People in front of those computers should at least recognize people that pass through that FIRST door.My wife was there for a good few minutes standing but nobody even raise their heads up to say hi.THAT'S BAD SERVICE.

Should seriously be very careful, especially if you are a female!My girlfriend took her car there for an oil change, the agent gave her a list of thing needed repair (required immediate attention) wanted $1500+ worth of services.That include a 30K maintenance service when the car is at 28K. Plus, replacement of cabin filter, power steering fluid flush and some air induction service....They strongly recommended!When I got there they try to sold me the same told us car will not drive properly, very danger on the road!A week later we went to another dealership in the suburban because of other issue, they found the issue fixed it at no cost and did a courtesy inspection. They said no problem so I specifically asked if we need to do the cabin filter, power steering and fluid flush the agent told us not to worry for at least another 10K!15K later or when our car reached 43K, we did the 30K maintenance services plus the power steering and whatever they recommended us to do prior...We would like to give Northside Toyota a second chance so we brought the car in for an oil change. After the oil change, they again recommended us to do the 30K maintenance(which we already did), the power steering fluid(we did), the cabin filter(we did), the air induction services(we did), in additional to, transmission flush, brake pad replacement and DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT!My gf told him no and they gave her to usual(the car will not drive properly, it require immediate attention and else), I came by they try to sold us the same again. I asked if they really did the inspection, he said yes. I told him, we will never come back just drove off....This dealership pretty much just LIE and try to get business at all cost! We just did the 30K a few months ago, now they wanna us to do the 30K again! We already did the power steering, cabin filter...and now they wanna us to do replace brake pad and transmission and they think we are stupid! Even Toyota recommend us to replace drive belt around 60K-100K, why this dealer said we must change the drive belt if not the car will break down when the car is not even 50K!!!Given maybe the suburban dealership perhaps could cheat us just like Northside, we took the car to the shop where my dad normally goes. He said, everything is fine! I asked him do we need to change power steering, transmission, cabin filter and else, he said, didnt you recently services them they looked like brand new! I asked him about the brake pad, he said can bring back here after 15K to check up but can probably go at least for another 20K. I ask about the drive belt, he told me it looks like new, dont change it for 100K your car not even 50K why replace themSo yea...the other dealership did their wonderful job, second opinion approved them but please be very careful about Northside Toyota.

Drop off car for oil change front desk staff (most of them ) very rude , really don't think I will be buying another car or refer my families and friends to them .(northside toyota)If I could give no star they would get it.....

I've serviced my car at this dealership for a bit, since it was close to my house, but service wasn't great. One time they forgot to put back wheel lock key and jack after the service, so I had to drive back. I called to the customer service to make complain, but there wasn't apologies for that, looked like a normal situation for them. Next visit instead of the tire rotation, that I asked, they've changed the oil, because advisor didn't listen, and I had to argue to remove this charge.Same situation I've experienced with sales department, when I recently was looking for a car, Northside Toyota had one of the biggest markup in Chicago, around ~10-12K above MSRP.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

From the times that my husband and myself have gotten auto service, this time someone actually treated us with an excellent customer service. Helena, Thank you so much for your service!! Honestly, the best experience of any dealership I have ever gone to. I was considering an online dealership as a precautionary choice in light of our current situation. However, Northside Toyota's excellent service was above and beyond, reassuring confidence in consumer transactions. Their facility is modern and they are very keen on all safety precautions. They have an impressive inventory, my purchase (2017Corolla SE MANUAL 6 speed!!) is a unicorn of vehicle. It was a pleasure to do business. I will definitely return to make future purchases..... Highly recommended!

Be careful! You go in for an oil change for $60, but they try for you to do everything. My poor mom who's 70 was being pressured into getting all this stuff done that would have cost her $400. She doesn't even drive 2k miles a year! Thankfully my hubby was there and told her you don't need anything just get your oil changed. He did the rest for free! Please be careful people! You work hard for your money don't let them swindle you!

