If you want customer service DO NOT CALL HERE! I said hello do you have any availability to pick up a car on Saturday. And instead of looking in his system he tried to explain to me that it takes a few days. And I said yes, today is Thursday isn't that a few days? And he continued to go back and forth with me like I was the problem. And I redirected the conversation to see if he can check what he had available. And he hung up in my face! I am a secretary of a big NBA player who desperately needed a car shipped out last minute. Please find better people to work for you because this should never happen!

This was by far the best auto transport company I have ever used. Stephanie made the whole process as easy as having something shipped from Amazon. The car arrived on time and in perfect condition. The drive also drove my car to me since he couldn't turn down my street. Overall great experience and will definitely do business with them again.Shipped car from California to Texas. Left CA Friday around 9:30 am, arrived TX Monday 5:00 pm.

I had never shipped a car before and was trying to ship my car from MA to CA. I was not originally planning to ship my car and didn't know the process, and after several issues with other auto shippers giving me false pick up dates, I found ASG after hearing a friend say they used Magic Carpet several years back. Felicia was the one contact that explained the process, helped me cancel my other pending orders with the companies that screwed me over, and made sure to always be in contact with me. She quickly found a truck and the company that shipped my car was fantastic. They picked my car up on a Tuesday and arrived on Friday afternoon. Felicia could not have been more helpful in organizing the auto shipment and my only regret was not using ASG in the first place.

Gretchen was very patient and knowledgeable with the whole shipping process. My car needed to ship within 5 days(short notice was given). She orchestrated the ship within 4, and the car reached its destination safe and secure. Would recommend this service to anyone.

Real review, I was quoted one price and sent an invoice that reflected agreed price. You are forced to make a deposit which locks you in, then I was sent an invoice the evening before service with increased price. Not only that, they told service provider (they are brokers, middle men) that I would pay in cash, but told me I could pay money order, cashier's check, or cash, bait and switch and dishonest!

Avoid this company. Terrible customer service. I basically ended up doing the work myself and the agent couldn t have been more rude to me. They gave me a contract for a driver that never turned up, negotiated a new deal at $50 more than I agreed to pay, had the car shipped days after the contract was planned and then left me to pay the driver the extra $50 I never agreed to. I called twice for a refund and was promised a check that never came. After hours of waiting on the phone I ve given up on ever getting that back.

Really professional people there. My contact person was Felicia, and she handled my booking, and lining up the best transporter for my CVO Harley. It arrived in show room condition, as it was where I first laid eyes on it. Thank you all, and keep up the good work.

Worked with auto shipping group on shipping my car for the Massachusetts to Southern California. Gretchen was operator that I dealt with on setting my car transport. She s was very informative on how it all works down to how things are priced. Gretchen saved my from another shipping company I was working with that was not very honest on why my cars weren t picked up for transportation, after they were sitting at my pickup location for about a week. Gretchen and auto shipping group was able to get my cars picked up in 24hs. Is cost me more but how Gretchen explained to me why it was going to cast more and I completely understood. So I would definitely use auto shipping group and recommend the career east Lynn auto great guy and very honest, and he definitely stay true to his word. Thank you again Gretchen from auto shipping group

It was less expensive and I had fewer issues trusting my car to these professionals. I found and bought back a car I'd built 40 years ago and was more than anxious about it's transport...well, I had no reason to fear. Michael and Pete were super, always there to answer my many calls and delivered it safe and on time.

Nicole (my representative) was extremely polite, friendly, and super involved in the whole process. We were having a problem with the bank and it was her day ofc, she contacted someone at the office to help us immediately. This all went smoother than I could've hoped.

We called them at midnight eastern time on a Sunday not expecting to get a recording, but Brandon answered the phone and we are so glad he did! We did some minor price comparison from a couple of other places before we called ASG but we were on a budget and Brandon was able to keep it close enough to our budget. The F250 truck was shipped from Columbus Ohio to Gainesville, Florida by Thursday the same week! We were thrilled! The service was excellent the price was fair and Brandon was knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with customers. He even called after the truck was shipped to make sure we were completely satisfied. Thank you Brandon and ASG for excellent customer service.

These guys took good care of me. Their broker was always in touch with an updates. Their staff at the central location was professional and friendly. My particular case was somewhat complicated, but they worked with me anyway. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Working with Kimberly at ASG is a pleasure. She is really on the ball. Her follow up is great. She helped me ship a car last year and I called her again when I needed to ship tihis year. She was able to connect me with a very good carrier quickly. The carrier, CAA, was great too. The picked up and delivered when they said they would with no drama.

Well try we re helpful and on t, but missed the drop off date. Also they didn t let me know that they missed the date, causing confusion and concern, notKnowing where my car was.. the car WAS safely stowed until they got it to the dock

Do NOT use this group. The rep was nearly impossible to communicate with because he couldn't seem to understand anything. Then he shipped my car for more than the agreed upon price and blamed it on new software he didn't understand. Extremely shifty and slimy.

We were in a jam because our original shipp went out of business a few days before we were to be picked up. I called on Sunday and Tige answered the phone and found us a truck within hours They picked it up a couple of days later and brought it to our place in Venice Florida We will definately use them for our move back to Connecticut in the spring thanks

I attempted to contact this company 3xs 3.26.2020 at 4:30 pm to spend quite a bit of money to have several cars shipped to Chicago, my dad owns a car lot here in Chicago. Each time the person answered (twice a woman and once a man) the phone and heard my voice they hung up in my face. People of color, do not call these people, they do not want to do business with you.

The result was good but it took longer when expected and it was much more expensive vs. initially offered price. The initial offer was misleading and probably designed to attract customers. If I new the final price I could find a deal much faster.
