First time using Carrectly and they were extremely responsive and thought they did an amazing job with the interior detailing and car wash. Brought back the car in great shape but they missed out on a repeat customer because they left my back right window completely down and the back left was cracked open too. Had they returned the car with the windows secured I would gladly return for additional services. However I can t have my windows down, especially in Chicago. Hopefully this was a small mistake that won t happen to others.

Not too long ago I bought an older Prious, as is, from a friend. New tires low mileage for its age but the inside was not very tidy. I have had it washed and cleaned but after months with my 2 small kids and their messy eating habits, the inside if the car with its cloth seats was a total mess. Stains everywhere. Dirt, food, etc. I harbored little hope but finally took it in for a detailing at Carrectly. They performed nothing short of a miracle. Not only did they get about 95% of the stains out, they also removed the oil stains from the door and middle armrests. Never thought that was possible. They were on time, courteous and professional. Outstanding work. My car almost looks like new and better than I ever thought it would. I highly recommend this place for your automotive detailing needs!

Oliver and Vladimir and quite honestly the entire team at Carrectly are absolutely wonderful. They have great communication with their customers and always make sure to provide updates in a timely matter. However even more importantly this team actually cares about saving you time and money. They do this by researching your vehicle through many forums and then providing the best possible quote for your vehicles specific issue. These guys are so trustworthy honest and hard-working. This is going to be my home auto shop from now on. You can t go wrong with these guys. They re excellent and your car is in great hands.

Great experience with Carrectly. I ve asked them to do the window tints and interior detailing. They ve done great job. Highly recommended if you want to save your time as they can pick up and drop off your car if needed.

Amazing service! Very convenient car wash service that they pick up and drop off your vehicle. They are great with communication in regards to vehicle pick up/drop off and throughout the whole process. My car is always spotless inside and out.

We regularly use the deluxe wash service and have been impressed every time. Their customer service is excellent. Scheduling and pick up is always super easy and convenient. They re definitely our go-to for all of our car care needs!

I received the highest standard of service at Carrectly. I purchased full body PPF and ceramic coating for a new car. The professionalism and quality were fantastic. I highly recommend Carrectly if you want full PPF with custom cut. You can definitely not see the edges of the PPF, which was important to me. Thank you!

This service was excellent! The car looks brand new. Getting the car picked up and dropped off was super convenient, and the car is so clean I can hardly believe it s the same car. Very impressed.

While I did not end up having these guys do any work on my car, I still felt compelled to leave a great review. My car was hit twice in two months while it was parked on the street, the second accident totaled it. I'm having a heck of a time dealing with the insurance companies involved, and the staff at Carrectly really went above and beyond at least trying to help me out. I had been going from auto body shop to auto body shop trying to get some sort of documentation that the car was a total loss for my attorney, and the other body shops I visited wouldn't even spend 2 minutes with me. They literally could not get me out of their shop fast enough once they realized that the car was toiled and I wouldn't actually need any work done by them. I sent an email to Carrectly explaining my situation, and not only did they take the time to write a long email explaining what the process would be if I chose to drop my car off for a full estimate with an employee from the insurance company present, but they were also kind enough to follow it up with a phone call were they spent a good amount of time giving me some tips on how to navigate the awful auto insurance companies that I was (and am still) dealing with. Take my advice, and never, ever use Direct Auto, American Alliance, or Progressive Auto insurance for your car. They are all absolutely horrible, and all three of them have spent most of this year working very hard not to compensate me for the damage their customers caused. The last accident was more than 6 months ago, and they are all still giving me the runaround. In the end, one of the insurance companies ended up coming out to do the inspection and declared the car a total loss, but my wonderful experience communicating with the staff at Carrectly stuck with me, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the time they spent trying to help me. I will absolutely use their services in the future if I ever need auto body repair.

What more can I say than, WOW!!! When my car was returned to me after getting the Showroom Detail, I thought they brought me back a new car. The detailing was OUTSTANDING All my co-worker we in disbelief of how GREAT a job you guys did. The engine looks like a brand new engine. My car looks so good, I don't want to drive it. I have several friend saying they're going to get their cars done. Thanks for such great service and I will be back to use your service.

I got an engine wash, & car wash (interior and exterior). I ll just say this my SO sent me a video of under the hood and I didn t even recognize my own car! It was GORGEOUS! I wish I would ve taken a before and after. Also, customer service is amazing! I forgot the guy s name, but he was really nice. Possibly the owner or manager. I also looked up their website and they do a lot! We will be back! Highly recommend!
