First thing when you walk in its smell really good plus in the lobby I think it's like one of the best shop I been to nice that are really soft and whole set up is super clean. I highly recommend this place to get your car worked on plus they do a great job!!!

I highly recommend this business. I was out of state and I had my brother drop my vehicle off to have my headlights serviced. My headlights had an electrical issue and were not a simple fix. Not only were these guys extremely professional and timely, but they were also reasonably priced. They took time to call me and got my car fixed before I returned back in town. They did the work at the lowest cost available for my vehicle. This was after they exhausted multiple other options. Their thoughtfulness and patience when explaining the concerns with the car is very much appreciated. Awesome shop and customer service. Came in needing diagnostic work and some minor and major repairs. Got an honest assessment from Amir and the team. They fixed a scratch on my car, did an oil change, and let me know about the source of one of the car s issues but we re honest about the severity. Amir and his staff are always easy going and honest! They work efficiently and fast. This is my 3rd visit. Every time my car gets serviced, it leaves in the BEST condition possible. Honest and fair prices for car work. Highly recommend this shop. I drive from far-away because I know this is an honest and trustworthy shop. I'm a customer for life.I could easily go to Jiffy lube but I would rather not. I don't have an faith in chain oil services.

Absolutely amazing. It's hard to find an honest mechanic shop. I drive 11 miles to bring my car to this shop. Amir is very helpful and honest. He helped me get my transmission fixed a year ago and the car has been running great. They fixed the trans for a fair price. Now that I trust the honest work and fair prices I always bring the car here. I have had oil changes and brake pads replaced. Highly recommend this shop.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Oil change

Aamir helped me with my beater restoration project - given the current auto market, I decided it was worth it to bite the bullet and do some badly needed maintainance on my 2001 Camry - there was a pretty serious oil leak as well as timing belt and water pump replacements and some rust repair. I went to Aamir and had a clear and frank discussion about my expectations and how much I was willing to spend. Aamir delivered exactly what I needed and at a very fair price. My car which would have likely been scrapped if i sold it has a new lease on life now. Thank you so much Aamir!Services: Body & Trim, Engine repair

They are bilingual (Spanish and English). They have a comfortable waiting area with a vending machine and tv. The service is quick and excellent. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Just started coming here, and I ll keep coming back. Love these guys! Oh and they have a ton of funny signs in the office/waiting area.

I discovered this unique establishment quite by accident after my car wouldn t start and I found myself stranded. Not only did they assist me with a towing service they had my car up and running within a few hours. Amir is totally professional as well as empathetic in his approach to customer service. I have taken both my cars to Cermak Auto Care and have left each time satisfied. I highly recommend giving these guys a try for your auto service needs. They do great work!

What can I say about this place. Well these guys handle the car with care as if it was theirs. Amir definitely has the right characteristics for a good owner to customer service. Mauricio definitely knows what he is talking about when it comes to inspections. I brought a total of 7-10 cars to these guys and 100% satisfied with the work.

Took my car here and idk why Amir bothered to check since he told me he wasn t really a mechanic just the owner. He wasn t able to help at all. When one of his mechanics checked my car they said the shaking was due to loose engine mounts the problem continued after they fixed it and when I called Amir just said yea sorry we couldnt fix it didn t offer or ask to look at my car again.Also had asked for them to do a routine maintenance check to make sure everything was good, and when I asked he said ohhh you wanted that too . This place deserve 10 stars! I got an answer thru Yelp in 10 minutes. A possible price and a free check up for my car. Took my car on a Saturday, met the owner and his friendly mechanic (Oscar). Both answer all my questions in a polite professional way. They did a fast awesome job in my Honda van! My car was ready in 1 week. I got 1 year warranty and Amir (owner) took my car to the emission test. I'm very happy to say that I finally I found an honest affordable auto shop!

