After being hit, I was so worried I was going to go weeks/months without a car. I m so grateful I chose to take my car to this location, as I had my car back in no time. They were communicative with all of my many questions, and I received status updates almost daily. You can t even tell it was damaged in the first place! 100% recommend this location. Thank you to Rich and Angela for all of your help.

The shop manager John is always keeping us updated on the progress of our car repairs and Roxanne and Angela are the most helpful and uplifting customer service people I ve ever encountered in a long time!They have taken care of my vehicle numerous times and have always been top notch!!!Will always continue working with them.

CDE was excellent to work with. John was able to fit me into the schedule a MONTH before any other shops in the area. He was prompt in ordering parts and they staggered the work to make sure the vehicle was ready ASAP. The body/glass work they did was high quality, and the customer service matched.

Claimed through my insurance. Quick appointment set up and fast completion time! Good vehicle repair status update! Rental car set up for pick up and drop off is easy!Don t wish to return but I recommended this place!

I am very pleased with there service. I am very satisfied and impressed. There facility is very clean cozy and the receptionists are very friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know needs a collision shop. Thank you all for everything.

Car was said to be ready until I picked it up and something wasn t right with the sensors. Cost me 2 extra days of a rental. Car should have been checked before pickup.

I was rear ended in an accident & the driver s insurance company recommended CDE to complete the work on my vehicle. This was honestly the worst experience EVER. The first time I received a call to say my vehicle was ready I went to pick it up, & it was nowhere near ready. There was a large gap in my lift gate that I could fit my finger in, the 4x4 emblem was not put back on the vehicle, & there were yellow & green wires sticking out of my tail gate. MY contact person @ CDE was Steve. When I questioned Steve about these issues, he told me that he didn t really check the vehicle before he called, & assured me that he would have the problems fixed. A few days later I received another call that the vehicle was ready, upon arrival & inspection of the vehicle I noticed that the molding that sits on top of the glass in the lift gate was not sticking properly. Steve assured me that he would order the part & have it fixed correctly. Fast forward the left molding was replaced but not the right side molding. After much frustration I asked to speak with a manager, who in fact was the district manager who was very rude, & didn t allow me to talk. He brushed me off & basically told me to deal with Steve. I am currently left with molding on my lift gate that is not properly installed. To top all of that off, Steve CALLED me once I left the shop to tell me that my battery was low in the vehicle. Didn t let me know that while I was AT the shop. Vehicle is only 4 months old, never had any issues with the battery. Overall, this experience was the worst that I ve had when dealing with an auto repair business.

Going through the process of having a vehicle repaired after a collision isn't exactly fun, however the staff at CDE Collision on Western did their best to ensure that it was a relatively painless experience. From Angela at the front desk with her thorough explanation of the process and willingness to help coordinate a rental with my insurance company, to Steve the shop manager going over every detail of the repairs with me, in addition to regular phone calls to update me on progress along the way, I must say that this was above and beyond the best collision repair experience I've ever had. Not only was the customer service exemplary, but my vehicle was also pristine as if it had just come off the showroom floor. Highly recommend CDE Collision on Western.

The process was very easy and smooth. My vehicle was hit while parked overnight and they got a good amount of damage on my rear bumper. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment with the estimator (Juan) and then it got repaired in another 2 weeks. So in total it was a month process with them. They kept me updated with text messages and I like how they included a detailed PDF of everything that was done to my vehicle. Front desk was also really good at keeping up with my phone calls and I never had to wait for them to pickup the phone (Maria) was really helpful with the process. At the end of it all my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened to it very happy with the results!

CDE, is amazing company, this is my 5th time having to used this facility from the time I walked in from the ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to get my vehicle in, and making sure I had a rental vehicle upon my arrival from Enterprise, and they were waiting on me, not to mention Mr. John, he has so much Love and respect and patience with the customers and his words are truly his bound, whatever he does he kelps us up to date with the progress of the vehicle my 2019 Toyota, Avalon, limited, is looking brand new again.Very clean on the inside just like it was when they received car, and shining like a new baby.Thanks you all for all that you all do with dignity and pride.Dr. Edna D Johnson-HortonServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Car waxing

My car was sent to CDE Collision by my insurance company because my car was hit while it was parked. Let me start off by saying this place is the best very very professional and the work they do is phenomenal. I have to give a special thank you to Steve Wilson he kept me in the know with what was going on with my car and also he promised my car would be ready a whole week before the scheduled date and it was so if you need any work done on your car CDE Collision is the place to come and you will be very satisfied.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I was so impressed by the staff at this auto shop. They communicated with me often and very well throughout my car repair process. They explained to me everything they saw and did. I felt like they actually cared about me as a customer. My car was also repaired quickly and looked great at pickup. I had a horrible prior experience at another shop, so I was anxious but left feeling so much better. I hope I don t have to return, but I d definitely bring my car here for everything. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Steve is the best! The service is the best, they keep you updated on the progress of your car. They (entire staff) treat you like family I would recommend this location to anyone; they get the job done! Like I said you won't be disappointed!

So I bought my very first brand new pickup truck in June and in September it got its front scrapped (like pieces of the bumper came off) by the tail of a straight truck while I was at work. I was heartbroken. A friend of a Co-worker told me about C.D.E, gave them a call they helped me setup my appointment and a month later showed up. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. They explained everything before signing any paper work. Than we meet with Randy. Awesome guy, He came out explained everything, pointed out some other damages I never even notice and gave me a estimate on how long it would take. Two weeks later my truck was brand new like nothing even happen to her. During the those 2 weeks I got texts on updates on my truck and got the call that she all done and ready to be pick up. Truly satisfied with there work. A huge Thank You to the 2 young ladies infront desk, Randy and his crew that help fixed my truck!!Service: Body & Trim

Steve was very nice and explained what was done to my truck. Unfortunately I have 2 different tail lights for now, but that is a GMC problem and will be resolved once the other tail light arrives. Got my SUV before the expected completion date and they cleaned it. When they said they were washing it, I didn't expect them to clean the inside as well. Also, I was able to drop off my rental with them :)Service: Body & Trim

This CDE location is amazing. Unfortunately, I've needed 2 repairs in 2 years, but each time I chose CDE and each time it has been incredible. Randy, specifically, got me in quickly, gave me frequent updates, provided tips and additional information on matters for my vehicle. This business is very professional. They call and text with updates on your car repair frequently. When I picked up my car, the staff persons at the front desk were polite and professional. The appearance of the lobby area was clean, unlike many car repair shops. John is awesome as well. I needed a new battery in addition to my repairs. He found one and replaced it for a very reasonable price. My car looks good as new and they even took the time to give me a car wash and replace my headlights. My car was crashed into and my insurance recommended this place. I was worried at first. Cause I ve heard your cars never the same. I came to pick it up and my car looks wonderful! Like it was never crashed into my poor girl. The wait was long maybe 2 weeks to get an apt but it was totally worth it. I haven t full drives it yet. I just barely came to pick it up. But I got to see the body work and it looks amazing. Steve was also very friendly and helpful! He reassured me that my Car was in good hands ! And also they would repair it like brand new.
