My experience with CDE Collision Center was excellent. They went above and beyond in repairing my car. I was quoted 2 weeks for repairs but they finished in a week. They communicated with updates during the time my car was at the shop. My car was vacuumed and washed. Thanks again CDE for a job well done!

They finished my vehicle earlier than the anticipated time. They kept me updated on the status. They did all the communication with my insurance. They Left my vehicle better thank how I left it. And they even took care of my rental return. They are truly the best in the business.

My experience was very quick, thorough and easy. I had a claim submitted through Statefarm who sent me to this shop that they work with, which was conveniently located 2 minutes away from our home. They gave me an estimated return date of Tuesday (I dropped my truck off on a Thursday morning). I got a call back the next day in the afternoon saying my truck was ready. The gentleman and the young lady at the front office were very professional and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would definitely do it, is the best place to take your car, efficient, fast, super clean work, the staff was super friendly, I definitely recommend them in every way. I had a great experience at CDE, above and beyond. They finished my car earlier than expected so that was great. Super happy with the results

I had a great experience at CDE, above and beyond. They finished my car earlier than expected so that was great. Jackie, the receptionist was very helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure that I was picked up by the rental car company after a mixup. I would definitely recommend this location. The service here is great. The entire process was smooth, from setting up my appointment to picking up my repaired vehicle. Customer service was also great. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful, down to the technicians as well. I brought my Nissan Kicks here after a vehicle hit my car a couple of months ago. The person at faults insurance paid for the repair to my back bumper and trunk door. Bill, the manager at C.D.E.Collision, and his team were extremely professional and detailed in informing me of the repair process and in their assistance. They also provided assistance in calling for my rental to let them know I had arrived.They did an absolutely amazing job with the repairs and I was able to pick up my car before the expected date and time. I knew that they were washing the car but was so pleasantly surprised to learn that they had cleaned the inside too. Their customer service is outstanding and extremely friendly. I was planning on using this place to repair the damage to my car since it was close to my house. I had to contact them to get the process started and was sent a text message with a link to send photos of the damage. Was told to expect a phone call in a couple days. After more than a week of not hearing anything, decided to call the business to inquire about setting up an appointment to bring in my car. The man who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I called and after explaining the situation, he said in a exasperating voice that someone from the estimate office would call the following Monday and promptly hung up on me even though I still had a few questions. Didn't bother calling back because of the unprofessional attitude of the worker. You only get one chance to make an impression on a first time customer and after this encounter, decided to not to work with this shop. This is why you didn't repair my vehicle. Contacted my insurance company and had my claim sent to their preferred shop, even though it was further from my house. 10 mins after receiving my claim, they contacted me and after sending the photos of the damage, they were able to schedule a repair five days later.

I want to say this company truly did their job! So professional- got me in told me estimated time frame once inspected the work that was needed. Kept me updated every step of the way through their text app with a link to the invoice with itemized list. Rich called when my car needed another day to complete to double check calibrations to make sure all was in order. Called me the next day to tell me all was completed. I will recommend to anyone needing Body work done I just can t say enough about their team. Very professional thumbs up 5 stars Services: Electrical repair, Body & Trim

I was skeptical in the beginning because my insurance company recommended them. And wasn t to enthused with my first few encounters. Not that they was rude just felt as if they could have been a little more informative. However, they turned that around quickly!!! The woman at the front desk was off for a few days and when she returned the customer service did to lbs. She was pleasant to speak with. She informed me of what to expect through the process and I loved it. When my part arrived I received a txt saying I could drop my vehicle off. I love that service it kept me updated with my vehicle and when I picked it up the guy who serviced me was phenomenal. He was working alone but didn t allow that to affect his attitude. Smiles pleasant customer service. I would definitely recommend. Oh and I forgot to mention I received my car back quicker than the expected return date! Rich is amazing! He got me in and out sooner than anticipated for body work on my SUV. When I picked up my vehicle it was detailed on the inside- major plus lol. I really appreciated his assistance and his teams diligent work. Highly recommend.

