car.

Be very leary of shoping for a car here, I was scammed into purchasing a car yesterday under false pretenses and rather than being honest with me they completely ignored me for 3 hours until I left. I came in that morning with cash to purchase a used car. I found one I liked and the sales member told me it had passed their comprehensive inspection and was ready to go. As we signed the paperwork they sent the car to be cleaned. I have purchased cars with cash on multiple occasions and the process takes approximately two hours to complete. Right on time we were done and they told me they were pulling the car around. I went outside with my kids to switch everything over to the new car, but the car I purchased never came around. For three hours the sales team continued to tell me the car would be ready in "about 5 minutes." It got the point I couldn't stay any longer so I went to the service department to see what the hold up was. They told me the car's brakes were not in drivable condition and they didn't have the parts. The dealership offered to resolve the issue by giving me a loaner car in "about 5 minutes"..... needless to say I was forced to leave without the car I purchased or a loaner car.

First off let me start off by saying thank you to jeep of Chicago for putting me in a brand new 2023 jeep compass. Never in a million years did I think I would be driving this bad boy, but thanks to general sales manager Abdullah & sales professional Vincent perez for taking care of me and treating me like family I know buying a car can be very stressful and when not having good credit can make you feel like you can t get anything or have sales rep at other dealership look at you and treat you differently than they would a person with great credit, well not here at jeep off Chicago! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Abdullah and right away he introduced me and paired me up with Vincent and from there it was smooth sailing. Vincent took great care of me that for a moment I thought we were actually family lol. But I was looking for something in my budget and used because I didn t have great credit but Abdullah and Vincent went to work and got me in a brand new car within a few hours. I would recommend jeep of Chicago to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Best place, great service, awesome staff!
