Always easy to get an appointment and they keep you updated with a detailed report of what your vehicle needs. Friendly staff too. Glad to have this shop in the neighborhood.

My daughter lives in Chicago and three days before the holidays found her car with a flat tire. I called Cassidy tire as I live out of state and Rich not only picked up the phone the first time I called but he helped me identify tires that would match her car and immediately schedule an appointment at the location nearest her house. He did everything to ensure that she had new tires on her car that same day so she could get on the road for the 250 miles she needed to drive the next day for Christmas. The tires were priced reasonably and the staff at the Diversey Parkway location did a great job of helping her from start to finish. I would recommend Cassidy to anyone.

Honest, quick, and affordable! Cassidy found the issue with my tire and had it fixed within one hour for under $50. Would highly recommend!

I got a bolt stuck in my tire, so I called up Cassidy Tire and scheduled an appointment to see if they could help. They looked at my car and fixed it while I took my preschooler to the zoo. They did a couple of minor part replacements, too. We picked it up and drove home. What seemed like a big day of ruined plans turned out to be a great time. Thanks Cassidy Tires.

Made appt for oil change & it was taken care of promptly & thoroughly with a fair price. They noted other issues along with pictures, but didn't pressure me to have them done. Kudos to Jose & Cassidy staff!

Jose, the manager at your Diversey store is cool, collected and very helpful. We got two new tires on our Audi Q5 in a few hours after road hazard flattened right side tires the evening before we are loyal customers!

Answered the phone; friendly and helpful; set and met expectations. Patched tire for minimal cost nice surprise. May have missed it but I didn t get a call to say the car was ready; I had to call to find that out. Small glitch and otherwise excellent service at reasonable price.

Was going to drop off car afternoon prior to my appointment. They seemed to have time & were able to change my oil & brake fluid right away so all done within about 2 hours.

I went in for an oil change the customer service was amazing. They were on point polite. Very helpful my mechanic that did the job. Kaitlyn did an amazing job. Took her time cared for my car like it was their own. I highly recommend her very well. Trusted mechanic over all experience was excellent and I would highly recommend going to this location with any type of car problems that you might have overall amazing job and amazing people.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Made an appointment online for wiper service and explained the issue I was having online, possibly some wiper motor problem. When I get there for my appointment they asked if it was a wiper problem or a motor problem- what do I know? I m not a mechanic. They said they can replace the wiper blades, but I know the blades work fine. They then said they can do a diagnostic for $150 BUT the cost of the diagnostic would NOT be allocated to the price of the repairs. Why would I pay $150 for someone to tell me what the problem is with my wipers when there are other businesses in the area that will do it for free?? I m going to SSS Auto Inc. next. - Added a star because I realize their specialty is tires and this is not a tire problem, but it is a service problem.

I ve come to Cassidy tire on 2 separate occasions (both tire punctures)The service was always fantastic! The front desk attended me, and took care of me very well! They also provide an inspection of your vehicle, and offer additional services- and they never haggle you or try and force you on extra services. Staff is great, on time and very professional, will be coming back here as needed!

These guys are just plain awesome. Flexible, accommodating, helpful.I worked with Peter on an unusual request to change out some sports car wheels and he helped me out considerably. I had to change dates on the service repeatedly as my car was in the shop, and they repeatedly accommodated me.They took great care with my expensive forged wheels. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to, after this experience. Highly recommend them.Service: Tires

Researched tire price online and sent an email to inquire availability and scheduled appointment, 2 days prior.Day before, I called to confirm the tires are in stock, and they were.Dropped off car at 7.30AM, manager Jose did call to recommend a few maintenance items but the car is not due for another few miles, and I needed the car for the weekend.About 12.30PM car is ready, swapped 3 out of 4 of my tires and align/balancing done.Price is comparable to other Chicago shops, just that they are close to work and have my tires in stock.Service: Tires

Great service at the last minute on a Saturday morning to take care of my needs for a new tire as I was traveling through the Chicago area. I needed a new tire as a result of a damaged tire. I m 9 month pregnant, just left the hospital with an emergency flat, I stop by the shop at 11:30am. I asked for a tire patch repair. Without looking at the tire or even the car in general. He informed me that I would have to leave the car and return back at 4PM. No explanation, no reasoning. One they didn t give a wait time or reasoning as to why I had to leave the car for a whole day, just said leave it and return at 4PM, they didn t look at the tire or car to see if it was a patch repair I really need or something else, they didn t provide pricing (clearly they couldn t provide pricing because they didn t even bother to step outside to look at my car). Now if they looked at my car and provided details on why I had to leave the car for so long/what my repair options were, understandable. But the lack of interest in providing me service was there 4 stars on that.

Cassidy Tire service did an amazing job with my vehicle. Their online appointment scheduling and communication from their mechanics was amazing. They identified issues that au was not aware of that were absolutely important to make sure my car was safe to drive after an auto accident. Their pricing was fair and the foreman in the shop kept me well appraised of the progress of repairs.I honestly would recommend Cassidy on Diversey for the care and repair of you vehicle.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. When it was time to pick up the car he showed me all of the services that were performed on the invoice so I paid with no problem. As soon as I walked out to the car I immediately noticed the tires had not been rotated so I went inside to ask about it and he made up an excuse about how since we recommended new tires (which the current ones were fine) we weren t able to perform the tire rotation due to safety concerns . That was the main reason I brought it in and he was super confrontational and slimy. I felt scammed so I just left. Surprising since all of the reviews are so good.Service: Oil change

We were on our way out of town when we got an unexpected flat while driving. This place was so very nice and accommodating. They took us right in, fixed the tire and had us back on the road very quickly. All the staff was nice had us laughing in a moment of stress. On my drive down to Chicago I ran over a bolt. This caused an issue with one of my tires and I needed to have a place look at it. I looked online for a nearby place to my location that I was at and found Cassidy. I called and they said I could bring my car right over even though it was almost time for them to close. When I'm got there they got my car right in and were able to remove the bolt and patch the hole in my tire. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend Cassidy Tire and Service! Thank you so much!

Crummy amazon inflator crushed my valve stem. They replaced it minutes before close, with a smile on their face, and got me on the road to a wedding. I LOVE good chicago auto-shop experiences!

Great experience- I appreciated the easy online scheduling and friendly staff. I also appreciate the honestly of the technicians- I thought my brake pads needed replacing, but they confirmed I still had a good amount of use left. It s not always easy to find honest mechanics. Sorry to say but this time Cassidy dropped the ball. I brought the car in for tire swap on Friday 4/21 before 11am and didn t get it back until 5pm - which made me late for a bunch of things. Instead of promising it will be ready in the afternoon, maybe be honest and say you are short staffed and give me an opportunity to reschedule. Also, in the spirit of customer service, how about a phone call with some updates - nobody called and said anything about timeline or anything else for that matter. Whoever was managing the front that day did a poor job of communicating and managing. I will be taking my car elsewhere from now on. 6 hours to change 4 tires - that s ridiculous.Service: Tires