This was a major accident that I was involved in that left my car unable to drive! My insurance recommended me to go to this CDE location and I was pleased with their service! I spoke to Matt and he kept me updated with the condition of my truck, shipping of parts, and estimated time of completion! Matt's customer service was top notch and I've even recommended this location for minor and major work to my friends and coworkers! It's very rare in these days you receive good work AND great customer service so I was enthused to leave a review, which I rarely do. When I arrived to pickup my truck, I was able to meet the team of Matt, Mike, and Javier...they greeted me and informed me of the repair process, they made me feel confident and safe in driving away with my truck and I appreciated that! I would like to give 2 thumbs up to the store manager/owner to keep pressing good customer service and efficient, quality work because it shows through the great mechanics you employ! Great service from the receptionist to the manager.Upon entry you are greeted by a soft spoken professional and then the manager(Rich) comes out of the office and makes you feel like family and not to mention that I dropped my car off on Monday and got a call that following Monday from none other than Rich asking me if I wanted my car today, I highly recommend CDEService: Body & Trim

Me and my dad took our car here because it had been vandalized and stolen, CDE collision walked us trough the process on what they were going to do at the shop to get it fixed and repaired. Big props to Matt for being so nice and patient when answering all our questions. The team is very professional and at the end they did a very great job to our vehicle, they also kept in touch with our insurance and were going back and forth with them about the costs to make sure everything was going to be covered, it felt like they were advocating for us and this is how you want your customers to feel, like you care about them and want their business, this help us in the future, in case we ever have a similar issue or want to repair our vehicles again, to want to come back here again, and it s something we really appreciate. The only complaint I probably had is that they took a long time for the vehicle to be ready, I felt like we were getting the round a round every week. However they did made it up to us and at the end they made sure we were satisfied with the overall outcome, the vehicle was left like new and it was such an easy process dealing between them and the insurance, satisfied with the customer service overall!

I had my estimate with Geico at this location and was going to bring it somewhere else to get fixed (only because I didn t know the area and wasn t sure) but that place wasn t able to get me in until end of January. When I came back, Matt was super helpful and said they could get me in and I can leave the car and hopefully get it back before Christmas. They kept in contact with me and gave me an estimated time frame of when I d get it back. They had it ready well before their estimated time and he even offered to stay late if I couldn t get there by the time they closed. When I got there, he was so nice and showed me pictures of what they did and what it looked like when the bumper was taken a part. They are VERY thorough and I am glad I trusted them with my vehicle. Hopefully nothing happens to me in the future but if it does I ll be taking it back here. Very responsive and diligent in their work. Thank you!!!!!

So I was introduced to this business by way of a referral from my car insurance company due to being involved in multiple car accidents withing about 2 weeks. Matt was very very pleasant and super nice. I asked about and noted the damages to the vehicle that would be needing repaired and he explained it to me, no problem. I gave him my keys in trusts I would get my baby back, worry free. I pick up my vehicle and inspect the areas designated for service. It looked amazing, so I left. When I got home though, I noticed a dent on my door. Soo, I walked around and noticed another dent and scratch on the sides of my car (the lot is small which would match the dent on my car coming from a car being exited and hitting mine on both sides). I immediately call the shop and was told it would not be repairable until the paint settled, understandable. I waited til the appropriate time and scheduled for the 3 new areas of damage to be remedied. In the midst of this, there was a tinge of "the car was like this upon arrival, so the damage was not our fault" that I did not appreciate. I bought this car 10 months ago and had multiple quotes done on the car prior to coming here with notation of it being in pristine condition. Ultimately, I let it go and hoped they would simply fix it because I was already frustrated, stressed, and unhappy about the situation overall. I took my car back, notated the 3 exact spots with Matt (he circled each one) and left my baby in their hands again, in good faith because I understand things happen like having a small lot that doesn't accommodate the amount of business you may have. The next day, my car is dropped off to my home and upon walking around to check the location of damages, there is one unfixed. I asked about it and the reason I was told was "due to it being on the curve of my door panel, it could not be popped out. Would you like information to a mobile business who will come and pop the dent for you? no problem" Now here is where I made the decision to keep quiet and let it go AGAIN. I cannot understand how there were 3 simple things that needed to be done and one was not. There was also no indication prior to ALL of this that this particular spot would not be able to be repaired. I would have appreciated a phone call or something during the process with an update on it not being repairable or them not having the capacity to fix it. Not here's your car sorry we could not do that last one that we were responsible for. I am okay with the body work because I decided not to fuss about minor cosmetic details because I know how I can be about something I paid a lot of money for. Overall, I did not leave feeling satisfied outside of this second issue. I would encourage anyone to have a great deal of consideration when bringing your vehicle here because of the lack of space and concerns regarding communication. I appreciated the genuine and kind nature of Matt and the few others I had contact with but I am still left with a dent on car.
