I was in communication with Albert from start to finish and I couldn t be more pleased. He was clear and concise, answered all my questions whether it was via text or phone call. He made me aware of a loan company who cold help pay, the work was done in a timely fashion and I was made aware of what needs to be done next. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I went here looking for an alignment. They brought my car to the back for 30 minutes, and came out with some pictures of the alignment machine readings on their phone (guess they don t have a printer).Told me that they couldn t do the alignment because they didn t have the right tools, and then charged me $35. Quick search online shows mechanics usually waive this fee if they can t do the service, but not Cermak Auto Center.I also never trust a mechanic that has a poster in the lobby that warns people to save for auto repairs, and lists an alternator replacement as a $1500 cost. That s straight misinformation. Costs like $600 max. It s so easy I ve replaced my own numerous times on numerous vehicles.Have a feeling this is another price gouge mechanic.

Fantastic experience! Took my car in for AC repair, was texted photos/videos throughout the repair process so I knew what was happening. They even accommodated my busy schedule to arrange for car pickup after they closed. Highly recommend!!

This is a wonderful family owned complete auto repair business servicing the Pilsen community, for over a decade. The service was friendly, great prices, and fast turn around. The mechanics are skilled old school technicians, that made my 78 Ford Bronco with a six inch lift kit, and 35 inch tires drive, better than new. Visit them for all of your automotive needs!

Being a woman that doesn t know much about cars, I rely on a trusted business to inform and help me make an appropriate decision about how to care for my car and address my car needs and concerns. This is one of the many reasons I trust my car at Cermak Auto Center. Alberto and his staff treats you like family, from the calls to remind you about your appointment, to the calls that you receive throughout the day giving you an update on the status of your car. Alberto and his staff do their best to make sure you receive the most cost effective estimate and prices with dependable parts with warranties. This type of service is the reason I have trusted my car to Cermak Auto Center for over three years. Another quality that truly stands out about Cermak Auto Center is there commitment and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Whether it is taking thirty minutes to talk to you by phone to explain the problem(s) with your car, or if your call stalls and/or stops close to the shop, sending assistance to get you and your car safely to the shop. I can t express how much I appreciate the great service and commitment that Alberto and his staff have given me over the years! My Honda and I truly appreciate everything you guys do!

Great service, I have been coming to this shop for many years now about 13yr. They take very good care of anything that has to do with my car.I defenataly recommend them. Alberto is very good at communicating and showing me what's wrong with the car. Awesome place to work with and take your car. They do full service. Alberto is AWESOME. Very transparent and reasonable prices. He sends pictures of old parts and new parts .He explains it so that I can understand. He does it all he has integrity that you look for when bringing your car .The shop has a waiting area that is clean and comfortable also.I recommend this shop highly because I have had no complaints after coming here for at least 8 years off and on with two vehicles. You not only walk away with a repaired automobile but knowledge to keep your car running safe for the next few years.

Good communication with Alberto here at Cermak Auto Center. I ve been coming for 6 years now & have never had a problem. I love the way he explains what s wrong with my car, alway going beyond his way for me to understand. I recommend this shop to all for repairs. Great shop they do everything. Thank you guys for all your hard work over the years.

I never do Reviews, But ...this Company is worth more than my time . The customer service was Awesome they help you save money. You see picture of the work they performing and the guy who works in the front ( His name is Alberto ) makes you feel welcome and Insure you that the job will be done correctly and fast . Very polite he always put his customers first , I love it and will be coming back always for this business to satisfy my mechanical needs. ThAnk You Cermak Auto you guys Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE BEST SHOP I HAVE EVER HAD REPAIRS & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM!!! They are knowledgeable about what they are doing for your car, they volunteer advice about things you re unsure of, send you photos while you wait to your phone about what are doing, Great prices & Woman will definitely have no problem with understanding what needs to be done & will not get cheated!!! When you come here you will never want to go anywhere else!! Oan, they will check tires, fluids, air pressure, brakes at no charge, etc.!! You will be in & out!!

I have only been a customer of Cermak Auto Center for a few months; and the one thing that keeps me coming back is their exceptional customer service. Alberto is incredible, he knows his cars and his business. Both Alberto and his staff make sure you are fully educated on whatever problems you are having with your vehicle whether or not you get your vehicle serviced through them.They are one of the most reasonable shops around when it comes to cost, therefore I plan on being a customer at Cermak Auto Center for awhile.

In the last month we've needed two larger repairs done on both of our vehicles and Alberto has done such a great job taking care of the issues. His communication is amazing, he never assumes or upsells and that is significant in this business (I have only ever driven used cars in various states of disrepair, so those aspects are fairly anticipated). It's a relief to say that we've found a mechanic we can trust.

I've taken my car to Cermak Auto Center almost a dozen times for everything from oil changes to brake work and electrical and I'll keep coming back. Alberto and his guys do great work, they have good turnaround time on repairs, and are always friendly and easy to talk to. I was referred to Cermak Auto Center by friends and I've always had great experiences here, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

* I never leave reviews but It was a must in this occasion* Not only as a single parent but being a WOMEN!! It is very difficult to find a mechanic to be honest and NOT take advantage of having no knowledge or little when it comes to cars and prices..Alberto was very detail in explaining my truck issues along with videos and pictures something I have never experienced with other auto shops. He makes sure I fully understand and always gives me more then one option in prices to fit my possibilty...Definitely making this my one and only Shop!!!

Cermak Auto Center is a good place to take your vehicle. I have been a customer for about 4 to 5 years. Leslie is very professional and understanding when you are stating your repair concerns. Albeirto is upfront and willing to educate you on the repairs needed to make sure you understand. If you need quality full service work done on your vehicle visit Cermak Auto Center they will take care of you.

