Just had another excellent experience at my favorite Car-X. Bob Malek and his team are just wonderful! I love this shop, even if I have to sit in the waiting room for several hours - it s a warm welcoming environment. Bob himself is extremely knowledgeable and his mechanics are well-trained and competent. Today they replaced an engine valve cover gasket (was leaking oil), cleaned the engine and spark plugs, replaced a brake light switch, checked my tires, and topped off my fluids - for a very fair price. I ain t complain in ! These guys are great - God bless them!

I have never reviewed any place ever. These guys have to be the nicest, coolest, and best guys in the business. They're always honest, always willing to help, and are some of the most genuine car folk i've ever met. 5 stars isn't enough. Prices are fair, work is great. Y'all are the heroes.

I have been here at least 6 times and have never once left disappointed! The employees here really take care of you, and they do it for a low cost. I have never been over charged or under serviced. Big thank you to Steven, Bob, and the rest of the CarX crew for everything you have done. Your kindness, honesty and hard work does not go unappreciated

I had a screw in my tire, but the tire tread was worn down. They got me two new tires at a great price and were done within a half an hour. Thanks Steven!

Bob took my phone call and asked great questions on why I thought I needed a spark plugs change as I only had 40,000 miles on the car. Offered me a quote 1/3 of the Cadillac dealership. I was in and out in less than a hour with the old spark plugs in the new spark plugs box so I can safely assume that the work is done. The were more professional and caring than the dealership. It's been years since I had a mechanic I could trust but Bob's over 30 years of experience was very much displayed. Thank you for low cost quality work and I would trust bob with my mom's car.

Steven was great to work with. I dropped off my car for a full brake system replacement and was able to get it done within a day. Much appreciated to the Steven and staff for doing a good job on this service. Will be stopping by for anymore future needs.

Car X is fantastic!! They helped me with three issues. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation (which is free with the oil change). I was informed my battery and positive terminal needed to be replaced because it was corroded. I brought my car to a second shop to confirm the diagnosis, but their rates for replacement/labor were much higher. Carx gave me a free terminal and upgraded my battery to 36 month lifetime with no added fees. They are generous, helpful and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend their services! You won t regret it. Shout out to Steven!

These guys are the best! So appreciated their support when I was in my moment of a tire crisis. Steven stayed late for me and even added air to my tire so that I could make it till the next day. Bob is so pleasant and helpful too. Highly recommend.

Bob is awesome. I brought my car in only to see what parts I would need. I guessed they would have to be ordered and I would need to come back. I had 2 broken rear springs. He had the parts in stock and made the repairs that day. Only a few hours later my car was done and good as new. We ran over a nail and got a flat tire and we were luckily able to schedule an appointment with these guys that same day. They were friendly, fast (like 15 minutes from start to finish), and got the tire patched at a really affordable price.

Bob Is the absolute best , his sheer willingness to help a person in need is what makes him the guy to do business with, In his kindness he not only tracked down a Driver to tow my vehicle but he waited after closing time for me and the car to arrive , he gave us an estimate and even stored my vehicle free of charge until I was able to move it , For this I am truly grateful and I Highly Recommend Honest people to do a job well done on any Vehicle!!!! EXEMPLARY SERVICE! I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob today when I brought my car in for an oil change. I lease my car and am not responsible for routine maintenance. An issue (not Car X s fault in any way) arose in getting the approval for service, which complicated a routine service that I expected to be a quick thing.Bob handled the disruption with grace and made sure I was able to get my car serviced and not spend all day going back and forth on the phone to get everything squared away. Not only was he kind to me, but I also watched him interact with several customers, and could see that he makes a habit of treating everyone with kindness and grace. Sure, many places offer oil changes, and I ve never received the level of care and hospitality that I did today. A+

My accessory drive belt snapped on the road and destroyed my tensioner, Steven was kind enough to let me push my ford escape on their lot right as they were closing, told me theyd call in the morning and order all the parts, Bob walked me through the details and checked me out in less than 24 hours, time is very valuable to me as I am a full time student currently working two jobs so every hour counts im so grateful for Steven and Bob making this emergency smooth for me 11/10 service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had an amazing experience here today. They picked up the phone immediately and were very helpful with pricing and services provided. Steven helped us out at the front and was able to squeeze me in right before closing. Not only did they go past their closing time for me but they also took me in last minute on a holiday. Customer service is top notch here and it really felt like they were looking out for me. I will be coming back here the next time something comes up. I ordered Goodyear tires online, I followed the prompts but when I went to Car-X Bob pointed out they were not compatible and was graciously offered to provide the right tires.I called Goodyear and Amanda the CS rep was understanding and offered full refund.On the whole Car-X solved the issue and made me a happy customer and I have decided to make them my go to for all my car problems.I appreciate them and highly recommend for all car service needs.
