Chicago Spring is the best shop to go to for service on your vehicle regarding front end , suspension, struts etc. I have going to them for the past 7 years and most recently today, Paco and the entire staff is truly a class act and the service is 2nd to none so I highly reccommend Chicago Spring for vehicle service and the prices are reseaonable.

I had a $4000 bill for suspension work on my car and I'm still having issues after replacing suggested parts after a paid inspection. Front and rear work was done and I am still hearing noise coming from the front end, shaking and the steering wheel not lining up with the car wheels. I thought about taking it back but I'm worried about what could be next. Oil and dirt all over the driver's side seats, ceiling and door & other areas contacted by tech. Just crazy!

This place is awesome the manager his name is Paco he helped me a lot he fixed my truck putting out the suspension Springs on the back of my truck and I had a problem that I got to do nothing with their job and they still fix it they didn't charge me nothing Mr Paco he's a great person definitely I recommend this place 100%

Horrible, I paid for Monroe Shocks in the rear. They put cheap after-market shocks on, hoping I wouldn't notice, and the cheap shocks were noisy. I returned, demanding them to give me what I paid for Monroe Shocks. Once the good shocks Monroe was replaced, the noisy sound disappeared. It was the worst shop I ever visited and will never return. This isn't the same place I remembered going to for repairs. This place has changed owners.

Unnecessary charges listed on the estimate as well as overcharging for parts and the installation time. If you have no choice I'm sure the work is fine. But be aware you are being overcharged

These guys can also align when have leaf springs are replaced.More than reasonable prices are for level of workmanship done.

This business estimated me a price that was double for parts and almost triple for labor. Businesses like this are taking advantage of people in the community and need to be shut down. Fortunately for me, I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to the automotive, mechanics, service industry and didn't become a victim.Please people, allow Google to be your guide, don't fall victim to these price gounging predators!!!

do not use this company there not honest charge me way to high there was another customer who was in complaining about the service also I had them to do my brakes and the service was poor don't use this company I rate it a zero

Always to busy. Was referred here but they dont have enough prioritizing on time management for new customers. Drove there from south side 3 times and was turned away told to come back. Adter 3times of telling a potential customer come back this customer found another shop. Sorry. Either schedule times or lose customers.

When my leafs Springs went out, took my car to my usual mechanic he immediately told me about them. Took it to another mechanic said the same thing. Another friend said the same. I dropped it off 1st thing in the AM. Got a call around during noon it was ready..fast reasonable upfront pricing.

Place prices is way too high and the work is not that good plus while working on my 06 trailblazer paco had miss place my rear center cap and claim he doesn't know what happened too it i spent $1000 dollars i feel like my truck should have been treated with extremely high priority i would never ever go back too this placeService: Auto brake replacementService: Auto brake replacement

Chicago spring and bumper fixed my 98 town car on 28s. I went to Chi-town dunk...( highly recommended)- but they're horrible. After 2weeks of driving, only 2xs everytime; I hit uneven ground my front end would scrape my front tires, and it was killing my tires. I would not recommend Chi-town dunk to anyone that cares about their vehicle. THANK YOU CHICAGO SPRING & BUMPER. From customer service to repair they was GREAT! Their transparent with the work needed and will invite you to the garage to show you every issue. Again thank you CSB.

The guy says because you drive a Mercedes we have to charge you more. All I was asking is for the front toe adjustment. You need a 22mm and 13 mm wrench. He said you need special tools. Con artist that are not even good at it.