Very nice and experienced family owned business. Explained every issue to the T and prices were great compared to other shops in the area. Take my foreign Volvo there and they know exactly what and how to do the work. Alberto is my mechanic for life for my 2 vehicles and any I get in the future. Have referred family and friends and will continue. You pay for quality and that is what you get here.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THIS HAD TO BE DONE. This was my 1st visit to Cermak Auto Center and I am now a customer for life. REFERRAL IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT but here are some more reasons: they were kind, patient, trustworthy,helpful and even accommodating it was obvious that this is a customer driven business because their customer service was awesome. It was not about just making a dollar but going over and beyond to help with my tire issues that I will from now on be taking my car to Cermak Auto Center because I TRUST them.

Great shop, they really work with you if your poor like me. The receptionist is super nice and they are polite enough sometimes to get you delicious coffee from next door. I really like this place because when I went to get my wheel alignment they actually have images and pictures of what state your car is in and show you the work they are going to do. First time I felt like work actually got done for my wheel alignment and it was only $60 or so! What a deal! They even have care credit if work is out of your price range. A+

If you ever need to fix you car come to Cermak Auto Center. They helped me fix my Toyota, Tercel and also gave me good prices in order to be able to fix my car. They are very reliable, professional, and trustworthy. The staff is great and they are very polite. I recommend this shop, besides helping me fix my car and its running great now. They have great prices and are very organized with their business and the place is very clean. I will continue to be a customer at Cermak Auto Center.

I first visit Cermak Auto Center about 9 years ago. My first experience was for and issue concerning my vehicle passing the emission test. I receive a filer for the emission test site recommending me to cermak auto center, so I drove right over. I was greeted by a young man by the name Alberto Morales. I had been to many auto repair facility's but was always curious if they were honest as well as being attentive to their customers. For example: providing not only honest prices, but good customer service. I can say that Alberto & his staff provided all of the above from the first visit. I said to myself this could be the beginning of a long relationship and it has been up to this day. I thought this guy is young but he displayed all the quality that I expected from auto service center. Like they say your company is only as good as the employees that work there. Not only did I developed a lasting relationship with Alberto but as well with work-men-ship. As we all know cars can be unpredictable because of unseen reason,even after you just fixed one problem another one could be on its way. That's cars for ya!!! As of today I'am still a loyal customer to Cermak Auto Center. There is not other center I would even consider. I highly recommend Cermak Auto Center to anyone or anybody that searching a respectable auto repair center that they can trust and build a long lasting relationship with.

They fixed my Mazda with out any problemsWent to some other shops around the Neighborhood but no one was able to resolve my problem, some shops charged me diagnostic and at the end gave me false information that let me know where. I m glad I found Cermak Auto Center with the referral of a friend; thank you so much for fixing my car you guys are great. Ask for Rafael or Alberto they are really knowledgeable

I had stopped taking my cars to Cermak Auto Center after moving out of the neighborhood and what a mistake that was! Cermak Auto Center gives top-notch service at a good price. The team their is knowledgeable and concerned with customer satisfaction. Give them a try the next time your car needs service.

Had a transmission put in here the staff was very friendly with reasonable prices. They take there time to explain and make sure u have a complete understanding of what n why they are doing things. The work is high quality for low prices. U see the parts they take off. I would definitely recommend this place for all your auto repairs. Make u happy is their goal.

During the recent blizzard my alternator went out. I spoke with Lupe there, She not only gave me a great estimate. She also attempted to help me have my car towed on my impassable snow covered streets. I had 2 tow trucks come and go due to their inability to get my car out of the snow. She called me several times to check progress. The next day when my street was cleared, she sent a tow truck and called me to let me know. Since that day, she periodically calls to check on the status of my car. This was the best customer service i have ever experienced. I would recommend this shop hands down. Their reasonably priced and courteous. Other companies should take note of how to treat customers. Your awesome Lupe!!!!

15 years now i have been coming here with Alberto & Rafael to get my cars fixed. I never thought of posting a review but Chicago needs to know that Cermak Auto Center is my only shop to get my cars repaird they take good care of you. I recommend them for all you repairs

I've been using Cermak Auto Center for the past year and a half, and have grown to trust Albert and his crew immensely. Despite their business getting busier and busier, they have always found time to squeeze me in for a quick oil change. When larger issues arise, Albert has taken the time to call around and get me the best possible price to address the issue. From oil changes, to nails in tires, to bent rims, engine problems and more, I would always trust Cermark Auto center to explain exactly what is wrong and tell me how they plan to fix it. Overall, it's the best possible experience you could have with a mechanic.

I love them! I first discovered them on google because I needed an alignment that was close to my house. I knew I had other problems with my car and I paid an additional $25 (I think it was $25), to have them tell me what else I needed. I needed a suspension and mass air flow sensor and an oil change. The $25 would be deducted when I came back for the work. When I said I couldn't afford all that at once, Lupe offered me to sign up for flexpay. It's a loan that has no interest if u pay within a certain time frame. Or you can make monthly payments. I was approved and my car was fixed! The best thing about them is that they take the time to explain what your car needs and why. Not many mechanics do that. They were very patient with me and I recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed.

So I just love this place, Roberto fixed my 2004 Kia optima. I had took it to a shop and they really jacked my car up to the point where it was barely driving. So Roberto and his team pin point what was wrong and had me on my way at a very reasonable price. I've been coming back for almost a year now. I really do recommend...

I found the best shop in chicago & this is for real.I went to Cermak Auto Care $65, Auto Electronics $62 & Corral Auto Repair $50. Every shop I mentioned told me my engine was no good. I paid to get the wrong result. After being recommend to Alberto at Cermak Auto Center by a co-worker so I went to check them out. They fixed my engine with out replacing the engine. They know what to do thank you Cermak Auto center
