My car had a tire blowout. Knocked the whole damn muffler mount off my Benz. They installed the tire and popped it all back in for me for a reasonable price. My car was like new in a matter of 2-3 hrs. Highly recommend.

I gave 3 stars because of their initial service was timely and friendly and, my need in a bad situation was fulfilled. Their business practices and ethics deserve 3 stars also. their availability to correct the wrong was not the best but in the end they did right the perceived wrongs. They came out to service 2 flat tires blown due to a pot hole. It was 9pm when I called. They had tires installed and I was on my way around 11pm. Prompt and friendly service. I tipped them $50 dollars. I was happy to be on my way. It was late so I didn t check the tires. I assumed they were new and installed correctly. The next day I realized one of the tires didn t match and the other tire was installed incorrectly. I stopped by the shop twice once Saturday, Apr 1 and once Monday, Apr 3 both visits during regular business hours. There was no one there. I called both times and left messages. I received no return call or communication of any kind. I am grateful they were able to get me back on the road, but I have had no luck contacting them to resolve the mistakes and out right fraud (selling used tires as new) that where made during the install. In the picture you can see the front tire was mounted with the inside of the tire facing out and the rear tire is a different brand. Update: I took the car to the dealer and they told me the tires tread was at a level of 5 and that they said at this level they would recommend replacing the tires. So clearly I was given very used tires. This was not communicated to me at any time during the price quote or during installation. I was quoted a price of $790 for installation and tires.Update: I was contacted by David from Chicago Tire and he said he will take back the tires and give me a partial refund.Update (Apr 19) I made an appointment with David to return tires and resolve the issue on Wed, Apr 19 at 1pm. He was a no show. Third trip to the shop hasn t been open any of these times. I tried to confirm our meeting after being told the time was good no answer. I showed up at scheduled time hoping he was a man of his word so far he isn t. I added pictures of tires I was sold as new.Update: (April 24th) After returning the tires they made a a refund of an acceptable and fair amount of $400. Thank you Chicago tire!

Their service is very bad. I advise you, no one deals with them. They waste your time and will not serve you. I had a bad experience with them. My car tire broke. When I called them, they sent me a person who sent me a message on my cell phone. Then when I answered him, he did not respond to the messages.

I took my 2007 Tahoe to replace stabilizing bars bushings now my truck is running like new really professional clan work will recommend him to every one that need mechanical work or tire replacement or diagnostics this is the right place to get your car fix . Am also getting the whole head gaskets replaced on my 07 Tahoe can't wait to get it back

Was in a jam and needed my 2 flat tires changed overnight. Called this place and they quoted me $660 for the 2 tires and labor, which I thought was really good. You ll understand in a second why the price was good.Called around 10:30 and they arrived within 2-3 hours, took about 45 mins to finish the job. After they were done I took a test drive and noticed the car slipping and losing traction and just wrote it off as alignment issue. Found out my alignment was good but the tires they put on my car were bald all around the outside. Even worse is that when they were finishing up the tires, they went around the outside edge with a rod tool that has a tread impression on the end. They were hitting the tire to create a fake tread to make it look secure. Very scummy if you ask me. $700 out the window and now I have to get replacement tires this weekend because I m unable to drive in the rain currently.STAY AWAY if you want to be safe while driving your vehicle. Very dangerous and scummy.Second picture is where you can see on the tire where they created a fake impression to imitate tread.UPDATE: went to Audi dealership and they just diagnosed my wheels. Front one is severe balding and had an air bubble in the inside wall. And the rear tire was put on wrong. Really unprofessional and the smaller guy running the operation is just scumbag for knowingly allowing that.

David is the best guy out here. I needed an immediate tire change so that I get back to doing uber. He changed my tire and also fixed my undercarriage that was hanging.

Thank you David and Chicago Tire & Service! I am so thankful for your service tonight, what other shop is open on a Friday at 11pm?! Driving out to the suburbs I hit a pothole/crater from hell on 294, and dented the rim and ruined the tire. David was so helpful and knowledgeable when I originally called, and had great communication throughout. He showed me the damage, walked me through what needed to be done, and showed me the steps he took to repair it. Thank you again, I really appreciate all of your help!

Tire delaminated on our trip from Kentucky to Wisconsin. This place was the closest place open. We called, got in, and were off in less than 45 minutes. Fixed our problem fast.