I really like bringing my car here to be serviced. I used to take it to a local shop that I went to by accident so I kept going there to keep the same mechanic but they always charged me so much and something else would always need to be fixed so I was looking for good companies with good reviews and came across CAC. Whenever I call to ask questions they re always helpful and willing to take a look at what you need repaired before making a final decision. Amir is always willing to explain something that I don t understand and he s very passionate about his business, customers and what his staff does. I m sorry this is so long but I recommend taking your vehicle here to be taken care of.

Came in after going to 3-4 other shops prior to (including Audi dealer which charged 300 just to look at the car) . Every other shop tried to force front and rear par and rotor replacement on me, although my rotors and pads looked good. The guys at Cermak Auto Care actually took their time to diagnose the problem and turned what would have been a $600 repair into less than $200. Only charging me for what actually needed replacement.There s a reason why they are so well rated. Good, honest quality mechanics are VERY hard to find. Most are trying to force unnecessary expenses on you.Do yourself a favor and check these guys out. Get there early though and check availability because good shops have good business so early bird gets the worm!Service: Brakes

At Cermak Auto Care they are very kind and upfront, they value your time so if they your car will be done in x amount of hours you can expect it to be finished by that time or a little before. They try to work with you to find a reasonable affordable price for labor and parts. They re extremely professional and I d recommend them to anyone!!!!

I have been absolutely thrilled with each of my repair experiences at Cermak Auto Care. It is incredibly rare to find a trustworthy and competent auto care facility. Cermak is both and so much more. I ve brought my vehicle to Amir & his team several times and each time I have been impressed with not only their responsiveness, but their quality of work and rates. For these reasons, I will continue to use Cermak Auto Care for all my vehicle repair needs.

Amir and his team always do an outstanding job. I have taken my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here 3 times and each time they have fixed the problem. Each time the repair was reasonably priced. Honest good mechanics!

Got an oil change here. Found it from the other reviews, and I was very happy. Amir was pro, communicative, and did extra work on the car. Will definitely bring more car work to this company.

I ve been a life longer customer of cermak auto care and I can honestly say it s the best experience at mechanic/body shop I ve ever had. The prices are direct you know what you are paying for and there are no surprises. The guys are professional and friendly. The service is quick and done extremely well. There s no reason to look any further than cermak auto care for all of your car needs!

2020 I took my truck here for an oxygen sensor I was told I had 1 year warranty on the sensor. 2021 it went out I called Amir informed him my check engine light is on saying it is the sensor he changed. He said bring it in he had my car for hours saying he didn t see anything wrong with the sensor. Couple of days it came back on call Amir saying just changed it out I thought he would have did that the first time I told him. Took my car to the shop he kept my car all that day didn t do anything he told me he checked everything it s look good the light shouldn t come back on but it did soon as I got home. Today I took my truck to another shop with the engine light on he showed me which sensor need to be replaced the same one this shop put in that was under a warranty. I asked for the old part looks as if the sensor having been changed since they built the truck but Amir supposed to changed it out last Friday he had my truck from that morning to that evening sad. This car lot is scam my daughter in son in law spent thousands of dollars in repairs they still having problems. Be aware of this shop especially if you are a woman. They not working on your cars they making you come back to spend more money on the problem they never fixed. I m glad I took my truck somewhere else light off driving back good. Please stay away from this shop bad business money hungry SCAM.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amir and Mauricio have been servicing my 1999 toyota 4runner and 2003 lexus es300 and provide knowledgeable, honest service, and provide quality work at a fair price. They are friendly and good with explanations as well as questions making a trip to the mechanic a good experience. Definitely my go to mechanic.

We read reviews about this place and decided to give it a try. They were very upfront about what they have to charge. They looked over the issue we had and said they would check our car, and after a couple of different reasons it could be. They were able to find a simple fix. Something as small as a fuse that had gone out. They took care of it and let us know if that failed we could bring it back and they would credit us what we had already spent towards any future work needed. Definitly a place I would recommend and have.

I took my car to these mechanics and was served very well and quickly and my car was fixed at the best rate. They answered all my questions pertaining to the car in a polite and professional way. They are simply the best in the neighbourhood.
