I work very close and took my car there few weeks ago. I did not liked at all. Yes its cheap and i have a old car but they did a very bad job like I was asking them a favor, maybe they judge bc my car was old? Well Very rude with costumers like I was just standing there nobody even offered me a place to sit or anything. Anyway wont coming back. Lot of missed spots on my car.

Stopped here after hearing a front wheel problem. Had my boys with me so very concerned going home. Joe the manager/owner was fantastic!! Where has this guy been hiding. Just a great personality and honesty to him. Took my vehicle in and checked it out. Find out my front driver tire lugs were loose. The mechanics tighten the lugs and I was on my way. Just great service!! I definitely will be back.

Hats off to the team at Central & Caldwell Service for repairing my vehicle. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. On this pictures you can see this tire used and he charged me like new I do not recommend this shop to anyone

Came upon this establishment and was absolutely blown away by the service they provided. The store was so nice and clean and the customer service was next level. They clearly explained everything they were doing and the reasoning behind it. They helped walk me through the bill and explained every charge as well. This gave me great peace in knowing that I wasn't going to be ripped off. 10 out of 10 gold starsServices: Tires, Brakes

I had a bolt in one of my tires that was causing it to go flat, and when we called to inquire as to whether they were open for service they said they were and we were so grateful, as we were not sure if the tire could be repaired or not. I also mentioned that I am a nurse, and was still working, and I the owner was very kind and accommodating, and told me he could fix it right away! They took all the necessary precautions to protect all of us, and they had me in and out in record time. It was such a great example of people helping each other responsibly during a difficult time. So thank you for your service from the bottom of my heart!

Brought my car to Central & Caldwell for the first time this morning to run diagnostics on a few lights that came on my dashboard. I planned to take an uber home after dropping it off, but they offered to drive me home, which was so great! After running the diagnostics, Tony called and thoroughly explained the all information. I ended up needing an oil change and I also requested a car wash. They did an excellent job, my car looks great inside and out! Prices are very reasonable for quality service. We are new to the neighborhood and I m happy to have found a trustworthy and friendly business so close to home, we will be back!

I took my Lexus Rx 350 for detailing few days ago. The car was detailed good from outside. Inside the car it was vacuumed but it was not shampooed well and some areas of the car where not even touched. There were stains and dirt.Since I was sending this car to my daughter in California I wanted to make sure it is cleaned and sanitized.I went and talk to the owner Joe and instead of listening to me, he was very rude in responding and responding with anger.I will Never ever go back to his place. He could have been professional in dealing with issue and responding with empathy not anger.I will never recommend this place to any one.

I was fortunate that my car broke down in front of C&C Services. I just barley costed into their driveway before everything shut down on me. Pedro was there with reassurance and immediately suspected that I might need a new alternator. He was professional and kind and kept me posted every step of the way. I needed to swap all tires on my suv for used ones I brought with me. I came on Saturday and they did it same day for a fair price. Friendly and affordable. I will come back.

I had a flat tire around the corner from this service shop. I was able to drive up and wait for the mechanic to assess the damage and repair the tire. Fast, professional and reliable service with a smile. This place is a gem. Thank you!

Dropped off a car with a leak. After an inspection, I actually got a report of good health ("leak" was water runoff from AC unit)! Pleasant first-time experience. I'll definitely be back when my cars have more serious issues, or for an oil change.

I have used their service before and have no complaints. I just dropped off my car with some mystery problems a little nervous but I am sure I can trust them to figure it out and get me back on the road.

Disappointed. It took 40min, $20 and the inside of the car including the dashboard wasn t event wiped down. The trunk was not cleaned or vacuumed. They have only a guy doing all the job