David has my son s car and he is no where to be found. The store is always closed and he doesn t respond to text or calls. It s been over a couple of weeks. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with this.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. David has serviced our family cars and they always come out without any problems. I like how he explains the issues and fixes for a car repair.With our cars being old, I also like how David lets us know of any other unaware issues we have with our cars. He has also been kind enough to take a car in for repair last minute, in the evenings, or during the weekends too. His recommendations for services and repairs lets us know our cars are in good in hands.We have been taking our cars with him for a few years now (maybe about 2 or 3 years) and building that connection and trust with David lets us know he is a great person.

My passenger side rear tire had a nail in it and the air was leaking slowly. When I noticed it, it was late evening on a Friday and most of the shops were closed. After many frantic calls, Chicago Tire said they would seal it. They did a fantastic job! The tire is as good as new. No more worries!

When everyone else refused to help us they were the only ones that offered. I drove for an hour and a half in Arlington Heights and surrounding suburbs looking to have my tire fixed. I called so many places and either everyone was closed or too busy to help. We called Chicago Tire and just our luck David answered and heard the frustration in my voice. David offered to wait for me. I'm so happy and felt so relieved to have found this place. 100% definitely recommend. Customer service was amazing!!! Thank you again David for helping me.

Excellent customer service, my frined was stranded in Chicago with a flat tire. I called on her behalf and a guy named Dave was willing to help me out no problem with a fee , and in a timely fashion. She ended getting help from some one at the gas station but I am still thankful that they were willing to help, and even followed up to ensure we/she was taking care of thank you and keep up the great work.

I hit a pot hole and got two flat tires in the middle of the night last night. Couldn't just put the spare on, so I needed help. No other place was open, but called Chicago Tire and Service for help. David answered right away, put me on his schedule immediately and came out in no time. He gave me a quote in advance. He was across town when I called but he was there quickly to help me. Popped the bad tired off, took the rims to his shop and had new ones on within 30 min of arriving. Great service from a really nice guy. Good price. I was scared I'd end up paying a fortune because I was otherwise stuck. Nope. Totally fair and professional. Call this guy if you need help. He does great work.

I had a leak in my tire and they were the only ones still open- great hours. They plugged my tire and had me on my way in 15-20 minutes. The employees were also very attentive. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you Chicago Tire!

Wow! What a great experience. David greeted me with a warm hello. I found myself with a flat just before my first day at a new job. It was 7:30am. I am forever grateful for his help. He quickly understood my situation and opened his doors. I am very happy with the service and kindness. I will happily return. Ladies he is someone who you can trust.

I am very happy with the service I received. David was very courteous and demonstrated extensive knowledge in cars and tires. He got my car in and out in a very timely manner and did excellent work. I will definitely be coming back when I need a new tire or rim.

Seriously frustrated - after calling twice with no response, and going by during the open hours listed on their voicemail, and honking like their garage door says - no one responded to either. I parked my car and tried to enter the office, which both tijmes had the Open sign lit up - door was locked. No one answers the phone, no one seems to be their during their open hours. Save yourself time and go somewhere that responds.

Just go here for all your tire needs. 9 PM, had a 3 inch bolt sticking out of my tire. Called David, got to his shop, and was back on the road in 10 minutes. David provided terrific service, and was really great to deal with. I would highly recommend this shop and will go back. Thanks.

Called the shop, left a message and the mechanic responded exactly a minute later! Texted with the mechanic about the situation and he responded very politely and quickly! Very nice gentleman! Came in at 10:30pm with a low tire that had been leaking all day. The mechanic got us In and out with a new tire in 30 minutes while we waited in the warm office. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needed service at any time of day! friendly, efficient, convenient, and no hassle

They really made an effort to help me. I was waiting two hours for AAA to get to me. Guy named David with a great smile was very professional and helpful. Got to me in 20 minutes- brought me a tire and got me back on road. Even followed up to make sure it all was safe and working properly the following day. Saved my workday. Friendly and goes above and beyond to Help. quality service. Would use again for sure.

Came home from a 3 hour road trip and needed my tire patched due to a nail ASAP. This location was nearby and they were able to patch it and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes! Very grateful for their service!

The owner of this shop David is one of the most dedicated and hardest working persons that I know! He truly understands cars in & out! I have gone to David for multiple services and with different questions and he has always been knowledgeable and able to help me at a competitive and honest price!From tune-ups, tire rotation and replacement to body work.Service here is so good that one can only wish to pay more than he is asking for and wish that this hard working man had a month vacation to enjoy! I was in and out before I knew it. My tire was fixed and it was such a great price! He even helped me get a single hubcap. Great place.Update:I came back for another tire on a different car and the service was just as good as the first time. Also I forgot something there and when I returned to it a couple of days later it was there ready for me. Honest work from and a honest guy. Will keep coming back.
