I serviced my car here during the 2020 COVID lock-down, so I had to drop the car off, immediately leave, wait for a diagnostic call, and okay the repairs. Having my car for a few years, I knew my issue was minor and covered under my warranty.The repair list was abnormally lengthy and didn't explain the relevant repair. I told the rep. to fix whatever was covered under my warranty. He lied that nothing was covered, but they'd allow me to finance the almost $6000. in repairs. I asked him to send me an itemized bill so I could pay for the repair I needed in cash and he kept sending me the same 4- page bill, pushing me to finance. After having my warranty company intervene, we discover the dealership never reported my repairs and the necessary repair was covered for less than $300. They claimed the billing issue was it was a mistake with the mechanic side.No, they are scammers. Beware.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My experience was terrible. I set an appointment to have my car serviced and requested a call back from them. No ever called me. I received no reminder of the appointment. I didn't feel they were being professional so I didn't take my car to them. Then they want to know how was my experience. TERRIBLE!