Awesome place to have your cars serviced. They have a huge and clean and spacious waiting area for clients to sit and wait. Has kept social distancing to ensure the Covid-19 Corona Pandemic protocol in place to e sure their clients are not exposed to the virus. Staff are cordial and their showroom for used and new cars is phenomenal. Thank you

I loved the Toyota Service Center I had my Corolla serviced at before I moved to Chicago, but this place is the opposite. Today they tried to convince me that I needed to pay $70 for a Synthetic oil change after only 5000 miles/6 months instead of the standard 8000-10,000. When I pushed back, the man told me that each Toyota service dealership recommends different things. Here I am thinking that that's why you go to Toyota service centers...to expect some type of standard of service. Clearly not. Also, to follow up on a previous woman's review, both times I've dealt with folks at the dealership it's been with men who did not listen and were extremely condescending.

Asked $150 for a check another place did for $20, and the "gentleman" was extremely condescending explaining how warranty worked to me over and over after I'd already confirmed my understanding. Another employee smirked at me as I was slowly making a 3 point turn to exit their narrow garage.... At a certain point I've got to wonder if it's just because I'm a woman or if the customer service here is just horrible. Glad I got a second quote and didn't give these people my money. I've had some great experiences with Toyota service centers on the past, so I know this behavior wasn't standard.

Hands down the most professional, and easiest purchase purchase of a car in my life. I Say that as a car salesman for 5 years.Each department expelled. This included business development , (The internet dept.), sales manager, finance manager, and the sales consultant. Maria listened to wanted. I was honest with them, and they reciprocated. My new 2021 RAV4 was available as promised. The detailing department didn't miss anything. The service department greeted me with respect. The receptionist was very professional and courteous.Every department was very professional. This is great place to get a great deal.Hats off to the owners and all of managers. This is my 8th Toyota and where I will buy my ninth.Again, Job well done!

Brought my car in for what I thought was a routine engine light fix. Service advisor called later and informed me I needed $3300 worth of various repairs! I knew the fix would be pricier (close to $1000) but they were recommending other repairs that I have never heard of and some that I flat out know are wrong, like that I need new tires when I just got new tires a year ago! Also, they charge you $150 just to get your car back, and my car was not even brought to me, causing me to have to search their entire parking garage above to find it! When I finally got my car back my rear view and side mirrors were completely changed, causing me to spend most of the drive home fixing them. Unbelievably terrible service and integrity. Will NOT be returning.

This incident happened years ago at the Broadway location. They lost my keys, and I had to be without my car for a day while they ordered another set. The young man who dealt with me was not very nice about it -- I later found out he was the owner's son. I haven't been back since.

Ask for SALMAN BAIYAT, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I do not recommend even your salesperson Raul; I went to help a friend and came out well compromised and scammed.Ra�l does not respect the initial agreements, I manipulate all the information, I use my credit history at will and all this without caring about the consequences.

Everything is ok here except the labour charge is high for even basic service like wiper change. More Discounts pls! They need to look into this cos we have so many toyota owners looking to bring their vehicles to a reliable place. I still like the place a lot thou.

Engine air filter cover was not put back causing loud engine noise when accelerating on the highway. Expected better from a routine engine inspection, which ended up costing me $150 just to be told my engine required numerous overpriced and sketchy repairs. Sticking to my trusted mechanic from now on. Will not be returning.

They are always here when you need then. I call them my call away from being robbed by a non professional shop. Four years later my car still runs like New. and 5 star always for Chicago Northside Toyota dealership and their professional and friendly Staff.

I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Zero customer service. The manager did apologize. Take your car elsewhere. Incredibly poor customer care. I will not be back.

When you coming to Toyota service to change oil you expecting they gonna use Toyota OEM 0w20 syn oil. But they used Valvoline 0w20 oil. So why I have to go there and change oil in my car when I can do it in any oil change shop??? It s official Toyota service and they have to use own oil right???
