Came back to this for a trade in even after the bad experience the first time. We let them know our budget and we re firm on the car we wanted. They did not listen to what we wanted and started the application process for a whole different car without even showing us how it looked. This place is all about money if you don t have 5,000 to put down don t waste your time. The First Lady we dealt with tried getting us to tip her 500 saying it was for the car when we went to pay they said we didn t have to put anymore money. She was fired along with lots of other people that s why they re short staffed. They are very pushy when it comes to buying a car they were begging us to stay. Just to waste our time saying we need more money down we just walked out. Also over heard someone signing a contract just to find out the car wouldn t even turn on wasted those people s time with kids. They purposely start the application process because they get commission just by people going in. Don t fall for this place they waste lots of time.

Judith was the best! She worked with me to make sure I walked out of there driving today! I been in contact with her for a week, and guys trust me she is so honest and so amazing you won t regret it. First off hardly no staff so you will wait for awhile! Second they claim they are buy here pay here and there Facebook market place ads claim they don t run your credit that s lie number 1, they claim they finance no matter credit situation, past repos, bankruptcy etc lie number 2, oh wait they will if you put 5 grand down that s what they wanted from me, if I had 5 grand to put down I would of got a brand new car from a dealership and all they wanted was 3 grand down. Used cars that they get at auction with most having high milage and they want that kind of down payment. Oh and they say they run your credit for history not score so if they claim credit does not matter then why run someone credit. Just another dealership that makes false claims and waist people s time and having them make trips for nothing.

Bought a car here. Unfortunately couldn t keep up in 2 payments. Ended up getting repo. When I tried picking up my belongings everything was in bags. They wouldn t allow me to get my sound system out of the vehicle. I also had an alarm system installed wouldn t allow me to access the vehicle at all. I was able to get my speaker out that they disconnected themselves. My speaker isn t even working anymore. They keep your personal belongings.

My 2014 jeep started to have issues with every dashboard light my truck wasn t working right I called the Archer location and the manager Marco who sold me the car told me it s out of his hands because my warranty expired but yet they still have me paying for a warranty that I no longer have according to him, Jimmy the other manager doesn t pick up anybody s calls bad cars they be selling because I m no the first person this happens to.!!! I WOULD T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY!!!!!!!!!! TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE DON T GO TO ANY DEALERSHIP THATS NAMED CARFECT!!!!

Please have your car inspected before leaving the lot. I bought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from these guys on Nov 28, drove the car for one week went back to there so called shop because I had a check engine light on, the told me it was a sensor and the back rear window wiper wasn t working and they told me they have to order parts but it s safe to drive, stoped at a gas station December 22nd car wouldn t start so I had to pay $122 just to get the car towed home. I am a Truck driver/Laborer so I don t have the luxury of taking off work and sometimes I have to pick up and go and any given notice. So I contacted them and they told me that it would be $75 for a inspection but I have to tell them what s my concern about the vehicle so what s the point you paying $75 if I gotta tell you what s wrong SmH..I dropped the vehicle off and they had the vehicle for over a week and half and the mechanic told me that my car heat was cutting on and off and they can fix it, I drove the vehicle for two days and now the vehicle stuck at a shop in Indiana because the core elbow connector broke off so now I m about to be $750 out of pocket for repairs Do not I repeat do not buy a car unless you have any other choice..

They were very helpful and very patient. They were determined to see to it that I drove out the lot with a car. I didn t have good credit, nor did I have bad credit, I had no credit, and they worked with me. The car itself, so far so good, I would recommend them to others.Thank you.

Great experience, shout out to Jay & Nancy!.. UPDATE: had the car 5 days and now it won t accelerate over 20mph the transmission is slipping after 5 days. No one can help with fixing the issue unless you wait 2-3 days or you have an appointment set. Getting a hold of anyone over the phone to HELP is insane. Just transfer after transfer or a callback that never comes through.

After wasting my time at Western Avenue Nissan my nephew told me about The Auto Warehouse! I went in 9//17/2022 to the Archer Location Judith was so nice, friendly and helpful! I told her I didn t want my credit ran numerous times and what I wanted to pay. She told me my options ran my credit 1x and I was approved. She made this process so easy and her customer service is A1. The manager was helpful also he worked with me to get a payment I could be comfortable with! I will definitely recommend this location to all my family and friends

Came here not very hopeful but ended up leaving pretty happy. Carolina was able to work her magic and get me some terms that worked for me. She cared mainly about me not feeling like I was settling while also finding something that worked for me financially. If you have less than perfect credit I suggest this location if you want to avoid the bait and switch. Thanks for getting me in a new van!
