I rarely ever write reviews on auto shops, but I have to take the time to rave about this team here. I called early morning on a Monday to make an appointment for my tires, and the gentleman was very kind and told me to stop by as early as I can same day. They immediately saw my tire condition and without any hesitation got straight into work. Within 30minutes they took care of my tire and gave me a quote (which wasn t a hefty price as I anticipated) and answered all my questions and concerns with total transparency and patience. These are very honest, credible, hard-working men and it s rare to find a great team like that nowadays. Please do get your car serviced by this wonderful team. Your vehicle will be in good hands!!

Awesome, really quick, and personal service. They walked me through all the options with me with honest answers. While replacing my tires and alignment, they also give you a few report if other issues they find. Overall great experience

The mechanics at Cassidy Tire and Service are professional, friendly and honest. I was able to get an appointment next day. Dennis identified the tire problem quickly and I was in and out efficiently. I will be back to Cassidy for my tire and car repairs.

One of the best service I've received! Dennis at Cassidy Tires is very honest and transparent throughout the whole process on getting work done on our SUV. No need to look anywhere else, this is the place where you'll be treated right. Nice work to the whole staff at Cassidy Tires.

I took in my car for a tire inspection because one was getting low after refilling. They let me know it had a nail and could be repaired same day. All finished it took 1.5 hours. Super fast, honest, and realistic prices.

Came in early morning for a flat repair, without an appointment. Staff was kind, attentive, and took time to explain repair process and price. Dennis explained that without appointment, repair would take longer but did everything possible to it done quickly. Dennis also pointed out services that would be needed in the near future, but did so in a friendly, non-pressuring manner. Appreciated the honest and friendly service and will be utilizing this shop again in the future.

Great place! Tire rotation, vehicle inspection, and oil change all for the price of an oil change. They finished in about 40 minutes, I got to take a nice little walk around the neighborhood. I highly recommend. The customer service is great they communicate well and make sure you are comfortable! I will definitely be going here for all my future oil changes. They have me as a long-term customer for sure.

Great experience. I dropped my car off with a slow leak in one tire. Instead of trying to hit me up for a new tire, they said it was just a simple, inexpensive repair. Fast, professional and affordable. Highly recommended.

I was in need of a tire inspection - my driver's side rear tire kept losing pressure over the course of the past two months. I called Cassidy Tires on Western Avenue on an early Thursday afternoon. I described my issue to a very courteous young man, who took my name and advised me to come to the shop later in the afternoon, as they were helping other customers at that moment. I did as the nice man suggested, and was helped by another very nice young man as soon as I arrived at the shop. He directed me where to park my car and assisted me immediately when I entered the store. He advised me the whole process might take as long as an hour and a half, which was fine with me. It was obvious the team was working on the cars of other customers in the store. Within the hour, however, a third very nice young man, whose name is Dennis Okrzesik, approached me and advised me that my car was ready! He explained the issue that was causing the leak in the tire, and what he did to repair it. Done! Efficiently! Dennis was professional, courteous and left me feeling assured that my tire problem was resolved. I highly recommend Dennis and the Cassidy team located at 3235 N. Western Avenue. I know I'LL be returning for maintenance help in the future. Thank you, guys!

Service guys went through my center console (probably glove box too) how do I know? I recently broke the mechanism that opens my center console, when I got my car back the console lid was even more broke and won t stay closed now. Luckily I had nothing of value in my car.Clear your belongings from your car if you visit. Otherwise they provided these services at a reasonable cost.

Had a smooth and friendly visit from start to finish here. I was just out running my morning errands and suddenly had issues with one of my tires that required it to get patched. The mechanics were able to take in my vehicle as a walk-in and I was in and out in about 1 hr. The staff was thorough and friendly, prices were fair, and thankfully they were able to allow my dog in the lobby area as I didn t have time to drop her back off at home beforehand. Great neighborhood auto repair place and will definitely use their services again!

I'm happy with the work and the staff is easy to work with, are polite, and are good at communicating concerning the repairs needed. The one issue I had is that there was a miscommunication about when my car was ready, but everything worked out in the end.

From easy online scheduling to very helpful, friendly staff, to quality work being performed, I can't speak highly enough of the Western Avenue Cassidy Tire location. I ordered all season tires to replace the summer tires on my new car, and the work was done quickly and professionally. And their tire storage program is a valuable option for those of us with limited city storage space.

Extremely pleased with the service and quality provided by Cassidy. I especially appreciated the thorough inspection with detailed report and showing me exactly what it all meant on my car. Turnaround from inspection to delivery was quick and the work was reasonably priced (especially considering the amount of work my car needed). Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Dennis working on my vehicle. He fit me in even though they were booked full for the day. The work was finished much earlier that I anticipated which was very refreshing. Been coming here for two years and have always had a good experience. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Dennis and crew.

The team at the Cassidy on Western Ave were great. I was having engine issues and the Cassidy team was able to diagnose the issue and get my car running smoothly again. The commutation and updates during the repair process was greatly appreciated. Would take my car in for service there again.

These guys did an awesome job and helped me get back on the road quickly. I needed a specialized tire which they were able get in and installed the same day. Highly recommend and ask for Dennis if he is in!
